Riku Matsunaga, a citizen born and raised in Kou, is an operative who goes by the name of Aulus Ovidius. Currently thirty five years of age, the man was born on the fifteenth day of the fourth month. Riku Matsunaga holds an almost nondescript appearance besides being fairly short at one hundred and seventy centimeters. His clothing and appearance reflects his organization-oriented mind, as they are always clear cut and clean. With no physical military training whatsoever, and weighing in at eighty kilograms, he lacks the physical fitness of many who have lived within Kou.
Riku Matsunaga is a man who works to work. With his willingness to dive head-first into what he does, and his drive to follow through until he completes his job, he has quickly found himself in a position that requires hard work. As the head of personnel and decorum, Riku Matsunaga willingness to constantly memorize and read up on new files has made him an asset in our efforts in Reim. He is the example of 90% hard work and 10% talent. Riku Matsunaga seems to have a particular liking for organization. While still working in Kou, he has been observed to re-organize his office every morning. Riku Matsunaga has not revealed himself to dislike much, therefore it can only be determined that his supposed liking for organization is, in fact, a dislike for disorganization.
From a young age, Riku Matsunaga has been raised to take his father's place as a governmental worker. Matsunaga's father worked in the department of treasury when he was still living, who was not a particularly noteworthy individual. Through his education and training, Riku Matsunaga began working in the government's census department at the age of 16 at the insistence of his father, allowing him to dodge the 9 year military stint that is normally required of a Kou citizen.
Through his steady work, and a coincidence that lead Spymaster Takahashi Sato to cross paths with Riku Matsunaga, the man was interviewed and recruited by the Spymaster to work under the intelligence department at the age of 23. From that point onward, Riku Matsunaga worked tirelessly to learn his new role within the nation; personnel management. The Spymaster had rare praise for the man and in 4 years, at the age of 27, Takahashi Sato sent Riku Matsunaga over on the Reim expedition for the Intelligence agency. From that point onward, Riku Matsunaga worked as the head of the personnel department for the Reim Operations.
