Requirements/Drawbacks: Dalia must focus on shifting her tongue and aim it where she needs it to go. As well as this she uses her own body muscle and flesh mass inside her torso to provide the required length and a good amount of her blood to make it sturdy enough to pierce.

Description:

Dalia focuses on altering the muscle and flesh linking around the  back end of the tongue to stretch and grow past where it naturally would and slowly altering the musical and flesh past that down to her torso to do the same while compacting all the blood in them to make the flesh almost hard in nature to allow it to actually pierce through things and people. The tongue forms into a fine point like one would find on a spear. She then opens her mouth to quickly shoot out her tongue towards her opponent going up to 1.5 m away for C - Tier damage. It remains firmly attached at its base to her innards to allow it to retract and shift back to normal afterwards. The entire thing is the same width and height as the normal base of the tongue only changing towards the base to be more cylinder-like in shape.

Dalia channels excess components in the body such as water, protein, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride, fats and other such things to form a large mass of Muscular fibers to then form into muscle tissue above the forearm bone. As it is formed excess calcium phosphate and what her body can make on the spot wraps around this tissue to form a bone that she then compresses down rapidly to make a thin blade like structure that is stronger than the usual bones in the body. They then shoot out form each arm up to .5 m in length with similar blade dimensions as a standard katana. It will stay out up to 2 posts, and functions like a basic weapon at C - Tier allowing for basic attacks matching the bone’s base tier. As the time runs out it retracts into her arms leaving cuts where they came out and return all the components back into the body where they belong.

Scales for Base Tier? What does this mean exactly?

Also add a Requirement/Drawback for Bone Blade.

Okay so my intent was for it to function like a basic weapon so what i meant was like how base weapons have a tier that is their durability and attack damage. Im not sure hwy I added the word base I think i was just being fancy. I removed the word base but please let me know if theres a better way to explain this in the ability itself.
