"What is that...? Humayra momentarily paused her efforts to douse the deck of the ship she was on to gaze out over the chaos of the battlefield. Standing out above all else going on, the darkening display of rukh had caught her eye. Despite not knowing what black Rukh was the Fanalis still felt strangely, as though it were familiar to her somehow. Either way their ship now approached firing range with their enemy. Under the captain's orders Humayra broke away from the efforts to water the deck. Given what she was, the captain wanted her strength in aiding the gunners with loading the cannons. The other Fanalis on board were also commissioned to do the same. Their fighting strength would only be needed if the enemy happened to board the ship.

Humayra could carry two cannonballs, load them into two cannons almost simultaneously, and return to the ammo stock for more practically three times faster than her human counterparts could. It made sense to have her do this while allowing those lacking in inhuman strength to man the aiming and firing of the cannons themselves.

Al-Sadek manned one of the cannons Humayra occasionally ran to with munitions but since the chaos of battle started she hadn't caught sight of her newfound Fanalis friend... Hopefully he was okay. Pausing before the piled cannonball supply, Humayra shook her head to rid herself of worrying thoughts. Now was the time to focus on the battle at hand, not on the whereabouts of other crew-members. That wasn't her job. Humayra slapped the focus back into her face with both hands before hoisting up two cannonballs from the stock and returning to the nearest guns needing ammo.

The battle raged on as the Helio Fleet found itself under attack from both sides as the Al-Shamshuran ships began firing at them and only Heliohaptian ships as they seemed to avoid hitting the Tartaran fleet. Fire, powder, and ash filled the air and almost their nose were it not for the overpowering gales of the raging storm whipping the scent of the sea every which way around them as water and wind tore around them.

However, this would be to everyone's disaster as none of them would be able to predict what was happening amidst the tempest. Near the center of the storm, a wish on a convergence of dark rukh would become the fuel to a magical catastrophe. Upon her ship, Gilles would feel her sword and her wings warming up as though she were using them. However, this feeling would spread throughout her body as if she were being possessed by the heat itself. While she would only have a moment to grasp what was happening to her it would happen in a moment as she would feel the compressed power in her hands begging to be released.

The moment upon which Gilles would open her hand she would feel as she was consumed by the heat, and then as she consumed the sun she became. As Gilles's body would go undergo a powerful metamorphosis she would release all the pent-up energy from the process. Outwards from Gilles the heat exploded as she would feel her body ignite while a flash of heat exploded out into the sea at a near-instant rate. The water underneath and around her boat in a 200-meter diameter would suddenly be turned into vapor. The searing heat soared outwards and immediately killed anyone that would be on her boat and too close to react to an unexpected attack. Those hit feeling as their bodies would boil, flesh and oil igniting and drying out as the pure force ripped away anything not secured and sent it flying with the rest of the detonation. The pain of constant fire sitting on her skin and her scalp would be the first thing to enter her perception, along with how her body was being strengthened in this state so she would not be completely emblazoned.

Although the death from the heat was horrible as is it was the beginning of a domino effect as all the water in the area had boiled away into vapor. The first domino would fall as in the absence of the water the rest of the sea would fall to fill in pulling everyone around the center a bit closer. This would not be peaceful as soon enough the fleets would feel like the filling and falling waves grew larger crashing into ships in the turbulent event. For those near the edge of the heat explosions, their ships would fall in with the rest of the ships that were within the radius. Tsunamis were caused by the vacuum in the sea burying ship after ship while a battle raged close by. Although the heads of each fleet were out of the damage zone they would watch as some of their ships on the outskirts were consumed to either fire or water, being dried out or drowned in the deep.

The water vapor would rise into the air, a massive cloud already forming from the sheer amount of water as it would go to meet the storm. Although chaos was already raging with ships firing on each other, the storm churning, and the sudden explosion it was about to get worse as the storm found more fuel coming right for it, at a different temperature ready to roil around the sky. However, with lightning crackling and large waves starting to form on the horizon anyone who would look out would be able to tell that they would be wise to brace.

As she made it away from the insanity of the battle it would've been fair for Zubadiah to assume that it would be a safe sail to Al-Shamshura to meet with their leaders as she would hope. However, as behind her in the far distance a sun erupted in the middle of the sea she would see, and likely have a moment to be wary of what was about to happen. With a storm getting worse and tsunamis forming from the sudden disturbance she would find her ship immediately hit by a moderately sized wave. It was then that Zub would once again find herself in dire need of making a decision.

