Name: South Wave, Royal Fencing Style - Lunge
Tier: C-Tier
Cost: 20 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: Sword/Cutlass
Class: Offensive
Range: 5 Meters
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 3 posts
Description: Lunge is one of the most importante techniques in the South Wave, Royal Fencing Style. It takes advantage of the characteristics of the blade (sharp, long, light and not very wide) to very rapidly stab the adversary somewhere in his body. All though it seems very simple, it's quite the difficult technique. You need to observe your adversary carefully and have the correct footwork to move closely, extend your arm and stab the adversary. The user must leave is off-hand in his back so his center of gravity is in his back to make it possible to very quickly return to his original position, without losing his standing. It requires quite a lot of experience in footwork. This jab can penetrate about halfway through muscle. It has a a top speed of 15 m/s when moving towards the oponnent.
Name: South Wave, Royal Fencing Style - Rafale
Tier: C-Tier
Cost: 20 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: Sword/Cutlass
Class: Offensive
Range: 3 Meters
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 3 posts
Description: Rafale is a flurry of cuts and stabs to an opponent (a total of 10) in the same stance moving only the arm and wrist to create different cutting orientations and attacks, without stopping if some of the attacks are parried or miss their target. It requires an extremely stable stance, which doesn't necessarily mean stable footing, and the off-hand must grab the waist and perform an arch in the opposite direction of the attack. The blade moves very quickly, at a speed of 15 m/s. Each cut or stab can barely go past the skin and just start to touch tissue and muscle, but each attack summed does considerable damage to the body, in all.
Name: South Wave, Royal Fencing Style - Riposte
Tier: D-Tier
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: Sword/Cutlass
Class: Defensive
Range: 2 Meters
Duration: 1 post
Cool-Down: 2 posts
Description: Riposte is a very complex and crucial defensive technique in the South Wave, Royal Fencing Style. It consists in observing the path of the adversary's attack and by, gently but decisively, touching the opponent's weapon with the tip of the cutlass, deviating the attack from its course, fending of danger. However, the technique doesn't stop here. By redirecting your opponents weapon, you create an opening. For a split second, your adversary can't reposition his weapon to defend himself. Immediatly after executing the defense, the fencer can execute can use one of his other attacks/techniques, generaly in the opposite direction of the deviation, which can hit any part of the body the fencer intends to, but he isn't forced to do so. It requires an incredible ability to analyze the path of the opponent's attack and great experience to find the correct moment to use the technique. It requires great footwork. It causes no damage and the blade travelts at a speed of 10 m/s. It can defend against 1 C-Tier physical attack or 2 D-Tier physical attacks.
Name: South Wave, Royal Fencing Style - Coulé
Tier: D-Tier
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: Sword/Cutlass
Class: Supplementary
Range: 2 Meters
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 2 posts
Description: Coulé is a very simple but, sometimes, useful technique. It consists in grazing along the opponents weapon and, when it reaches its gravity center, fending it away from its original position. By fending it away, the fencer creates an opening in his opponents guard, which can then be explored with a follow up attack through the opening. It requires a great ability to analize the opponents weapon and find its gravity center. It causes no damage and the blade travelts at a speed of 10 m/s.
Name: South Wave, Royal Fencing Style - Doublé
Tier: D-Tier
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: Sword/Cutlass
Class: Offensive
Range: 5 Meters
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 2 posts
Description: Doublé is an attack executed after a normal parry, the Riposte technique or Coulé. It's a move executed after one of those techniques is used where the fencer's blade executes a complete wrist circle, finishing on the opposite side, the side where the parry departed from. It's very difficult to defend since this technique takes advantage of an opening in the opponents guard created by the technique used before it. It requires a good deal of experience and control of wrist movements. The blade travels at a speed of 10 m/s during the attack, and causes cuts that barely go past the skin and just start to touch tissue and muscle, making it a technique used to cause small, but sometimes decisive, wounds.
Name: South Wave, Royal Fencing Style - Feinte Remise
Tier: D-Tier
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: Sword/Cutlass
Class: Offensive
Range: 2 Meters
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 2 posts
Description: The Feinte Remise technique involves the fencer making a feint, a fake-attack, that doesn't actually go all the way to the opponent. It's objective is tricking the opponent to guard the quarter of his body where that fake-attack should've landed and, afterwards, replacing the attack with an actual cut to the opposite quarter of his body, without withdrawing the arm. It requires a great deal of concentration and observation skill, as well as an excellent wrist job and footwork. The blade flies, in both movements, at 10 m/s. If the attack hits it's mark, the cut barely goes past the skin and just starts to touch tissue and muscle.

South Wave, Royal Fighting Style
Name: South Wave, Royal Fighting Style - Renversé
Tier: D-Tier
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: No Weapon
Class: Supplementary
Range: 2 Meters
Duration: 1 post
Cool-Down: 2 posts
Description: Usually used simultaneously with the Fencing Style, the South Wave, Royal Fighting Style was created to support fencers, both by enhancing there fencing and enabling them to fight without a sword. Since it's used with a sword, it's a fighting style where the fighter uses only is legs. This technique in particular is quite interesting. The fighter waits for his opponent to attack and uses is own momentum against him. The fighter moves closer to the adversary and the starting point of his attack. The attack's "weak spot". The weak spot is the place where the attack is just starting and isn't fully matured yet, making it easy to manipulate. The fighter move to this spot and, with his off-hand, he will grab the hand or harm of his opponent to divert the attack away from him while, simultaneasly, placing his foot in front of his opponents stand (the foot which is closer to the opponents gravity center). With his foot firmly established, the fighter uses the strength of the opponents own attack to make him trip in the fighters leg, throwing him off balance. This requires great experience, an excellent observation skill and humongous footwork. It causes no damage and the fencer runs towards the opponent. When top speed is achieved, its roughly a speed of 10 m/s. The off-hand and trip foot move also at such a speed.
Name: South Wave, Royal Fighting Style - Chassé Génois
Tier: D-Tier
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Weapon Type: No Weapon
Class: Supplementary
Range: 2 Meters
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 2 posts
Description: Usually used simultaneously with the Fencing Style, the South Wave, Royal Fighting Style was created to support fencers, both by enhancing there fencing and enabling them to fight without a sword. Since it's used with a sword, it's a fighting style where the fighter uses only is legs. Chassé Génois is a technique where the fighter throws a quick side or front piston-action kick aimed at the opponent's inner thigh, with the toe pointed at the opponent's groin, in the leg which is serving has the primary stand of the opponent. It's an offensive technique with the objective of numbing the opponents leg, partially paralyzing that leg's movements, allowing follow-up attacks to hit more effectively and with more ease. It can only work if the leg in question is supporting enough to wait to be in tension, allowing the quick to numb it. It requires great observation skills and quick footwork. It causes no damage and the kick moves at a speed of 10 m/s. The user must be already in range to use the technique. The paralysis affects only the leg hit during 2 posts.
