Removed the rule that you must first ask permission to go on a job when multiple people are in your party. Replaced with the following explanation:
The normal rule is that in order to complete a job, you must have an equal Character rank to the job rank. Therefore, D-Tier characters can only take D-Tier jobs, C-Tier characters can take C-Tier and below jobs, B-Tiers can take B-Tier and below jobs etc etc. The exception to this rule is if you go on a job with multiple others. So long as the added character rank between all the characters taking the job meets or exceeds the rank of the job, it is fine for that group to take the job. 2 D-Tiers can take a C-Tier job. 4 D-Tiers can take a B-Tier job. 2 C-Tiers can take a B-Tier job. etc. etc. Players have the option of taking the jobs that are already made or to create their own.
*Any job that is turned in that doesn't meet the equal rank requirements will be considered void, no matter how well written or how long the job is.