In a near instant, she would hear something whistling through the sky and a tear as her sail would become damaged as something crashed into her deck. The cause of the sudden distress would be a grim and sudden sight for the first person lay their eyes upon it, a mask with burnt blood, and flesh stuck to it rattling around on the deck as the last sounds of sizzling could be heard.

"Fuck, that's not good captain." Henrique would curse, his calm broken as he looked up at their sail seeing as the wind ripped and bore through the hole widening it as he looked up at it again and then back down to Zubadiah. "Something just happened, this storm is about to get worse and we're about to lose all ways to steer!"

Lagi didn't understand entirely what was going on with the sea, but anyone that can see the steam bubbles rising from the actual ocean can tell that something was wrong. Lagi figured that his tactics were impeccable, but there seems to be some kind of weapon that he has to be sure about handling. There is also the fact that they lost a few of their ships, those who were close enough to get vaporized probably perished without being fully prepared for it. Lagi couldn't be overly emotional, he had to still maintain self-control and command of the ship.

"Any navigators? I need to pinpoint the location or origin point of the attack. There is a good chance that something this powerful was a one-time thing, but if it fires off again, I want all priorities to be aimed at eliminating it. We may have lost some people, but the main fleet is still intact. We will honor their lives with victory, that's all we can do now. Everyone must be hurt and confused, but that goes the same for the All cannons, aim at the naval palace. Once you see the big wave made from the kaiju cripple the crewmembers and weaken their response time, take them out. Without leadership, it's easy pickings. Eyes on the naval palace get ready! "

As for the sea caller rider and the Kaiju, a peak of their head revealed that most of the helio forces are gone, or a good majority of them due to the unnatural disaster from before. In their case, he could only continue to follow the rest of the orders and go straight for the kill. There were fewer ships and the naval palace was less protected. Using the same strategy as before, the dreadnought under the command of the sea caller used a combination of the bubble motor and go fetch. It became a living weapon of high-speed movement with every intent to ram a 50-meter hole into the flagship and pass through so that they get out of range of counter assaults as quickly as they got in.

In addition to that, the sea caller used their battle bond and state change, vice versa in order to change the sate of the water as they were zooming through, the waves actually coming into a giant underwater 50-meter ice spear in order to not only cover the kaiju and its rider as it propelled itself but served as an extra oomph to smash through and pierce through the ship with the Kaiju's a tier strength and hardened ice as a weapon.

The point of contact would be rattling for the heliohapt flagship, in addition to the fact that it would be noticeable for those who observed it. Even if they tried to attack the kaiju, it was in the water enough so that with anything strange entering or inside of it occurred, the battle bond with the water scrying would allow the kaiju and rider to do evasive maneuvers. In the sea, they were the apex.

"These humans won't know what hit them!"

"There it is!!! FIRE AT WILL!!!"

The cannons would use this moment to fire at the heliohapt flagship while they took on considerable damage from the kaiju's ramming. Dealing with a gaping hole of potentially sinking and all cannons being aimed at them, Lagi marked the heliohapt opposition for death. He also hoped that in case julius saw the origin of that incredible blast, it would tickle his fancy of finding a worthy opponent and thus...prompting julius to get rid of them as well.

Gilles was quite a bit surprised to see heat emanating from her body that it took her a few seconds to recognize the sound of screams. She would look and notice that those closest to her were steaming as their blood boiled. cooking them front he inside out. She would watch as even her inner circle would perish before her very eyes.

Seeing this horrific event unfold she would begin to laugh, throwing her head back as she did. To her, this was a marvelous site. Her god had granted her prayer and had blessed this battlefield with their power. Not only that but this once again proved to her that she was chosen by god to be it's champion, to save this world from itself. FOr she was the only one that had not perished on this ship.

After this she would find her hair and any exposed part of her flesh to be enveloped in flames. She would grin at this site since this just made her feel even more empowered by her lord. She would active her wings of flame flying high up in the sky. This was her form of a signal for the ships the pirate had signaled. SHe would look around to observe the naval battle. SHe saw 2 small fleets attacking eachother while the smaller of the two is attacked by the larger fleet.

SHe would grin and fly straight at the largest fleet. She would attempt to fly through the wooden parts of the ships planning to burn straight through them hoping to set them on fire. SHe would laugh as she did so loving this new power that she now possessed.

