Job:

The one eyed man woke up very early today even though he didn’t have any plans to do. No new ability he wanted to train rather than a simple sword swinging practice, but today he was not feeling it since he felt very lazy. He was, in fact, desperate about how to find his magician guide. He wondered how he had to find his magician friend and usually ended up helping other people. He was not a cold person to not doing people’s request and not a kindest person you’ve met too since the man was just doing it because he wanted to or just because the reward, he seldom feel sympathy except towards children and sometimes towards women. He rolled on the bed for a while, thinking what he should do since he already wake up this early and quickly get up when he knew what he should do. Cleaning my Katana…is a nice idea… He lazily rolled to the side of his bed and reached the Katana which he placed right beside his bed, picking it up and putting it on the bed. Tenma rolled again to the other side before standing up to get the cleaning kit and then sat on the bed again. But just when he wanted to clean it, he realized he ran out of the cleaning liquid. Sigh escaped his lips and he quickly went outside, trying to find a forging place, hoping they would have some.

“Good Morning!” Tenma called from outside, but he didn’t hear any sound besides an angry yell from inside, along with a loud step of someone. He stepped backward one time just when the stepping sound became much louder and smiled as soon as the house owner opened the door. “What? Customer?” A young woman said, her face was still annoyed but the swordsman didn’t distracted by it and continued to smile as wide as he can. “Good morning, I want to buy cleansing liquid for Katana.” But just when Tenma finished talking, the woman who was possibly the same age as him grunted and walked away to the hall without even saying anything to the man. The man raised his eyebrow and waited patiently until the woman came out again, “I’ll give you this for free if you want to help us.”

“…” He stared at the woman just for a second and smiled to her, “I’d like to know more…” As soon as he understood the request that the woman had, Tenma brought the horse and buggy to the nearby mines since the usual driver was sick and turned out the woman was pretty annoyed by that because they needed ores to fill an order. This reminded Tenma of that one time he visited a mine like this went he was much younger, helping the miners to took the ores. He closed his eyes for a second and then headed to the mines, started to dig some ores before he brought it back. He got quite a lot but he spent a few long time to actually managed to gather all that ores, the sun was already up. Hope I wouldn’t be late delivering this back…

Just when he reached the house, he could see the woman was impatiently waiting outside her shop and she quickly approached the one eyed man when she saw him, amazed that the man can actually bring that much ores. “Alright! I’ll give you this cleansing liquid, and take this too!” The woman grinned and hand him a small pouch which was filled with some coins. Just when Tenma wanted to refuse, the woman quickly took the horse and quickly walked back after saying, “Name’s Mischa! Come again of you need something, and thanks for your help!”

The man was at loss and didn’t know what to say since the woman was very energetic, he could have chase her an gave the pouch back but maybe the woman would be too busy to even talking to him. He looked at the pouch, threw it up and caught it again before putting it into his pocket. Not bad…

Job Details:

It was a very peaceful walk for the swordsman as he enjoyed the crowded scene in the city, but it perished soon as he felt someone with a killing intention near him, he could feel someone approaching him, closer and closer. A hand reached to him, but quickly being stopped by Tenma who responded quickly enough by gripping that hand with a strong force, when he looked at the owner of the hand, he smiled. The woman groaned in pain and struggled, trying hard to release her hand from the man’s tight grips. Tenma let go of her hand and still wearing his smile, “My apologize, Miss Mischa. I thought you will do any harm to me.” He said teasingly and bowed his body a little, sending a non-apologetic but sly smile to the woman. Mischa blushed in an instant and got ready to hit him, but she stopped herself because she remembered that she needed him. The one eyed man raised his eyebrow and chuckled, wondering what would the woman do and stayed still on his spot. The blacksmith groaned in annoyance and averts her gaze, “I’m just passing by… and I saw you walking around here.” She began to blush harder and couldn’t even look at the man in the eye, “A-a-anyway! Since I found you here, will you lend me a hand again? That stupid driver is sick again…”

Tenma nodded and he stepped closer to the female blacksmith, “Sure, I will help. Same mine as before?” Instead of answering quickly, the female frowned; she gave the swordsman a worried look.  “Well… actually… this time it is located near a bandit camp… So I’m a little worried and not sure if you want to do it or not. If you don’t want to then it is o—“ Mischa stopped her words as the man placed his pointy finger softly on her lips, and with a direct stare to the woman, he hushed her. “I will help, milady. Just lend me the horse and buggy again, then I am ready to go and get you some ore.” The blacksmith’s eyes widened by the man’s sudden action and she couldn’t even reply him properly, but eventually managed to lend him the horse and buggy. A soft groan coming from the woman after Tenma left, she blushes harder and sighed, feeling her heart beating fast.

