Ghost looked on as Mya fell to the ground. He would quickly catch her before such a thing could happen. Looking on he would have dropped the spear holding him up. As he looked up he would see his Ace looking at him. As he held Mya head from yielding over be would say. "Check him out of the fight in the nicest way you could. But please be quick about it. That dude from before. He is blinded by his love for his sister. Now her pain is his rage and his rage is our problem. Unless-" He said nothing as he looked on at the fight as he suddenly stopped talking. Just then Moka would be swinging her scythe so fast a small gust of wind picked up. Soon enough magoi would form around it. Just as the incoming attack came. She would attack using her Shooting Star Protection Knocking said attack right back at the target. If this hit it would be game over for him. As it would go up to 30 meters back. More then enough to attack the attacker attack.

Casrare was unsure if he would be able to infect his current opponent, while he would be sacrificing flight speed he would revert back to his humanoid form. The maker of this mad fire would continue to ramble on as the Sasanid would slick his arms with sweat in anticipation of an attack. It was hard for him to focus, listening to speeches was never his strong suit. Thankfully it sounded like he wasn't going to have to listen for very long.

"Oh, you're done talking?" he would say with slyness in his tone which would soon drop. "And now you're attacking okay alright!" The spears would fly at him with great speed, in order to attack quickly, he would swing a scaled-up Blast Cutter to meet one of them. The explosion could potentially get them both but he wasn't risking it and would use an extra-strong Knockout block. Hopefully the explosive cloud would provide him with a moment of cover, and using that chance he would start to hover 2m in the air with his gas bladder to accelerate towards his electrifying opponent. He would scale up his Dragon Claw, with that extra edge he would try to attack from above, slashing down with his burning claws. There was a chance he would counter but he was getting tired and sucker punch was what he needed.

Dm Notes: Used a scaled blast cutter to meet one spear and maybe the other, but used block just in case. Then followed up using the explosion as a smokescreen to fly with my gas bladder trait and then used a buff to increase basic damage to hopefully do A-tier damage in a downward swing.

Mochi’s daggers would quickly be intercepted by two of the magic ravens made by the glaive of Menat. This would slow the daggers but it would not be enough to completely stop them, destroying both of the ravens. Both daggers would find themselves buried into the shoulders of the Princess. This would not be enough to kill her but she would find herself unable to move her arms much without a great deal of pain. She would probably be unable to fight much until she got healed in some form.

However, as the daggers flew the ravens would descend. They would claw at the woman while others pecked at her, tearing off chunks of her flesh. Soon screams would drown own the sounds of flapping and squawking. Soon this sound would fade away as the birds would return to their caster revealing bare bones that were picked clean by the creatures.

Ghost:
Tam Tam would be surprised to see that the fighter with the scythe become able to parry his own attack. Soon the projectile of hardened saliva would be heading back towards the elderly body manipulator. He would not have enough time to react, he would be struck in the throat as the sharpened weapon goes straight through causing blood to spurt out from the gaping wound as he falls onto his knees before fully collapsing onto the floor. This would leave the group alone fore a bit as everyone around them were at a good bit of a distance away.

Casrare and adra
The King of Shadows would be watching from a distance as the two members fight. He would see the two spears hit by an explosion by Casrare. One of the spears would not only be stopped by the force but it would be sent up in a different direction. Adra would feel a burst of air as the spear is redirected and flies past him. He would not feel any damage as the spear had missed his body. However, his vision would be a bit blurred as something falls in front of his face. It was strands of hair. The spear had came close enough that it shaved half of the mans hair leaving his left side to be completely short, almost bald. It would all have happened in a few seconds while the battle between Casrare and Jiangshin continues.

As Casrare charges as the corpse he would use his dance of the dragon to channel lightning through his legs in order to use a series of quick and agile movements to dance around the knight before using dragon’s deathblow to strike out from behind with a lightning infused attack. Laughter would be heard again as the man watched “You must try harder to beat my master piece poor fool! Like I said he is the pinnacle of my research, only a prototype but still better than any normal person.”

