The Second Bi-Annual Auction has begun, there will be a 24 hour viewing period of shops from this post. Once the period has ended the bidding can begin. The shops will be modded by those who made the items or a staff member in their steed with some general rules.
1. Players may only bid in one shop at a time, once their bid is over, forfeit or bought they may bid in another auction.
2 Players may only bid for one item within a shop
3, 75 percent of all money spent in the auction will go to a lottery for every player who participated whether or not they bought something. The winner of the lottery will earn all of the money.
4. There will be a special Alma Torran Shop in which staff may participate as well, as the items in this shop have plot value and will have to earned in character is well after bought, second highest bid gets a chance if the players who does it fails.
5. Some shops have a secret special item, which will appear for browsing then purchase after every item in the shop has been bought.
6. The Db Auction will come on the 20th with its own set of rules.
7.The amount of Huang you enter a bid on is LOCKED, meaning any Huang you gather after you bid on an item does not count for the thread you posted in.
Along with this, there has been a small change to some magic items in regards to their power. Some magic items have had two functions of their tier or more, like the armors which have had three while some have split their tier across function. After some discussion rather than nerf and lower damage of every tool a new classification known as magic artifacts has been made, in which are magic tools and weapons which have a higher function cost for the sake of stronger functions. it can be read

Magic Items:
These are utility items that possess preset spells capable of assisting the user in some way. These are rarely offensive spells and almost never deal direct damage to opponents. However, they can change the battlefield in your favor, heal wounds, or otherwise support your character. These do not gain spells over time and only possess magic functions. But they can sometimes possess multiple magic functions. If they possess multiple functions it splits across equaling the total of the item's tier. The Tier of a magic item only changes its durability which can be found in the Items Systems Page.
Magic Artifacts: These are powerful, or more design specific magic tools. What separates these items is their more unique and powerful functions with these items which have a strong impact on combat or plot. These items can have two to three functions equal to their tier because of the higher costs and possible requirements.
Magic Artifacts cost 20 Magoi to Activate | 10 Magoi to sustain
If three functioned the design should generally cutback with a cooldown of 4 posts or potential player/item damage.
