The target will suffer from bruises on the jaw and the rips.

Bump!  Casual 

I made my Starters (1C, 3 D's), however 1 C-Rank (Devastation) needs to be trained. Also I wanted to ask how I deal with my Fanalis 5m/s extra speed. Does that come into account during Fanalis based Abilities/Techniques? If yes do I have a speed of 20m/s for "Wrath of the Crimson Beast"? And for "Bladed Whirlwind", I went with the 5m/s speed for Fanalis. Is that correct or do I pick the usual D Tier Ability Speed 10m/s? Or do I actually add up and make it 5+10 = 15m/s? xD Please explain this to me and sorry for any misunderstandings.

Also: Does my Weapon do passive damage? Or can I only deal damage per registered Abilities?
E.g I cannot swing my axe and hurt someone with it just because an Axe could technically do that.

Starters: Your starters allow for 1C and 4D. Please remove your Devastation ability and post it separately from this thread as abilities approved for training and trained abilities get sent to different boards. Your starters skip to the trained area. That being said, you've got one more free starting D rank to add!

Extra Speed: That bonus no longer applies. I shall shake my fist angrily at Jael for not updating the rules! But here is a link to the new system.

Instead of getting a speed boost for abilities, your base movement speed is simply faster by default as a finalis.

Ability Speed: Abilities always use the values found in the ability guidelines. The extra movement speed your race gets only applies to general movements outside of abilities.

Weapon Damage: Your weapon deals passive damage without needing abilities. This damage is equal to its tier. The rules for breaking/repairing weapons are also up for discussion right now but it's on hold. Once the image issue gets fixed you can be sure I'll be bumping it. In the meantime feel free to post there with your own opinion.

Now to finally grade your actual abilities~

Wrath Of the Crimson Beast: When you add multiple strikes/hits/blows/projectiles/etc the damage is split so you only do full damage if all the attacks land. In this case C-tier damage would be split twice leaving it as D-tier damage. The only exception to this rule is D-tier which cannot be split any further. For example, if you had a D-tier tech with the max amount of attacks allowed(5) you would do D-tier damage several times over. However it would not combine to equal C-tier+ damage.

Either drop the number of attacks to 1 or weaken the damage to bruising.

Devastation: Post this separately like I mentioned before. In addition, this attack needs a movement speed.

Bladed Whirlwind: This attack is a bit too vague right now. It's worded to sound like there are multiple attacks but none are specifically mentioned. Please state the number of attacks as well as the nature of them. Is it an overhead followed by a horizontal? That kind of detail is required.

Breaking Resistance: Please add a movement speed for this as if you can't get your defense up or in position in time then enemies could bypass the defense. That's what makes dex users so scary T.T

You don't have to use all your starters, but it would be in your best interest to do so.

The techs you have here are all approved but I'll leave this out of the approved section for a while longer till you reply whether or not you'll add your last D-tier. I recommend just adding another defensive parry as you never know when you need to defend and your other one has a cool down ;)

Question: If I upgrade the Spells can I change the names?
(asking because I might figure out a way cooler name than those one day xD)