Hyperion and Noir
Noir would surprisingly take the damage from the attack letting the sun like magic burn her partially. This would force her to begin to see things on top of what she could normally see. She would begin to experience the past of Kamal and Saman through the eyes of Kamal since he was unable to project his sister’s memories. First it was when they were children, offspring of monsters who killed and stole any chance they could even using their children to gain money. One memory was of Kamal having his tongue and lower jaw removed so that they could be sold to magicians while he watched his sister have internal organs removed just as a kidney. Noir would be able to sense his emotions of pain and rage not for himself but his sister who was in just as much pain as he was. Next was more rage mixed with fear as he and his sister slit the throats of their sleeping family which was followed by distress and sobbing as they were now alone besides eachother. Similar memories would be played out as he watched his sister go through tons of different types of pain as well as his. This would all happen in the course of a few minutes as it all flashed one after the other before fading away to her normal vision again.

8 and his team would be able to successfully block the attack from the magician. Kamal would let out another scream as another aura of sunseer bursts from him. It was clear that while he was fallen and angry he was too emotionally distraught to actually attack however it was clear that this would not last much longer, just a few more minutes before he would actually take action.

As his Ace stood there heroically Ghost would have a smile on his face. But there was no time to act as such as they truly was on a timer. As he stood up he would put grab the spear to lean on. Slowly but surely he would put Mya on his back. As he looked on in the distance he would see Kamal. He would see that the two from that Tower Of Power was right by to him. Could they be ready to engage the man in combat or what? It was truly hard to do. But one thing for sure was. They needed to fine the other Obelisk. As to his knowledge there was a few remaining. It was no telling if the others found them. But one thing was for sure. Things were no going the best of thier way. As he looked on he would say,""now we must make haste as we haven't much time. Beyond those walls could be a obelisk. We need to make sure it is or isn't."

Soon Ghost and his knights would make thier way pass the enraged Kamal. Who was still around 35 meters away. But he would still have his head held high just in case another attack comes. If all went well Ghost and his party would have made it pass the on going enraged Kamal. With the building in sight he would reach to make it to it being over 10 meters away.

Casrare would have to use the Knockout Block in order to defend against the incoming attack. It was low and behind him, so he wasn't sure if he'd be able to turn around quick enough to attack. He increased the strength of his block in order to properly sustain the blow. It seems he really only had one option of attack, his block should've staggered the opponent for a moment so he would disengage his flight and try to stab the Zombie with his still burning Dragon's Claw. He would swirl around attempting to slash at him with the burning claws.

He would need to stay on the move however and would try to turn into a gas cloud once again, but only if his attack had missed. If it had landed he would stay waiting to see how the master would react.

DM notes: Used the block this time Dragon's Claw is still active, attempting to stab him with claws and spin around to slash in case that misses. If neither attack lands will be engaging gas cloud form once again.

The spear that whizzed past Adrastos’ head was a bit too close for comfort for the blue magician. However, when he saw his hair fall to the ground once the blurriness subsided, he narrowed his eyes. “Damn punk,” he muttered. The dark king stepped off the carpet and used the Flight of the Valkyrie to close the gap to get behind the spear thrower. With Malevolent Shadow, Adrastos used Shadow Realm to engulf the area in darkness. “You’re in the way, now begone.” The Dark King would spin, slicing at the man with the spider mark using The King’s Plow with Reaper’s Spiral. Noir felt like she was in a trance, like she a memory playing in front of her eyes. She witnessed all the hardships the siblings went through and the black haired magician could understand why Kamal reacted like that. They didn't have anyone else, they only had each other.

As the vision disappeared, tears rolled down from the magician's eyes. A rare sight to be seen coming from the girl's stoic expression. She felt an intense pain within her chest and she knew she would regret it if she didn't do anything to help Kamal.

She would let the sunseer aura to be blocked by her borg. "I saw your pain! You don't deserve this, both of you don't deserve this at all!"  She would say to Kamal, trying to meticulously drag him out from the madness. "Clear your mind and don't let yourself get hurt, your sister will be upset if you do. If you want to get a revenge, I will help you."