“Near bandit camp, eh…?” He murmured to himself while continue to control the horse to reach the destination. He knew how the bandit work, they would try to ambush him at an unpredictable time and place, so he kept his guard up by controlling the horse with one hand while the right one stayed on his lap so he could reach for his Katana quickly. His feeling were right as when he reached a certain places that showed nothing but only piles of big stone and sands everywhere, he could feel some people were hiding. He didn’t know where but his sense was as sharp as his katana, he stopped the horse and stayed up there, waiting for a bandit or something revealed themselves. He could feel someone is approaching him, but he could feel that the killing intention was not murderous, it contains some anxiety an doubt. So the one eyed man didn’t move or climbed down from the horse, he just wait until a man approached him and pointed his blade to him. Tenma raised an eyebrow and smiled, “What can I do for you in such a fine day, Sir?” He asked casually but with sarcasm hinted inside his words. “Hand everything you have!” The bandit said, threatening the swordsman by his blade. With an evil smirk attached on his face, Tenma unsheathed his Katana with an unnoticeable speed and attacked him immediately, surprising the bandit and made him stepped back to maintain his gap with the black haired man. Tenma jumped down from the horse and pointed his Katana to the bandit who has a small cut on his left arm, the one eyed man smiled slyly while lifting up his hand, motioning him to come and attack. The bandit groaned and has this vine popped on his forehead as he began to jog and thrust his blade at 15 m/s which quickly being Parried by Tenma, and followed by sending two front kicks which was directly taken by the bandit.

Wider smirks on his face meant he was enjoying every bit of the fight, and he was ready to play even more when two more bandits showed up, one ready to attack as another quickly aid the collapsed one. He wanted to kill someone so bad today but he still holding himself to do so, his fear of his sister’s rejection keeping him from doing that even though he managed to went as far as torturing someone to death several days ago. Well, he would just enjoyed the good fight and played with them as much as he wanted. The bandit got ready to attack but he was much slower than Tenma who already sent a quick sharp slash to him. The swordsman chuckled as the bandit parried his attack, it entertain him very much to the point he laughed hard, making the bandit all confused and wondered about the swordsman’s sanity. The black haired man smirked and performs two downwards diagonal cuts, giving damage to the bandit as the bandit collapsed as well. His eyes would gaze on the remaining bandit and his feet would bring him quickly as he dashed with a high murderous intention directed to the last bandit. He pulled his hand back to engage the base of his palm in two upward thrust, sending a heavy blow to the panicked bandit. He clapped his hand like wiping it from any filth before he approached the horse and pulled it along with the buggy, heading to the mine and collected some ore the female blacksmith needed.

As soon as he arrived at the blacksmith’s place, he noticed the woman leaned her body on the door. With a smile, he approached Mischa and gave over the ore to her. The woman looked worried as her face began to pale and she began to observe Tenma from head to toe to find out if he was hurt or not. But Tenma made a move and grabbed her hand lightly, “You will make me feel like I am naked or something if you gazed at me so intensely like that, Miss Mischa.” In an instant, the said woman blushed hard again and groaned, she would say a quick thank you before throwing a bag of coin to the swordsman and then quickly bring the ore to her workshop, slamming the door right after she entered. Tenma raised his eyebrow and knocked the door only to say, “Well, if you need any help again, you can find me at the inn just across the street near the tavern.” Suddenly a loud banging sound could be heard and Tenma raised an eyebrow, curious of what happened but he turned back, wanting to head back to the inn. Well… at least that was quite fun…

Job:

The black haired man sat on the rooftop, looking at the blistering sun that surrounded by several clouds around. He could feel a warm breeze swiping his face and hair softly; his eye began to close as he felt the sleepiness crept in. Well, he does feel a little tired and mostly bored. It has been two days after he help Mischa, the female blacksmith to collect some ore at the mine that was located near bandits’ hideout. He wondered too about the sick driver, whether he could or couldn't gather the ore again today and thought maybe he should pay the blacksmith a visit in case she needed some help. He stretched his arms up and let out a little yawn before he climbed down and headed to the forge. In his way to go there, he was thinking about many things.

From some unrelated matter to some important one, one of it was he never gave Mischa his name and he thought he should tell her. Well, clearly, for him it was not for romantic purpose, he understood that widening his relation and connection would help him to gather up some information. But he began to feel desperate since all the leads about slavery he could find in this sunny city were not enough for him to find his sister. He had gone to some places that may lead him to his sister but he always found nothing. He began to questioning himself whether he could ever find his sister, or if his sister was already…. He shook his head, stopping his step for a while and put his hand on his eye, covering it for a second, not wanting other people to see what he covered. It was anger he felt and sadness mixed with regret, he always asked why he didn’t come home sooner, and if he came home sooner he might able to stop it or maybe die along with them.

When he finally arrived, he would lift his hand and made a fist then slowly knocking the door. He waited until the door was open and revealed the same female blacksmith behind the door, blushing as soon as she saw the figure who knocked her door. She tried to inhale air to make herself calm and then asked, “W-what do want?” Tenma smiled kindly and answered, “Just paying you a visit and wondering if your driver still sick. But I do apologize for this sudden visit.” He bowed at the woman for a second.

