Name: Darius
Country Affiliation: Reim
Race: Human
Tier: D-Tier
Class: Ranger
Age + Birthdate: 18, October 31st
Gender: ♂
Sexuality: Bisexual
Personality:
Darius is the type of person to not show much emotion, unless it is forced out of him. However, if he's around someone he can trust, that's a way for him to reveal his true colors. Forming any sort of bond with Darius is incredibly difficult though, as he harbors a lot of mistrust from his past trauma. With good reason.
One trait that was passed down from his father, is Darius' intolerance towards "annoying" things. When or if someone beings to annoy him, he will make sure to let them know right away. This is usually done by him shouting at them. He might always seem to be in a bad mood because of this, however that's not necessarily true. There are a lot of things that do in-fact make Darius quite happy, he just has trouble expressing it through facial gestures.
Despite being a hunter at heart, Darius has horrible patience. He will often get frustrated while waiting for his prey, and proceed to run after them like some sort of troglodyte. This typically gets him into a lot of trouble, as his technique with a ranged weapon is far superior to his physical capabilities, at least at the current time.
When given someone of importance though, Darius can show his more sensitive side. While it might still come off as being very rugged, there is a difference in him.
Likes:
Fighting - Born into a world of violence, Darius couldn't help but get into a lot of street fights as a kid. This would lead into a fascination of completely obliterating his enemies, so he can prove his worth.
Hunting - Upon taking up ranged weaponry, Darius found a love for the sport of hunting. Whether it be a pack of criminals he's been hired to eliminate, or simply getting dinner for the night.
Traveling - As an orphan, Darius has never really been chained to one place. Despite this, he's mainly traveled throughout only his homeland; Reim. After he collects more funds from the coliseum though, he plans on going to Kou.
Dislikes:
Idiocy - As someone who has a short fuse, Darius hates idiots. Instead of ignoring them, he will often attempt to fight those who are stupid.
Crime- Losing his parents as a child, Darius has an ever-growing hatred for criminals. If he's given the chance to punish those who deserve it, he will always take up the job, even if the pay isn't very good.
Waiting - Despite loving the sport of hunt, Darius despises having to wait for anything. He's typically the type of guy to rush most things he does. If he has to wait for something, he might end up throwing a tantrum. This is something he needs to work on.
Aspirations:
Darius has never been someone to hold on to dreams. Rather than focusing on the future, he prefers to focus on the present. His current goal is to simply become stronger, that is it. He will achieve this goal throughout his travels and experience in the coliseum of Reim. While this is a very straight-forward goal, he doesn't expect it will be his only one. If there is anything Darius wants in the future, it is to find out what he wants to do with his life. A goal to find a goal. A simple aspiration, for a simple man.
Phobias/fears:
Being someone who does not really fear death, Darius finds it hard to actually be scared of anything. However, he does in-fact have the lingering fear of reliving his past. While it's not possible for him to relive his parents murder, he is terrified of the idea that something similar will happen to him. For example; if he were to make a group of friends, and he was incapable of defending them. Just the idea of it haunts his dreams.

Darius' body is covered head-to-toe with various different scars, scars he had obtained throughout his life so far. His most obvious scar is the one deeply embedded into his left cheek, which curves into an almost cross-like shape.
Even though he's a full-blooded human, Darius is quite tall and muscular, averaging at around 188-cm tall and 88-kg. He also has a few tattoos that can be seen on his body, if he's shirtless. He has a full-set of thick black hair, which he generally keeps spiked up and is buzz cut on each side.

History:
Darius was born in the country of Reim on a stormy-night. He was the love child of an average-merchant woman, and a general of the current army. Time would quickly pass for the infant though, as his innocence and child-hood would not last for long.
At the age of three, Darius was taught how to wield a sword and fight. His father deemed it important that he learned it at a young age, rather than wait until it was too late. Unfortunately, Darius' father was correct in doing so. Not long after he had been taught, both Darius' father and mother would be killed by a group of savage bandits.
Stricken by grief and rage, the young Darius would lash out in order to protect his family's honor. However, the three year old child was simply no match for them. Instead of finishing the boy off though, they would wind up caring for him the rest of his childhood. This act was not out of kindness, as it was merely a sport for the vicious group. They had planned on forming the boy into a powerful killing machine, only to fight him to the death in the end. However, this story would not end well for the bandits.
After being hardened in both strength and mind, Darius was finally ready to fight. However, the boy's frozen heart would begin to melt upon setting one foot in the fighting-range, as a powerful rage swept his entire being. Instead of relying on the cheap tactics they had taught him, Darius would find himself mowing down their entire front-line in a bloody rage. In a matter of only seconds, the nine-year old boy had killed everyone except the leader. The fight had already been decided.
Upon seeing the boy's magnificent strength, the bandit leader would begin to plead for his life. -- Darius couldn't help but scoff at the gesture, placing his loaded crossbow up to the man's head. Without another word between the two, Darius would put an end to the leader's life.
Years would pass after this event, as Darius grew into a strong young man. Despite his horrible childhood, he found himself recovering from most of his mental trauma. While there are still some things that obviously bother him, he had healed quite well. Darius found that taking his anger out on idiots in the Reim coliseum helped quite a bit.

- Spoiler:
- Shuiro grabbed his take-out drink as he was preparing to leave the restaurant. 'It's getting pretty late He thought to himself', looking at his watch, showing it had just turned 9:30 PM. He let out a sigh and quickly left the building, preparing his walk long walk back to his apartment. Why did a First Class Investigator of the 13th ward still live in a cheap apartment? Shuiro actually didn't know fully himself, his main excuse was because he had been spoiled with luxuries and a nice home when he was growing up. So as his own adult he thought living like a normal person was a nice change of pace.
After walking for about 10 minutes or so, Shuiro found himself on a familiar yet incredibly dark street. He found it quite strange considering there were usually a ton of bright-ass lamp posts around this area. Perhaps an outage? Not very likely, but whatever it was it didn't stop Shuiro's progression down the street. The only sound someone could hear in this area, was Shuiro's boots clacking against the concrete. It was as quiet as it was dark, and the only source of light Shuiro had was the smartphone he had pulled out from his pocket and was using as a flashlight. A sudden horrible feeling was building up in Shuiro 's body, causing him to stop completely in his tracks and begin taking in his surroundings. His knees began to buckle and a cold drop of sweat fell off of his nose onto the ground.
ACHOOOOOOOOOOO
Shuiro had let out one of the loudest sneezes he's ever experienced. The force from the sneeze was so powerful that he had actually dropped his phone onto the grass next to him. Luckily it didn't fall onto the concrete, considering the grass was the only reason it didn't shatter. The man bent down and picked up his phone, wiping his runny nose with his sleeve. 'I think I might be coming down with something... he muttered under his breath. Looking back up, he noticed that all the street lights had turned back on. He didn't notice when they came back on, but it made sense considering he would not have found his phone in that absolute darkness from before.