The silver-haired magician would observe as the other mage would bare the full force of the sunburst blast from Kamal. Diana would prepare a healing spell to counteract the damage Noir had received, bringing her back to full health in one blessing of light from the flick of her wrist.

Hyperion was focused on making sure Manaka was safe the slaver was unprepared for a second burst of the magic. Diana was too preoccupied healing Noir to be able to protect her charge. This time Hyperion would get hit by the blast of Sunseer magic at full force as Manaka cried out for her master.

The daughter of the queen of Merridia would decide it was time to take a short rest after her battle with the assassin of the Spiders known as Mochi. She would feel her strength and magoi begin to replenish slowly but surely as she rests and eats some cookies she had brought with her. She would be completely safe from the tantrum of Kamal and the battle of Jiangshi the zombie as she was a safe distance from all of the fighting. She would notice something glittering in the pile of bones left by her birds. If she goes to it she would see that it was part of a orb similar to the one she found before, this time it looked like it was just a fourth of the orb.

Ghost:
As he is traveling he would leave behind the body of Tam Tam the strange hair manipulator that was a member of the Spiders. As he was walking he would find himself heading to the center of the square where Kamal and some of the others were near. In the center, unseen previously as if made to be harder to be seen wa the final obelisk. The fog seemed to obscure the view of it until you were roughly 5 meters away from it. There would be a hole for an object to place inside it but Ghost would find that he did not possess any such item.

Casrare and adra
Jiangshi would find itself become overwhelmed rather quickly as he is overwhelmed from two fronts, The knight on one and the King on the other. He would be slashed and sliced into a few separate pieces rather easily and he falls to the ground. Also due to the dragon claw it would begin to burn rather quickly due to the fact it was a decomposing corpse. The area around them would begin to reek from the stench of the burning, rotted flesh.

For once the voice od the hidden man was silent besides a loud gasp followed by coughing and loud foot steps. The man in one if the nearby building had just seen his masterpiece, the creation he spent his life working on, destroyed. He used to be a big thinker for the spiders, he was funded to work on the Jiangshi project just to be punished for them seeing it as a failure. It was not his fault it obeyed every command and could not figure out who his master was. He was sent to this group where the unwanted were sent to, all of the elderly members that were of no use were sent to this group. Now he was running for his life from these monsters that were stronger than his greatest creation.

Hyperion and Noir
Kamal would turn and see noir talking to him. He would have a look of rage at her for a brief moment before softening. The heat around him would begin to disperse and the temp around him would rapidly drop back to what would be considered normal for the area. He would start crying, or at least his tears would be visible finally since they were evaporating instantly earlier. He would collapse, throwing his arms around the magician becoming an emotional wreck. It is true he had rejected fate and swore to kill them all but that was mainly due to the amount of grief that hit hum and the denile and rage of his sisters death.

8 would go through the exact same vision trip that noir had just went through, experiencing the same memories and the same emotions. Perhaps this would help the man understand the magician better and grow to like him more. Soon the visions would vanish, and he would see noir comforting the crying man.

Noir was taken aback by the sight of the man crying, it felt like he had suppressed his emotion after all this time and finally it came out in the form of tears. Her body moved on its own and she opened her arms, embracing the man to comfort him. "There, there. It's okay, let it out. You have been in a lot of pain. You did good, your sister too. You are loved." Her words sound calm but with a lot of compassion as her hand patted Kamal on the back.

"Now we should put this to an end. Then we can think on what will happen to our lives after." She would put her hand on Kamal's head, stroking his hair carefully.

As she looked around, she would see that the situation had calmed down a bit. Then she would command Haku to look around to find something that can be useful. "Haku, explore the area and try to find any clues."

