  Must make a thread stealing a heart once or more a mouth. This means they must do a thread in which they are stealing something. Of that thread it must at least be no lower then B tier. By doing this it will help keep thier business from going under. As they need to exchange items from trades.
  

Description:
Are you bored well then come on down and come right in to a WONDERLAND. This cafe is truly one of a kind however it is far from what it appears to be. This Cafe is in truth Hunter and heart ( Precious Treasure) Group. They work on stealing the hearts of people. Heart is a term used to say someone most precious thing that they can not live without. From money to a life they will take it if need be. Thier main goal is to hunt down rare items or discover even rarer locations. This group is a group that is a thieves guild by nature. But they do not just excerpt coin for pay. But also items as well. As this is also a trade group. By stealing items they will sell it off to the highest buyer. Or trade and item to sell it for a bigger profit.

So to break it down.
The Main Goals Are As Followed:

A hunters guild ( they hunt down any thing from rare items to people lives.)

Discover new locations or obtain hard to get information. Such as important documents.

A Trade business the group also deals with trading things for profits( be coin or something useful they can use such as information etc.)

There is no magician powerful enough to best a djinn or affect the entire world in a spell. Faction goals must be realistic to the plot so people understand properly. Fix this along with clarifying the heart stealing requirement as it makes no sense to how or what that has to do with staying in the group.

Not approved, your faction has no current reason to be based in Heliohapt, currently your threads and reasons give support for it to be in Kina. Need an established link relating to the factions work in Helio and actually establishing things.
