A few things. A Black Hole is a large amount of mass in a small container. Aka, something with ridiculous density. So those black holes in space that we generally think about? Those have ridiculous amounts of mass. But black holes aren't just large, planet-eating holes. Thanks to the principle of Schwarzschild Radius, anything could become a black hole if it was dense enough. That includes light. Even though light doesn't have mass, it has energy. And thanks to e=mc^2 gravity affects both mass and energy so therefore if light was made dense enough it would be able to radiate gravity n stuff because of e=mc^2. This would be known as a kugeblitz. Now granted considering the amount of light needed to create a black hole is insane, this is probably a far stretched combo. But nonetheless, I'm suggesting it.
However, to make it more viable I feel like I should point out the fact that light is energy. Energy = heat. Lots of energy? Lots of heat. If you were to create a black hole made of light, it would produce a crap ton of heat. Enough to make basic principles like gravity go wonky. So that could either weaken or make the black hole stronger. Considering kugelblitz is a theoretical object, scientists don't actually know what would happen. But for the sake of making this combo somewhat believable, I'm gonna with the second one. So that means I don't need as much light to actually create a black hole making it slightly more plausible lol.
And to make sure my intent and purpose is clear, while I do state that it only lasts one post, I also state this is for most magic. Besides scaling/sustaining, should the ability wish to last for more than one post, its dimensions should be lowered one tier as the trade-off (and so its range would also be lowered). However, this isn't vise versa. You couldn't increase the range past (say, for a B-Tier ability) 1.5m because this would cause it to basically poof the moment you make it.
The gravitational pull doesn't bend any rules in concerns to range. It doesn't get extra range or anything. It's mostly there to state that the range is proportionate to the size of the ability. This would also imply that it works via adding mass when scaling. Initial casting would employ both adding mass and containing light in an extremely small area.

KUGELBLITZ MAGIC
[ LIGHT + STRENGTH ]
[ FOUNDER: Ariel Harel | PERMISSION: N/A ]
By compressing light into a small space, thereby increasing its density, the light itself can be turned into a black hole. As a black hole, the magic itself would be invisible. However, the area around it would appear somewhat warped - an easy tell tale of where the magic is located.

- ❖ i. | As a black hole, it has a noticeable gravitational pull which is proportionate to its size.
- ❖ ii. | Because a large compilation of light tends to create a large compilation of heat, areas around the kugelblitz are extremely hot and may deal an additional C-Tier burn damage to anything attacked by this magic.
- ❖ iii. | The size of the magic cast is directly proportionate to the tier of the magic/magoi used. It starts with 0.5m at D-Tier and increases by 0.5m each tier. Such is due to the fact that creating a kugeblitz takes an enormous amount of light/energy.
- ❖ iv. | Because of the nature of Kugelblitz Magic, scaling the size or range would affect the other aspect. Scaling size would cause the range to increase by 5m. Scaling range would cause the size to increase by 0.5m. In other words, they are one in the same due to their correlation with each other.
- ❖ v. | Since pulling enough light to create a black hole which would not simply dissipate takes an enormous amount of energy, most magic created by Kugelblitz Magic cannot last for more than one post without sustainment or scaling.