Awe. Bewilderment. Terror. If these three states of mind could ever possibly occupy the same space simultaneously, now was that time in which Humayra’s face contorted into such an appearance. The storm, vicious as it had grown, paled in comparison to the horrifying light gracing their fleets with both blinding brilliance and raging destruction. Vaporizing water gave way, filling the void with violent tidal waters and splintering ships, helplessly forced into the watery depths.

Arms flung around anything solid enough to hold herself upright, Humayra managed to keep herself from getting thrown overboard by the aftereffects of the unnatural disaster. Many of the others still topside had done the same, preserving their footing while waves crashed against the ship’s hull. The churning waters threatened to toss overboard any object that wasn’t securely bolted to the deck.

But the light didn’t dim. Having decimated the ship it seemed to have originated from the emblazoned object hovered, rising slowly before shooting out towards yet undamaged ships. And a beast rose in the waters now noticeable, sought to take on the Heliohapt flagship. At least one terrifying thing was on their side, hopefully it would remain that way…

A raging storm, a great blazing light of heat and destruction, and a Kaiju of unknown origins. All of these the like Humayra had never before witnessed. The young fanalis was beginning to think that coming to the front lines of a great sea battle with such powers in play might not have been the best choice, given her lacking talents when it came these particular waters…

As Julius watched the mass of black ruhk come and build, where they gathered something truly amazing happened. It was a good thing he did not have retina as a flash of fire roared out from where the mass of ruhk had gathered as they obeyed the orders of someone else.  Julius would imagine if he had hair it would be standing, and if he had skin it would crawl with a chill. The best part about his suit of armor and his face mask was that no one could see his hanging jaw in awe as he watched the flames strike down a massive range.  It was so familiar, like the level of Extreme magic that came from his Dark Metal Vessel.

The Avatar of Kina said no words as he felt inspiration flow through his bones, whoever had cast that spell was someone worthy to cross in battle, not due to their strength but the skill to craft such a spell. Was this the magic of a Djinn, or another like him and Jynx?  He needed to know, and almost on cue, he saw a trail of ruhk and a flaming winged figure heading towards them.

Drawing both swords, the  Byōki no kami no Kiba in his main hand which was his right, and his Devil's punishment in the left hand Julius would send magoi throughout his body as he spoke a command to the ruhk that formed around him. "Ascend."  Using his control over strength magic, Julius rose into the air off the deck of the ship, his body flew at A-tier flight speeds as he flew towards Gilles. As he got within 30 Meters of her, he'd lifted his right hand which wore the purple and cornflower yellow magic tool. Julius fed magoi into his glove and through his right hand as he pointed a single index finger at the woman, the spell The Power from his glove would cast an aura of strength magic that could span from 36cm to 10 meters in diameter,  and used this to target the wings of the woman that if hit would applying A tier Crushing damage via strength magic, while his spell Grip would cast his finger which would target he throat applying B tier  Strength magic to it in the form of crushing damage, it started as a small bit of pressure before going into a full-on grip around their throat.  Both of these attacks would go off at the same time. "Grip," Julius said giving the command to the ruhk for his spell.

The goal was to indeed cripple the woman's flight, and their option to speak to the ruhk. This was of course planning for the woman being a Magician like he was. It was all in the plans to prevent her from casting magic while giving Julius the time he needed to reach her with his blades.  Even if his two attacks missed or were blocked Julius would still aim for the woman's head on attempting to cut her off from even reaching the ships.

Meanwhile, Julius' two followers would help Jynx's crew on the main ship with any task given to them to ensure their survival of the massive tidal wave that would surely be coming for them all.

Both attacks are Strength magic and do crushing damage.

The chaos of the battle was unlike any tempest that anyone of them would have ever seen as mass amounts of water filled the air and came rushing in from the horizon. As Gilles took off into the air all but the most observant at the back of the fleets would see what was coming for them all. The vacuous space that was created had to be filled and like a domino effect more and more water came rushing in as a megatsunami formed at the edge of their sight before it came rushing towards the warring fleets.

In the chaos, the Heliohaptian ships were eviscerated by hailing cannon fire as the varieties of naval weaponry had similar effects as the missiles they fired shattered their fleet. In mere moments before they could even notice the colossal wave coming the fleet of the sun had been brought to a mere fifteen ships. However, that was not the end of their casualties as Jynx didn't let up on his attack, as he commanded his ships to continue fire along with the kaiju's own assault. Even amongst the insanity, Al-Shamshura would keep up their own attack as soon enough the combined efforts of the alliance left Heliohapt with only their flagship. Although it wouldn't last for much longer.

