Magic Weapon Eir's magic abilities

The abilities are for the sword Eir:

I chose the tier of ability below based on the Magic Tool Systems which states the only limit to the tier of magic ability for a weapon is the tier of the weapon itself.




Tier: Ω
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must have the weapon in their hand in order to channel magoi. There must be at least one dragon of force that has been created by this blade, which is the dragon in which this ability goes through.
Scaling: The area of effect increases the cone's distance by 5 meters forward.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: Once per thread.
Cost: 25 magoi
Description:

• The dragon of force opens its maw and creates a suction force in a cone shape. This cone is 2 meters deep, 15 meters long and begins as wide as the mouth of the maw this is cast from. The force of this suction brings an individual caught within the cone towards the mouth at A-Tier strength and speed.
  
• When the individual arrives at the entrance of the mouth, the gravity pulls up and down simultaneously once they pass through the gap, dealing A-Tier pulling damage and ripping those caught within individual apart.

Description:

• An orb of force appears around one of the dragons made with force, 15 meters in diameter. The user has absolute control of gravity within this region, making everything either heavier, lighter or changing the direction of gravity. The interior of the force dragon is not affected by these gravity changes.

• The force dragon opens its maw and lets out a silent roar, creating a 15 meter long, 15 meter wide and 2 meter deep wave of gravity that crushes those caught within it using Ω-Tier force. The wave goes down one meter and up one meter from the center of the dragon's maw when it is executed.

• Two weapons get coated with strength magic, allowing the attacks of weapons being held in the hand to extend 10 meters in length.
  
• If a weapon is thrown, the user of this technique is able to control the flight of those weapons, allowing it to change directions in the air with A-Tier maneuverability and speeds.

A couple of things, one of which was pointed out to me by Yaku, that I would like to change regarding these abilities.


All of the abilities that require a dragon made of force to activate should instead have this as the replacement for that drawback:

"Must have an aura or some form of strength magic shaped like a dragon in order to activate."


Also, I would like to add additional drawbacks to the following spell, and change it's wording slightly:

Scaling: Tier of damage increases by 1 each time scaling is applied.

Cool Down: Once per thread.

• 16 dragons, 8 meters in length and 2 meters in diameter, fall from the sky and strike the ground.
  
• These dragons can be layered upon one another.  
  
• These dragons come with the crushing power of gravity, dealing D-Tier damage and creating a small 5 meter diameter crater where they land.
  
• While they do not need to appear all at once, there must always be at least 1 falling, otherwise it breaks the spell and dissipates.
