As a side note, Lagi isn't having problems with beasts, but Roark and he are heading an initiative to use beasts for farming and other basic things. So they are gathering beasts and aiming to have beast tamers teach farmers, and other occupations that could use it, the beast tamer skills in order to increase productivity.