The Kaiju would feel a critical piece of the ship cracking against the force of its body before the sound of it breaking would follow as cannonballs tore into the side of the ship. With their fleet being decimated and everything going on it left a moment, Tartarus giving the flagship of Al-Shamshura the chance they needed to end this war on the water. Humayra would see as the scorpion ship would already be moving at full speed, their hull crushing the sinking ships beneath them as like an animal in a frenzy they rushed towards the damaged boat.

"FOR THE SULTAN!" The cries of the crew could be heard as they closed in on them, aboard Al-Aqurab the crew pulled on chains and cut ropes as they worked the mysterious machinations of their ship. The pincers would suddenly thrust forward as they grabbed each end of the Naval palace. In a dramatic moment, thanks to Tartarus the Shamshuran crew would put in all their effort as the sound of stone and wood cracking overtook the storm for a second. Unlike lightning, the show would come after the thunder as the hull of their ship was shattered between chitin which wouldn't have happened were it not for the kaiju and supporting fire. The Shamshuran ships stopped firing the moment they noticed their enemy had been completely defeated. With rubble and people raining into the sea before none of them were prepared for what would come next.

Away from the fleet where the attack had originated Gilles had come flying towards the Tartaran fleet without mercy, leaving her deceased crew and any possible survivors to fall into her pit. Despite Julius looking towards the horizon, he wouldn't be able to get within range of his target before she would find her skull cracking against wood as it shattered thankfully due to her speed. While she would have the pleasure of taking out a few ships before things would turn upside down for her. Due to her choice to fly through ships without consideration of weakening it first, she would likely be dazed by the time she reached Julius' range. Then she would feel sudden strength gripping around her neck and wings, giving her only a moment to react as she would see the skeleton hurtling closer and closer as he flew at an accelerated rate quicker than her.

However, despite everyone's focus and effort on the war around them none of them had given consideration to the rising tempest and crashing waves around them. From behind the fleets in the south a massive wave came rushing in as they would finally get a glimpse of the watery death that awaited them all. Three kilometers long with a height of 400 meters they were all greeted with something that few ever saw in their life, and in such a personal distance. A natural disaster they would have to brace for if they wished to survive as it came closer and closer with now time to move their ships as the aquatic curtain began to close on their play atop the theater on a wine-dark sea.

Combat Details: Due to the range of Julius ability and time it would take to notice Gilles and get to her she would hit a few ships, Julius would be able to get off his ability, Gilles would have a brief moment after feeling the constricting to react before choking would kill/incapacitate her. Tsunami is equivalent to extreme magic, dealing A-tier damage to anyone hit, incapacitating them for four posts, and causing them to be sent 20 meters under the water.

The high priestess would successfully fly straight through a few of the ships laughing. She would go silent as she felt something grab her wings and her throat. Without hesitation she would deactivate her wings, she figured that this was magic as she had fought quite a few magicians recently.

Since the pressure seemed to focus on her wings she figured deactivation would avoid the magic.

She would then activate her Blade and point it towards her throat where she felt the pressure. She would plunge the magic weapon into her throat screaming out in pain before losing all sound. Her blade of magic would most likely break the spell but it would pierce her body, severing through her vocal chords, instantly burning them as well. The healing ability from her new power would heal her body but not her vocal chords since they were not only severed but cauterized as well.

She would soon realize that probably her greatest gift was taken from her, her voice. Her blood would probably extinguish any flames in her body hopefully. She would reactivate her wings as she is falling and get an idea. She would gulp as she begins to fly head first into the water swinging her blade out in front. He hope was with the flames on her body, her wings and her blade that she would evaporate any water around her so she could just fly into the depths of the ocean swimming underneath the tsunami itself.

It was good results, the heliohapt flagship was punished by Lagi's plan and destroyed fully. With a content smile, Lagi thought that it would be good for him to relax a little bit. "Is it over? We won?" Maybe it was over in terms of enemies while Julius dealt with the rabble, but the army of Tartarus still had to deal with something else. The wave was massive, it was bigger than anything that Lagi has ever seen.  a 500-meter tsunami was heading this way and had the potential to indiscriminately destroy all of the forces. Taking into account Lagi's naval fleet and his own allies, he had the most to lose if he was to let this go on.