“U-uh…well… actually you came in the right timing… We ran out of ore again and our driver still sick… I think the flu was pretty harsh… so… would you mind to help me again…?” Mischa blushed and averts her gaze from the man in front of her, she gulped down to stop her heart from beating fast. “I don’t mind at all.” Tenma smiled and asked for more details from the woman, he took the horse and the buggy again before heading off to the mine. Apparently, this mine was the same mine as the previous one and near the same bandits hideout. He wondered if the bandits would try to get in his way again, because he was more than ready to take them on.

The sky started to darken as Tenma arrived at the previous spot he was in when he was ambushed by the bandits, he then climbed down from the horse and pulled the collar so the horse walked with him. A calm hum escaped his lips, he was enjoying every moment waiting for the bandits to actually come and attacked him. Well, he did thought of something different today by wearing a cloaked hood so the bandits wouldn’t recognized him again and he could just easily play with them again. He smirked as he sense movement from several spot, making him carved a excited grin on his face. His blood rushing due to his excitement, he got the chance to have fun today and moreover, he might even went as far as killing one of the bandits. He might still fear the rejection from his sister if she found out about his dirty little secret, but he couldn’t hold himself anymore. Just like men needed satisfaction from fulfilling his desire, he needed to do it too, but not by fulfilling his lust, it was by killing someone. He just needed to control himself to not let his dark side corrupted him more, so at the time where he met his sister, he would show his bright side to her as his dark side was never existed.

The golden orb closed as the man began to prepare himself, he could feel ill intention directed towards him and it was getting closer, closer and he grinned as one of the bandit attempt to send a Thrust towards the swordsman. His grin became wider as he Parried the attack, but stepped back until he was on 10 meters away from the bandit, wanting to see if the other will showed up. Relief crept in his heart as the bandits teamed up, he looked around for more but there were only three of them. He sighed for a bit, disappointed because there was no other bandit showed up but still grateful that he got the chance to face them. With a mockery smiled attached on his face, he motioned his hand, signaling them to come towards Tenma and attacked. He could see uneasiness on their eyes, but one of them encouraged himself to actually dash off and attack.

“Finally…” The one eyed man chuckled, “I thought three of you will just standing there… and turn out one of the herbivore is brave enough to attack.” He mocked again and used his Joho Giri, clashing his four diagonal slashes to the bandit who sent slashes to him. He saw surprise on the bandits face and smirked while deliver four quick sharp slashes which knocked him out, but Tenma was not nearly done. With a satisfied smile and pleasure in his eyes, he dashed towards the remaining two and didn’t give them a chance to prevent his attack. He used the force and pulled his left hand back to engage the base of his palm and sent 4 upward thrusts, knocking the bandit out and lifted his right hand which was holding his Katana, sending four diagonal slashes to the last one. The man had a good reflect as he managed to parry the attack even though he looked very scared, but Tenma kept going. His golden orb shone like a tiger who had finally found its prey and for instant, after the man parried his first and second slash, he seemed couldn’t hold the third and the fourth one as it went through his defense, giving him damage. He was delighted to see the man fell on the ground and begged for him to not kill him, but it was not the swordsman business, he WAS eager to kill. So with a dark chuckle, he deliver four surprise cuts to end the man’s life, making the blood burst out from his body and showering Tenma with it. He closed his eyes, enjoying the feel of the blood shower and laughed darkly. He would then took a clean handkerchief from his coat to wipe his Katana from blood carefully before sheathed it again in its sheathe.

He was glad, like finally pouring water into his dry throat by killing one of them. But he knew he couldn’t waste any time and headed to the mine, collecting the ore he could collect before going back to the city. He was not a foolish one to just went back to the city again while drenched in blood like that, so he went to the spring he encountered in his last time being there and clean himself from the filth. After he finished cleaning himself, he quickly head back to Mischa’s place, smiling at the woman when he found out she was standing outside the door again, like waiting for him to come back. He could notice the worried look from the woman who quickly ran to him and checked him for any wound or injuries. The man couldn’t help but laughed a little, stopping the woman from checking his body by gripping her hand. “I’m not wounded, so you can stop checking my body like that.” The female blacksmith blushed and pouted , but quickly stepped back so she could give the man some room to move. He chuckled seeing the woman’s reaction and said, “I hope the ores are enough. And…well, if you need my help again, you can always seek me.” He paused for a second and then smiled, “My name is Mikazuki Tenma. You can call me Tenma… It’s means Heavenly Demon, so you can see how my name related to my strength right?” He laughed innocently and pat Mischa’s shoulder. “Y-yes, I can see the relation. But is it okay if I keep asking you for help? Well, I did give you reward though but I—“ Tenma put his pointy finger in front of her lips, hushing  her and replied with a smile before receiving his reward. “I don’t mind, milady. I’d like it more if you ask for my help often. I should thank you for the reward though.”
