Trait Description: An all around focus on rest and replenishment of nutrients has led some body manipulators to develop ways to improve their recover ability. By flushing muscles of lactic acid built up and increasing the speed of digesting food through precise muscle control, the rate of rest and food recovery has seen slight improvement.
Trait Effect: Upon entering a rest state the user will receive extra recovery of 10 stamina per rest post and 5 magoi per food item eaten. This will remain in effect until rest ends or is interrupted.

Version 3.1:

Hopefully final/near-final edit, only difference in version 3.1 is a put in wording that these benefits can still occur after regular rest gains have been expended.

Strip percent, give flat numbers using base 5 counting.

1/2 approved with the agreed upon edits. 3.1 circumvents the rest systems rule of no gains after 3 posts of rest so it is denied on those grounds.