"No...... all of those people... MY PEOPLE!! THEIR LIVES..... SNUFFED OUT LIKE THIS?! A natural disaster, is this also fate trying to get in my way? Or are they forcing me to act in their whims...tch....either way......NOT EVEN A NATURAL DISASTER CAN STAND AGAINST ME! I'LL PUNCH A TORNADO INTO OBLIVION IF I HAVE TO!  SHOW YOUR PRIDE, FORCES OF TARTARUS! LET ME HEAR YOUR ROAR OF DEFIANCE!"

Black butterflies along with black and green energy swirled around Lagi and his sealed state DMV.
The one thing that Lagi believed that he had above all else, was absolute power.  Even if it took all he had, Lagi was going to destroy that tsunami and ensure that it won't harm his allies.

"Revel in the suffering of my enemies with great malice, the grasp of your dark hand reaches all! Radiate, Doxrus!

With Lagi entering full equip launching up in the air with an A-tier flight provided by full equip, he would call out to Julius.

"JULIUS, AVATAR OF KINA! LEND ME YOUR POWER!!! LET US LAYER OUR EXTREME MAGICS. IT'S TIME TO FINISH THIS SEA BATTLE!"

With hopes that he heard and got ready, Lagi would get started himself.

"Extreme magic......Doxrare Dystopia!"

If Julius did layer his extreme magic with Lagi's by then, due to the similarities of composed magic types, the extreme magic symbol would create an entirely new symbol.

"Double extreme magic!!!"

Zoran's Wrath+ Doxrare Dystopia
With the amount of dark rukh concentrated into one spell, the skies would blacken as the Orochi began to form. The 100-meter serpent would begin to take shape,  but the Orochi itself would look different than usual. It was no longer a mere snake, but a black dragon. The mighty dragon would be covered in a gown of black lightning magical armor as the magnetic pulses in the area react violently around its menacing exterior.

ZORAN'S DYSTOPIA

With the combined extreme magic' creating this incredible construct, the great dragon Zoran would fade from view with its incredible speed, being able to cross as far as 500 with its movement. With that distance and speed, the great dragon would move along the tsunami and obliterate it from where it was. It not only could deal A-tier damage that reached as far as 100  meters to get as much as the body of water as possible, but it also created a magnetic wake that was proportionate to its body as well.  The wake was now 100 meters long and 50 meters in diameter, locking the tsunami in place and instantly eliminating any momentum it may have gathered from its amplification stage and dispersing the tsunami. The best part of it is that the users will not be affected by the status effects or the damage at all, aka Julius and Lagi.

But after that, what's next? The independent bandit ship?

"I don't want the dragon to get anxious.......even though we control it...unless dismissed..it might..."

After seeing what was about, the sea caller and the kaiju dived for safety to avoid any backlash. Lagi treated them like national treasures, so they decided to act defensively instead and dive to the bottom of the ocean for a while.

The woman he knew her, upon seeing her face his mind drifted back to the night he had been given Zoran. She had been there alongside himself and Eight. Speaking of where was Eight? Did the three of them not make a pact to join together and overcome threats to all of them or had Eight simply conned Lagi and Himself into joining him in Kina.  Who was to say other than Eight, though Lady Higan had helped him a bit before though she too was gone.  This was a thought, an instant of time as he watched the woman lift a sword to her throat, as he had tried to kill herself? No, looking upon the blade Julius could see the ruhk fluttering about with the command in the sword,  she was cutting his spell? Odd, smart, and resourceful.  He wanted to further study this blade or perhaps take it for himself.

She would appear to try and dive towards the water, though what other choice did she have after she ended her flaming wings.   Julius would grin if the bone structure would allow it to, he was enjoying this outcome.  Hearing Lagi's voice calls out Julius lowered his blade hearing the importance in Lagi's voice. Turning he now noticed the tidal wave that was currently 30 meters from them. Yes, this was more important, though only because Lagi had been a just ruler in Julius' time watching him. He did not treat his people as fodder and cared for their well-being.  Julius could feel it, the swarm of dark ruhk flowing around them.  Much like Lagi, Julius would resist fate here, he would not allow his work to go unfinished! It was time to show the world the power of Zoran.

Flashes of his wife's face appeared in his mind, how helpless he was to help her due to not acting with the power he had. He had failed her, he had let her down but not this time. He would not fall into Lagi, he would not fail his followers or the People of Tartarus for their independence. Black Ruhk flowed around him as he sunk further into depravity.

Feeding Magoi into the Sealed Vessel of Zoran, Julius spoke loud. "Lightning consume me, Arcs pass through me, Vaults electrocuting,  Magnetism protruding, Strike Zoran!"

