Angelus sat within the dark dusk of the demesnes, his sable hood covering his sharp piercing eyes upon this night time espionage mission. If he was to stare back at the window sill of the premises he had just set out from, he perhaps may catch a glimpse of one of the shadowy figures that helped operate this scheme. It was just how he thought and what had been reported to him. In his hand was to lay a small leather pouch, filled to the brim with copper pieces, but not just any run of the mill copper pieces.

On the contrary, these were quite special, for the fact that they were forgeries. Yes, these were fake, phonies. Why did Angelus have these on him though? Well, the soldier had decided he must further investigate the corrupt class of senators. By the grace of his party that had been trying to obtain information on the corrupt class related to his conspirators, he was led here, to the direct underlings of one of the senators of Reim.

Angelus: "Hmph.. It seems one of them is on my tail.."

Behind the dark cloaked Angelus was to be a woman veiled within sable noble clothing, likely a spy sent out to ensure the coin distributors were legitimate, and not part of the effort to root out the corrupt practices of part of the senate. It made the chairman smile, for this was truly amusing to him. It was rather fun to play cat and mouse with them, but he had to be careful. Angelus had given them the name Gilgamesh, pretending to be a Parthevian refugee who wanted to make a bit of money. A southern scarf around his face, he hid his identity but used the excuse of his cultural background to deceive his enemies.

Angelus had felt the true weight of gold plenty of times before, having had become rather wealthy himself, so when he felt this pouch of coins, he could tell these were not true gold. If he was to distribute these coins, he had to do so whereas they were not truly distributed, but rather, just confiscated. However, he had to convince the vetting spy on him that he distributed them. Angelus set up three of his most skilled reconnaissance soldiers within specific locations, so that way he could safely rid of the coins without having the spy be suspicious.
