Finding Plants (Solo Job)

Soloman wrote:Job Summary: On top of one of the many mountains that surround the Kou Empire is a temple where a multitude of monks live. These monks at this temple have learned of a mystical recipe that is said to induce a powerful meditative state that can help one a find the answers to any problem that they may have. They need somebody to retrieve the herbs used to  these plants. They are found along the mountain ranges. They need 15 yellow bloom lilies, 5 purple tinted tulips, and about 10 green flute reeds. Be careful along the mountain side for bears and wolves are often spotted, it is not needed to kill these beast but one might have to in order to get to the herbs.

Xion was tasked to go find himself some herbs that are used to make the plants that the elders stated that could grant someone, such fortune. Something that had to do with a meditative state, and has the potential to solve one's problems. He wasn’t sure whether to believe the old geezer or not, but it wasn’t like he had anything else important to do so why not see it for himself. The job didn’t sound quite hard, but the search for these herbs didn’t sound quite easy but, xion was the kind of person to not underestimate whatever lies before him.

He knows that whatever the task he usually do, are always with some sort of surprise. Nevertheless, he won’t expect much out of this job if their were to be something unfortunate that has bestowed upon xion has he is set to retrieve these herbs for the monks. And see if what they’re saying are legitimate and not bias bullshit, that any old man can ever think of. Xion had to travel on top of the many mountains, in which the herbs are said to be located.

The monks had warned him, about the bears that lurks in the wild. He kept that in mind, but as an assassin in wasn't something to worry about because he is more than capable of handling, a bunch of furry animals. On top of his stealth, in which he is still being trained properly on how to perfect in, which is become a drag and takes too much time to be able to perfect it. It was one of the basic traits for assassins and, warriors alike. But it seemed more befitting for an assassin, than a warrior but whatever.

As he made it up the mountain, xion let out a yawn but he didn't feel tired at all, it was something that his body responded after walking for awhile and felt like he wanted to yawn. Xion placed both of his hands on the back of his head, and began to offically let his search begin. Those bears was in the back of his mind, so he was more than prepared to take care of them. But he'll let his stealthiness do all the work for him and, make any sudden mistakes to anger or startle the bears that could give them a reason to strike xion.

One may not want to underestimate the forest, as anything can come out and take you by suprise. After managing to recover a few of the herbs, there were still a few left that he had to recover. Up until that point, a wolf came into xions visual field. The wolf let out a mean growl, a warning that xion had stepped in the hunting grounds that the wolf had kept occupied. On one knee, xion kept his eye on the wolf. Great, as I sensed that my search for these herbs was about to be over. There has to be some irritating, furry to i-. Before his thoughts were to be completed, he was interrupted by the wolfs alarming charge at the young looking maiden. Xion succesfully dodged the upcoming attack, it seemed more of an attempt to bite than one to headbut him. A funny action, in which xion claimed.

Without further ado, xion decided to take up the tree's and began to take the high ground from there and travelled too far gone for the wolf to try and pursue him any further. Jumping from tree branch to tree branch, After doing the same process- xion came to a hault and landed on the tree branch on a taller tree than the previous one. Why did he stop? He could have kept going. The reason that he stopped was because, he spotted a large bear
just five clicks away from him. The bear seemed to be pre occupied until, xion turned around to see the wolf that he thought he had escaped. Before coming up with an idea, the two furries would engage in a minor conflict, as the wolf disturbed the bear like a mouse disturbing the snake, giving it a reason to take action. As xion watched the two engage in battle, xion took the chance and went back to his previous location and, attempt to find the last remaining herbs. After several moments, of collecting these plants. He thought to himself that if they're what the monks exactly said as to how many that they needed.

Xion felt positive about how much he collected, despite having to be encounterd by a wolf and a bear on top of that. He was still able to make it out unharmed and prepare to return back.