Dark ruhk flowed out from the boots upon his feet as lightning arced out, a purple outline of ruhk flowed around him as the magic circle on the vessel emitted a bright light, his entire body then followed with a purple light before the Avatar of Kawachi-no-Kami  emerged in full Djinn Equip. He was no longer a normal-looking Skelton, not that those had seen him while he had been in full armor.  He emerged in a solid black suit of armor, black metal wings, a rust color star that rose from the middle of his back to behind his skilled head, which now had spikes of metal sticking out of his bone skull. His eyes held blue magical orbs in them that represented the power of Lightning under his control.  Silver trimming covered the armor while two blue spheres sat just to the side of his exposed rib cage.  Lightning flowed around him as if he was a walking storm. Julius The Dark King had made his would appearance, and it was all in the aid of his first true friend since his wife had passed.

Julius' strength magic would vanish, and his flight would now be a passive effect of the Djinn equip though the speeds remained the same. For a moment he wondered if the woman he had attacked had to awaken this power for herself. For now, though there was work to be done.

As Lagi chanted his Extreme Magic Julius joined him, the lightning in both magics would bond and forge together something new as their intent would be the same, to take out the Tidal wave that threaten them all, after all, Jack and Yurameshi were both on the manship, he could not allow them to die before they achieved their final forms.
"Zoran's Wraith!"

The Lightning armor that would normally be used for Julius would instead be used on the Snake from Lagi's Extreme magic though with the combined power of their Extreme Magic it changed into a dragon with black lighting armor. The Magnetic field that came from the dragon would indeed affect those who are caught in the wave will be given a powerful push of magnetic energy that locks people and things whose composition contains water to be locked in place, floating 5 meters off the ground.  This would likely include the very water around the dragons.

"Focus Jynx, allow the Draong to do our bidding. Allow it to kill those who opposed you. " The Magician yelled, but calmly.  For now, Julius would search around looking to see where that woman had gone.

Al-Shamshura had done it! The way their flagship tore into and ripped apart the Naval Palace sent a chilling and equally awe inspiring sensation coursing throughout Humayra’s body. This was victory! This is what it meant to win a fight, This-

“Tsunami!” The cry rang out over the deck of Humayra’s ship and could be heard echoing across other ships in the fleet that still remained floating.

”No…!” Humayra’s eyes widened, features darkening at the sight of the tumultuous and fast approaching wave of death and destruction.

*     *     *

”Protect me!” Faisal’s order rang out painfully clear, resonating in Humayra’s ears. The Fanalis slave-girl, only twelve at the time, obediently obeyed the order of her master. She rushed forward, placing herself between the older bully and Faisal, blocking his approach. The bully sneered at Faisal’s slave, knowing in his head that she couldn’t do anything more than this to oppose him. Like Faisal, he too was of noble birth. Anything he did to the slave of another could be passed off with a simple apology. But if she aggressed him? Well then he could watch with glee as Faisal would be forced to watch while the bully’s family decided the slave’s punishment.

A resounding ‘Thwack’ echoed through the streets and Humayra fell from the force of the bully’s fist connecting with her jaw. She caught herself. With both hands scraping the paved ground the Fanalis managed to keep to her knees, quickly recovering posture to stand once more. “Dayum… you redheads really are tough. That one almost hurt me…” Concern crossed the bully a moment while examining his lightly bruised knuckles. Then came the next punch... and then the next… and the next… Per her master’s order Humayra stood strong against the bully, taking the hits meant for him in his stead. She glanced Faisal’s way only once. In that moment Humayra couldn’t remember if it was to seek her master’s approval but she clearly remembered the feeling while watching her master flee into the shadows… That’s right. She’d been a shield. A slave destined to serve under the orders of another’s will…

Thunder crashed, water receded to mark the imminent approach of death four hundred meters high. Among the chaos of the seas and the flowing streams of Rhuk, yet another source peeked itself into existence. ”They couldn’t beat me then and you won’t beat me now!” I will fight to my last breath and I will bite off the head of any monster who dares to get in my way!” Humayra cursed, raging at the tsunami’s threat to destroy all that it consumed.

Were they the vows of one facing off against unsurmountable odds, or the words of one who’d gone truly mad, Al-Sadek couldn’t tell. What he could see though was the torrent of black rhuk surging from his companion, swirling up into the sky. Humayra was falling into depravity, and with nothing to focus the curse into he would need to act fast in order to stop it lest the act itself threaten to consume her soul.

