Gang Problems [Lagi/Solo] C rank

Everybody wants to be a tough guy nowadays. There are some thugs who thought they could capitalize on Reim’s current state and have the people and the other business pay “protection money”, in order to protect themselves from the thugs while the reim officials are too busy to take care of such matters. However, Lagi is   not without his eyes and ears through the land of Reim, and he quickly heard about this once Hidan has relayed the message to him. “ Thugs huh? Nothing special about them? Magic or anything? How come the guards weren’t able to take care of this?” Hidan made a sharp cough as soon as Lagi said that and  went through  a bit of papers that he already had in his hands. “We are still going through the process of receiving aid from Kou, handling the few crowds of people that find themselves starving, that slave group that the fanalis woman brought with her. How do you expect to get all of this done without any control over those people? They aren’t citizens of reim, there has to be some order during the distribution, and we need an equal amount of soldiers in order to match the amount of mouths that have to be fed. “ Lagi nodded his head as soon as he took notice of the point that Hidan had brought across, the missives had to be controlled up to a certain degree if there was to be any order.
With another deep sigh, Lagi placed his wine glass back on the counter and proceeded to get up. “In any kind of shape or form, exercise will always be considered as exercise. As long as I say that was the case, maybe I could use a little break from paper work and make sure that these thugs are relieved of their duties. Besides, exploiting the people is a pretty terrible thing to do, its not I haven’t …ok so I thought about it. But not  like that….” With a small chuckle, Lagi went to work.”

Later that day Lagi actually managed to catch the same thugs that hidan reported to him about , they was trying to force their authority on one of Lagi’ favorite places to drink. “ Woah woah there people, now why in the heck would you mess up the only place that sells dragonfruit wine? It says dragon  for crying out loud, isn’t it that much of a hint that I drink here?”  Two of them attacked Lagi, using furious cut. “Get him!” Lagi dodged by using bulk up speed and  used bullet point to beam his finger into one of the bandit’s stomach. Another thug tried to sneak up behind lagi, but he used bulk up strength to  counter attack and punched the thug  in the neck with B rank strength. Afterwards, lagi sped up and did a double  clothesline to knock out the last two thugs. “Sigh….” Lagi would say as he sat at the bar, leaving the area a little messy as he placed an order. “Standsen, dragonfruit wine please.
