Grandmasters Teachings [Training; Private]

The Grandmaster, Kousen, was meditating in the main dojo. The large building was emptied of its usual attendees as they were attending to other duties throughout the village. There was silence throughout the room. The smallest sounds were quickly hushed by an unknown force that was trying to keep the serenity of the room. This is what Kousen did in his spare time when not supervising the studies of his students. His meditation was something he always found time for as a clear mind was a corner stone of his teachings, so in order to uphold his teachings he meditated regularly. A hypocrite is something Kousen was not.

The mind of the elderly man thought of nothing, yet everything. It was blank, yet full and he took it all in. He was a man who had seemed to live several lifetimes through just his one. He actually was just a man that was deeply loved by the ruhk almost like the fabled magicians in history. The Ruhk just brought him through many experiences in his life that have crafted him into serenity itself. He was a man that anyone around him would for some reason feel calm and feel serenity within themselves. This is why this village was so heavily populated by his disciples. He just attracted all the right kinds of feelings and people. This man could have easily been seen as some kind of King. If one did not know better they would say he was a King at some point in time.

Kousen was sitting with his legs crossed an hands on his knees. The mans eyes were closed; it looked like he could be asleep. He opened his eyes slowly and looked at the door. "You can enter Dynatos." Sure enough the person opening the door was Dynatos. He had been standing out there for quite some time. "I had a feeling you would come here after the beating you gave my students. I know they do posses studier bodies than normal people, but no they are not Fanalis halflings or anything." Kousen was answering all the questions of the young Fanalis without Dynatos himself even asking a question or getting in a word edge wise. Dynatos's shock was obvious as he stared Kousen wondering if he could read minds. He wasn't but that was just the level of wisdom and insight that he posed. "Yes I will train you, but you can never deviate from my teachings no matter what. The first step is to clear the mind and find inner peace with your demons." Dynatos was in utter shock when Kousen continued to seemingly read his mind. Dynatos simply nodded and sat the way Kousen had been sitting, crossed legs with his hands filmy on his knees. "Now think about everything that has happened with your life as well any negative thing that you have ever experienced and come to terms and peace with them. Be sure not to be consumed by them or this training will not succeed. The first thing in becoming strong is strengthening your mind."

Kousen had taken all the words out of the mouth of Dynatos before he had the chance to say anything. Who was Kousen exactly and what exactly had he gone through in this life or another that made him this way? Dynatos began to ask many different questions within himself before sitting down and closing his eyes as Kousen had instructed. For the most part after he had done what Kousen instructed him to, Dynatos began to wonder more about this Kousen man, the Grandmaster as his disciples called him. Yakuroro had not told him anything pertaining to Kousen. Not that it was a problem, but he could have said Dynatos the trouble of being so shocked by the power of just this mans presence and words alone. Dynatos wondered just how strong this man was and one day he would spar this man.

Kousen followed up with more instructions for Dynatos to abide by. Dynatos began thinking about his past and the few years him, Amira, and their parents were actually together. It was the happiest he had ever been in his life. He knew all to well that Amira's memories of their parents were like the stars in the sky, they seemed close so close that you could reach out to them but in reality they were out of reach. This saddened Dynatos because he knew how much they loved her and it seemed like Amira only loved them for the sake of loving them. Like she was obligated to. How would she act when they finally met their parents is what Dynatos began to wonder.

He continued on to thinking about what he future goals were. Eventually he would have to stop running and stand up to his fears for the sake of Amira and himself. A drip of water seemed to hit a puddle and cause a wave inside of Dynatos. The darkness he had seen behind his eyelids suddenly disappeared as he saw himself standing in a large room. In front of him was a doorway to some kind of Balcony. He slowly approached the balcony; looking up he was nothing but a vast blue sky with unique birds flying over head. When Dynatos reached the edge of the balcony all he could see was a see of shades of red. It was not blood no it was Fanalis, massive amounts of Fanalis stood before Dynatos looking up at him with grins on their faces. There were all kinds of ages from newborns to even elderly looking Fanalis who god knows how old they were considering the Fanalis seem to remain young when they hit adulthood. The eyes of Dynatos snapped open and were met with those of Kousen. Kousen knew what had just happened. The ruhk showed Dynatos what it was that his heart desired. It was just being eclipsed by doubt, fear, and uncertainty.  "The Ruhk guides everyone to their purpose. We must take time to listen." There was so much that Dynatos wanted to talk with Kousen about but their conversations would have to wait for another day because of the drones of disciples that came flooding into the dojo. "Looks like we'll have to talk another time Master Kousen." Dynatos stood swiftly leaving the dojo.