“I’m sorry.” Al-sadek had approached Humayra, startling her with his arms having wrapped firmly around her waist from behind. “Please breathe now, I don’t want you to drown.” Distracted by her rage the Fanalis girl had barely enough time to take a full breath before Al-Sadek jumped overboard plunging the both of them into the sea depths below.

Al-Sadek plunges himself and Humayra into the sea in an effort to avoid the full damaging force of the tsunami. (Pretty sure D-Tier Humayra wouldn't be able to survive A-Tier damage...)

Insanity, chaos, or even disaster were words to describe the scene that was unfolding upon all of them as they went about their own ego or adrenaline-fueled decisions. In mere moments everything was to fall into pure death and destruction as Gilles found herself falling into the water, a tsunami came rushing in at them as Humayra jumped into the water to try and avoid it. However, despite all of this panic happening in split seconds decisions were made as Julius immediately snapped his focus away from the falling, burning lady, to meet the request of his ally. In this time Gilles would be able to reignite herself as with the combined heat of her wings and burning state she would quickly evaporate the water around her creating an air pocket as bubble of vapor would form around her. All the while the sky that darkened erupted with bright flashes of green and black.

As their equips clad their body and their magoi took form, a dragon clad in armor made of lightning met with the wave as it came upon the ships. Although some would be already within the wave they would watch as the intense heat and force of their combination met with it. The entire wave would not be destroyed, but it would break upon the dragon as most of it would miss the main fleets. However, before they would even realize what they did before they could even cheer for any their actions things would soon continue to unfold.

With most of the water now being sent up towards the sky as some of it was thrown about while the rest was evaporated from the energy of their attack, it would have to go somewhere. The tempest that had already been made worse by Gilles would find itself fueled as more and more water was added to the air. It now had the unfortunate effect of the differences in heat from the natural storm becoming too intense. Above them, the sky started to twist and tear itself apart as clouds swirled into one another as eyes began to open up in the sky. It was terrifying, and would soon become deafening as the wind began beating across the sea like a stampede on the open plains. With multiple cyclones appearing in the sky it seemed like things were only going to get worse, lightning crackled and broke across the sky hitting ship wreckage and lighting them ablaze.

There was so much going on, and it seemed like it was only going to get worse as debris began to fly around hitting ships and people. However, there was a chance if they were to try and sail out of the storm as any sane person would do. Although her ship had been thrown up there were still ships Humayra could climb upon, whether she wanted to just get up on a random Al-Shamshuran ship or go straight for the flagship. While Gilles had lost her ship and her friends, she had lost her targets and could make a choice from there. Although, once she would stick her head from the water she would notice the ship that had been signaled from before was finally moving in.

With the storm raging and damage only rising like the waves it seemed like there was only one normal course of action, although at every moment in this battle upon the sea expectations were shattered. The battle was over, the storm would only get worse, and now they had to survive, or would one of them pull out one last surprise?

The worse was over, but it seemed to Lagi that there were still things that he had to take care of. Throughout the battle, he saw some sort of ship with skulls in the distance. He wasted no time in making sure that any threats to his escape with his crew would be unhindered. "Be sure to cover the safety of our escape. If there is anything in terms of ships or others that try to hinder that, take care of it. " This was a command towards Zoran in order for the dragon to do what it must. "Julius it's time to go, forget them. " Flying back to the main flagship of Tartarus and reaching for the horn of the dracul, Lagi would blow into it. "Retreat! We must escape this area before something like that natural disaster happens again." Lagi then decided to remain equipped until the coast was clear.

Coming back up again and hearing the horn, the Kaiju and sea caller went back to the main Flagship and decided to try to tug the ship that Lagi was on to safety with its A-tier strength.

"Great work Sire, it's time to depart. "

The battle-bond upon contact kicked in, the two becoming a literal submarine of death with the bubble motor enhanced by the terrain advantage as it traveled 300 meters towards the safe zone while tugging Lagi's main ship. The last command of the Zoran dragon was to aid their escape.

Gilles had reemerged from the waters once that she was certain that the massive wave had passed where she was located in the sea. She would use this moment to leave the waters not knowing what had happened with the two dark KC above her.

She would quickly rise into the air, seeing that the storm seems to be getting worse. She was not sure that she could make it to land with her magoi reserves and was thinking of taking a ship and crew for her own when she noticed something.