Meant felt like things were possibly going too smooth for her now that the battle had ended. She had managed to set up her tent and consumed the homemade baked goods she had brought with her without any more attempts on her life. As the jagged bark of her face that had ripped open to form her mouth sealed shut once again after the final cookie had been “consumed” she found herself lamenting over the loss of her sense of taste more so than usual. The cookies had been made by the people she loved and cared for, even if that didn’t actually turn out to be her mother and was just one of their numerous aids, and yet even if she could only attempt to imagine those emotions coming through in the snack’s flavors the lack of her sense of taste hindered those mental constructs and broke them down, replacing them with only the sensation of breaking the object apart for her new body to break down. There had been many things about her new body that, while it did have substantial advantages, made her mood sour and left her questioning if it was truly worth the price she had paid to obtain it.

Yet, like one of the ravens she could call upon at will with her Naginata, her attention was pulled away from her self-analyzation by the glint of light striking upon a polished object. Leaving her temporary camp behind for a moment she made way to the cloth and bone remains of the old woman who had made an attempt on her life. The Princess shuddered still at the idea that it had been the birds she manifested and gave order to that had done such a thing to the elderly assassin. The object proved to be something she had already come across earlier in this adventure, a fragment of a polished obsidian orb. This one appeared to be bigger than the one she uncovered prior, though if she were honest with herself she would admit she didn’t actually remember how big the previous fragment actually was. All she knew was this one was roughly a fourth of the size of a completed orb and that could only mean that there was three more fragments out there that needed to be hunted down in order to stop yet another of those pillars.

Notes: Menat takes the orb fragment, resumes/continues resting with the tent for an additional post.

Adrastos sighed. His arms lowered as he looked at the other person. "You're partly to blame for this," the dark king growled, pointing to the shaved part of his hair. Whoever this person was, they reeked. The dark king may have lost his emotions, but his sense of smell still worked. An offensive oodor all on its own. "But I won't deliver the same punishment as that puppet." Even if he smelled, he could still be used.

Using the magic earring the dark king shared with his general, Adrastos spoke to Tai-Shi, "Tai-Shi, keep an eye out for anyone in the area. The slightest shadow exiting a building… I don't care; let me know.” From the general's vantage point on the carpet with Kebe, he'd be able to see anyone within the vicinity.

"Instead, I'd rather make a wager that you might be able to help me with stopping the others from reaching the obelisks. Will you hear me out?”

As he sat down only 3 meters away from the obelisk. He would have mya laying down next to him. As Ghost looked on all seem to be well. But he had to admit that things could have gotten worse. As he indeed had to keep going with his party. As he saw that Kamal was no longer going mad. He would wonder what the magician did or said to calm him down. As he looked at his Ace who was standing up he would say to her. "It is in these times that one worth is truly put to the test. We did all we could but alas it was not enough. What's left now is for us to rest and figure out where is the remaining orb thing." As he started to stand up leaning on the spear. He would give a smile.

Victory comes only after many struggles and countless defeats. I read it in a book once. One day I will tell you a story of how the largest mountain came to be. But for now let's get out of here. Our job is done and we do not need to do any more. Besides I got a strange feeling and I can't put my finger on it." Soon he would be up and they would be on thier way. Hopefully they would come across the orb

Note :Ghost party is walking away from the area. Leaving while looking for the orb as well.

Hyperion was showered in the sunseer magic, burnt by it as he used his body to protect Manaka. It was then when he was filled with visions of Kamals past with his sister. It was only after this connection, especially at the travesty of having Kamals jaw and tongue stripped away, as well as his sisters organs being harvested, that he could truly despise Kamal. It was the treatment of slaves that he was all too familiar with.

Hyperion blamed Kamal for that gruesome suffering, just as he blamed himself for falling victim to Imhotep. His twisted mind would take a moment where a normal person would feel sympathy into disgust. He was disgusted with Kamal just as he was disgusted with his own weakness.

When the visions of Kamal's life ended, Hyperion was ready to kill the rage-filled magician. However, the masked magician had exerted and released his pain and anger, consoled by an empathetic Noir. How could Hyperion possibly kill a person in front of her? Gritting his teeth and restraining his killing intent, he would turn his focus on Manaka to make sure she was okay.

However, Hyperion was keen to notice something. The typically apathetic, calm Noir was being compassionate to the stranger.

