The Swarm moves at 15 m/s.

Sukaiappa can remove the 'offguard opponent', because I would hate for somebody to say 'Hey, you can only use a movement like that if I'm off guard, and I'm not.'

Yadzutsu will have to be changed slightly. As mentioned to Kneph, the ability here is actually technically a Magoi Manipulation since it 'buffs' your speed. If you make it a dash instead, that would be fine. I mention to Kneph that if he wants to also use the reasoning that with the dash he has enough momentum to continue moving at a running speed as per his race guidelines, that's perfectly fine. This is actually a buff on your ability, as you will be able to dash at 10m/s, higher than your speed, and then you could continue moving as either running or sprinting from having the momentum necessary for it already. Make it a dash by adding in a scale of 5m or less for how far your dash/jump move takes you.


Okami o Korosu: Remove the sentence that says 'this does not stop the opponent's attack'. We will use normal clashing rules to determine that. You can also choose to remove the 'Waits for the opponent to be open for an attack'. That kind of stuff can be RPed. This way, you can still use the attack to clash with another person's attack, if you would like to.


Kuma o Korosu: In regards to increasing both your movement speed while also being able to use an attack at the tier's speed; that would require Magoi Manipulation. Since this is both a supplementary, and an offensive, you would need to assign the speed to one of them and bring the amount of damage down on how much your blow does to D-Tier. I would instead suggest having it be an attack you do at the opponent's skull, and perhaps have another ability that gets you behind the opponent unless you're okay with the damage being at D-Tier. The rules for splitting class of abilities can be found Here under 'Ability Classes'.

Jakkaru o korosu:

This needs to be changed slightly. It would have to separate the attacks into 4 different attacks, each of which would deal D-Tier damage but add up to B-Tier if they land on the same opponent, or C-Tier if 2 land on the same opponent.

It is at this point that I want to say something, Altair. This is the only chance you have to change your secondary to something else. There is no known way to get your secondary changed after this that we have planned at this time. If you accept this risk, please continue with the ability approval process for INT.



You might want to change the range of the following spell to its full potential. You're kind of nerfing yourself pretty hard. Your call, though, man.

Crown of Locusts isn't dealing damage, so I'm changing it to Supplementary. If you want it to deal C-Tier damage to anything within the thing, you could remove the status effects and add the damage in there instead. Changing the sustain to reflect the appropriate rules for sustain in the new Durations rules.