She saw the familiar ship she had seen before the storm. She would grin and fly to the ship hoping to reach it before the storm gets worse.

"We've got you!" The shipmates on deck breathed a sigh of relief knowing that at least two of the people who'd been thrown overboard were okay and didn't need immediate respiratory assistance.

"This, isn't our ship...?" Confused, Humayra looked around at the unfamiliar faces who immediately moved to rescuing other unfortunates from the roiling waters.

"Good, it looks like you're going to be okay. You scared me for a bit there-" Al-Sadek would have also offered his own sigh of relief, stopping short when he noted the piercing accusatory glare Humayra shot at him.

"What the hell was that about!? Why did you grab me and toss us over the side of the ship like that!" Soaked and frustrated, the Fanalis girl batted away Al-Sadek's supportive arm. She'd barely had any time to catch a breath of air before the water rose up to envelope her entire body. In that instant of realization, fear had replaced rage and anger at the knowledge she lacked one very important skill when it came to the amount of water the vast open seas offered. She'd never learned how to swim...

She'd forgive him, eventually. Al-Sadek was just glad the black Rhuk didn't seem to be flowing from his companion anymore.

Humayra became distracted, forgetting Al-Sadek's presence and even the other unfamiliar people around. She turned around to gaze at and take in the ship they were on. "Wait, isn't this... the Al-Shamshuran Flagship?"

With disaster averted for the moment, everyone took a second to find refuge in the storm, and while all of them had different destinations it had seemed that a constant decision had been reached by a majority of the people on the seas. It was time for them to leave this theater as the last bow had already been made and the victors were sure to find applause when they were to return home. Although at the moment chaos was all that there was to be found as Heliohapt's fleet lay shattered upon the ocean while others retreated satisfied with their goals.

The Tartaran fleet as surprising as it had appeared to the unaware it would disappear just as quickly as all their efforts returned towards retreating from the disaster. It would be easy for the largest and most maintained fleet for them to gather their ships and return from whence they came. Although it would take a bit more to do their somewhat scattered position the Shamshura fleets regrouped and would start heading turning to return to their homes. However, the most surprising act was the single ship that was sailing as it curved right through the disaster and with the intent to then turn back. It seemed more things were in play even as things were coming to an end.

Aboard the Al-Shamshuran flagship Humayra would find some of the other rescued soldiers, and many of the officers she might not have seen before. Although she wouldn't have much time to talk to them at the moment it would be clear that on the way back she would have the opportunity to rub shoulders with some members of the higher echelon of the army. In a moment she would hear something that would likely give both of them goosebumps and excitement.

"Alright, both fleets are together now, Heliohapt lays in pieces, the commands say we're to meet up with the ground forces outside of Neo Helio, the Sultan himself shall lead us!" One of the officers said to another, relaying some sort of information from the captain. "Luckily we got so many with us, but let's get out of this storm!"

While Humayra was learning of her own situation not too far away Gilles would that she was soon faced to face with a giant gator ready to consume her, until she was pulled into it's wooden maw with a net. Soon enough she would see that she was inside an area with a bunch of other people pulled from the water. Although there was a fire nearby warming them up and drying them off in mere moments a face would look down, a beautiful woman dressed in captain's garb.

"Well then, we caught a few stragglers, and I believe you're from the ship that warned us,"
Zurafa said as she looked at Gilles with a smirk on her face. "We'll take the time to get to know each other as you tell me all about the incident on the way to land, alright?"

With Gilles being saved and brought along by a pirate who was going to question them she was in her own situation as she was now by herself but had succeeded in causing massive amounts of destruction and casualty as she for a moment burned the sea around her. Although it was over for now a sense of foreboding would be weighing over everyone's heads as they all knew with Heliohapt's fleet destroyed a huge shift had been made in the war, and with everything ramping up things were sure to come to a crashing end soon enough. With them all going towards their own destinations on their own trips they would all disappear into the gray horizon with the final curtain call.

Gilles would find herself being pulled up onto the ship that she was flying towards, the one that was a constant in this sea. She would find that she was not the only one being pulled up onto the ship and was grinning. She would look around before setting her eyes upon the captain. "Pleasure to meet you. I am the Hight Priestess Gilles of the Religious Order of the Flames Reach. I must apologize about any inconvenience that I may have caused you. You see I and my followers were praying to our lord when he graced us by scorching the sea. I am sorry about your friends that were on the ship that passed but this was the will of my lord." She would say all of this like it was normal that everyone on her ship perished.