Manaka would cry inside of Hyperion's arms from seeing and feeling all the pain that Kamal had gone through. She even hugged her master, not to comfort him but to comfort herself.

Hyperion would stand up, consoling her by patting her head as he himself scanned the town square, sending Sasuke and Diana to survey the area to make progress towards ending this fiendish fog.

"Well I thank you for your kindness then." Casrare would say to the overtly rude magician. He was caught up in his daydreams about the visions he had to say earlier still. He wasn't sure if there was much of a need to chase the man unless there were even more elderly folks he would have to assault. With that and the fact, he had no desire to be around a rotting corpse he would step outside the building. While both his nose and emotions had been offended he would hope this journey would find itself near an end. He was becoming sick of the path fate had put him on, he was reviled by how much the world seemed to be consumed with himself.

The personal sins everyone held seemed to motivate them and corrupt them. There were two sides to every desire, or that's what that sasanid was starting to think. He was thinking a lot than he did before, at first he was consumed with discovering more of the world. Sure he was talkative and had interests but deep thought was a newer path for him. His sheltered youth had excited him for the opportunity but each one brought perspective and pain.

Maybe it was better for him to stay out of his head. He was better at just living, at exploring and experiencing. There was a chance the weight it brought was the second side of this sin. For all, he wished to experience he would be cursed to carry the lies and actions of the worlds he took part in.

Nothing of notice would happen to the group on the rooftop as they talk and think about what has happened. However, for the watchful eye of Tai Shi, there would be movement down below. He would spot a short, round man clumsily running out of the building and away from the city square and everyone else. He was having a hard time breathing as he was attempting to flee quickly. Those bastards had ruined his work, he the great Jia was now running for his life from a bunch of nobodies. Tai Shi would notice that in the fat, sasuage fingers of the man was a faint orange glow as he carried a piece of what looked like an orb.

The Rest of the Group
As Menat continued to rest after taking the piece that she had found, the others would begin their own searches for pieces of the key to destroy the last obelisk. Ghost would find himself back where he and his group just were, the body of the old man they had fought with just recently. He would notice a peculiar shape in the pocket of the man’s garments, if he was to look in the pocket he would find a piece of the orb.

As Noir and Hyperion look themselves, Haku would catch the sent of a dead body which would take them to a mass of boils and various pustules that was adjacent to a large hammer and clothes showing this used to be a human before being infected by the plague knight. They could see a glimpse of orange in the loose clothes of the body. If they dare to touch it they would find that it is yet another piece of the orb. Also, Once done crying Kamal would go to the corpse of this sister picking her up and holding her close in his arms.

She wondered if he was trying to look for the remaining orbs as well. The black haired girl approached Haku only to find a rather disturbing discovery. She didn't know what that is but judging from the clothes, that thing must be a human before. Noir noticed a glow from the loose clothes and with a sigh, the girl reached out her hand to take the orb.

The magician would walk back to where Kamal was and waited for him to carry his lifeless sister's body with him before saying, "Let's go, Kamal."

Then she would head towards the last obelisk which would be well hidden if it was not for the liger that took the initiative to look for it. When she reached there, she would speak to whoever get there first to ask them to combine the orbs so they can destroy the obelisk.

"H-hh-how can he still be so-"

100 meters away at the edge of the square and hidden from the view of the others besides Casrare and Adrastos was the round man still running. He had made about 25 meters from them since they had just been standing their, still grasping the orb firmly in his sweaty hands.

She would cast a Group Gravity spell for herself and Sasuke to pursue the remaining fragment. Quickly dispelling the gravity spell to use a Wall spell, blocking the escapees path. You see there is something dire I need to speak with him about. After all we are in the same boat here. Him and I and I assure you it is not a boat. I wish to be apart of."

As he said that Mya would still be laid out on his back. As he had the orb piece in his pocket. He would take it out to show it to her. Waiting to see Kamal response to him. As he indeed watched the magician Beast go away. Such a scary monster it was. Moka would watch at the beast as it towered her.
