Darius de Valencia Dec0IXZ

Name: Darius de Valencia
Tier: "Tssh.. Even kings have started somehwere." (D-Tier)
Gender: Male
Sexuality: "There is nothing I love more than women." (Heterosexual)
Age + Birthdate: Currently Darius is 25 years old, though he looks a bit younger than it without his armor. The "Golden Knight" was born on April the 3rd.
Nationality: "Reim is where my loyality lies. Though soon loyality is gonna be given to ME! HAHA" (Reim)
Race: "Do I look like a filthy animal or a fat giant to you?" (Definitely human)
Specialization: "I am wearing a big shiny armor and a hella big sword, does that say something to your monkey brain?" (Strength)
Personality: If you ask for a arrogant douchebag pretty much anyone would think about Darius. He is what you describe as an "asshole". Darius is arrogant, racist and his biggest dream is to once be "the king". In his view everyone who cannot defend himself or what he claims to own is a lowlife. Just trash. Other races and nations are generally seen as mudbloods by the blonde. Degrading or even bullying people for simple things is something you can expect from the guy in the shiny armor. In his view it's survival of the fittest and he also hardly disagrees with a pacifist as a ruler. In his oppinion Reim should conquer the countries and either use or kill anyone that defies his ideals. That said you would think he hates pretty much anyone.. well he does to be honest. Almost. There are very few people that a guy like him would not look down at. The strong ones that take what they want and know how to defend themselves. In that case he doesn't care about the race or nationality. Actually the racism is only an excuse to attack people verbally. Darius doesn't really care at all.

Another side of him which may seem cruel is the "warface". It's the kind of personality he "switches" to when he encounters physical violence. Generally Darius won't ever say that killing is wrong. It is needed on this world to keep the balance between life and death. Wars are needed just as much. One must get stronger and defend himself as life is a gift that you only get once in the same form and if you can't protect it you don't deserve it. Thus he doesn't mind things like murder, slavery or whatever. He only loves punishing people that commit those crimes in order to satisfy his quite sadistic side. Generally he vents a lot of inner frustration that way, as every kind of bully does.

While some don't even see the guy as human because of that character he has, the ones who try to see any kind of humanity will notice how jaded he is. A man who has experienced so many negative things that he simply doesn't care anymore. Darius doesn't trust anyone, he loves no one and his inner delusion just wishes for the world to burn. His hatred and frustration have eaten up anything else of the innocent boy that he used to be, left to be a person that spreads pain and negativity. Things like guilt and love are things he has lost.

Likes: There is very few things Darius sees any pleasure in: That would be challenging enemies and unchallenging enemies. Challenging enemies are fun to fight and give him some proper training while the other ones are just lowlife that are fun to kick and punch. Survival of the fittest, Darius definitely stays true to it. Where he however is definitely not true is when it comes to women. A heartbreaker, liar and cheater. He is a-romantic and thus he only is interested in the body of women. Anything else is not in his interest. But as compensation for that he is VERY interested in that one. Oh and someone may notice that Darius kinda favours golden things.. not that it would be so noticeable with the golden armor, golden weapon/s, gold blond hair, golden earring and golden clothes or something...

Dislikes: He just hates weaklings the most. Especially the kind that complains about injustice and being weak. If you want to change something you need to get stronger than the ones who decide it, defeat them and decide by yourself. Everyone can get strong in this world. The only reason injustice exists is because people inflict it upon themselves. No one stops you from correcting this "injustice". Another thing he hates are people that try to read his person. He generally has an emotional barrier around him, even his thoughts are hard to be read as he often spends his time counting the clock or playing cards in his head. That way he is focused on something completely useless and it's pretty hard to read his mind. But still some people, on long-term, are actually able to and they at same time are a fear of him. Another thing he HATES are people that don't take him seriously. Making fun out of Darius will result in him getting really really angry.

Phobias: As mentioned people, that somehow are able to read his person and his thoughts, are what scare him the most. Actually it seems there is almost nothing else that scares him. Death is kinda frightening but he is not the guy that is panicking about things too much, especially due to his pride and arrogance. Generally the only thing left that he fears is being dominated in a fight, as in the fight being over in a matter of seconds without the Golden Shiny Guy to be the victor. It's his kind of nightmare as it would hurt his pride a hell damn lot.

Aspirations: As his belief is that only the strongest survive he has made himself the goal to be the strongest. Simple as that. And now to go back to the realistic part where Darius is planning to become a king. The one of a big nation which will override all the others. One, whose name already makes people tremble in fear and allies shout up loud. Unrealistic aswell. At the end power is his ultimate goal. Darius only wants strength and power as it is infinite and dreams that are fulfillable are no dreams. Once such things get reality.. what else is there to do? Find an ew dream or live emptiness. Thus the blonde, without even knowing, chose this unrealistic goal for exactly that reason. But it is a goal that drives him to get stronger and to stand up even after falling the 1000th time.

Face-Claim: Gilgamesh - Fate/Zero & Fate/Prototype
Weight: 80 kilograms
Hair Color: Golden-blonde
Eye Color: Red, yes natural red.
Height: 6.17 feet (188 cm) <-- converted so dunno if exact
Rukh Alignment: White Rukh fits Darius. While his inner darkness would say otherwise it is after all weak and the Darius we know is someone who has high hopes for the future. Too high. He builds up to be strong and powerful.
Special Traits: Except for being pretty tall and having almost golden blonde natural hair and red natural eye colour there is nothing really special about him.
Appearance:  Tall, well-trained, blonde and represents wealth because well.. he most of times wears golden. It fit's the shiny golden blonde hair of our future-king (at least he thinks so) and the red eyes gibe this gold monotone some aggressive vibe. Wait, did you just say red eyes? Yes that's the natural eye-colour of Darius, as unusual as it may seem it really is. Generally the man looks only half as dangerous without his big shiny armour but still like someone you would not want to fight with if you're sober. His looks say a lot about who he is: an arrogant macho that will smash some poor guy's face for a drink. After all he sees pretty much anything as lowlife. Even the way he stands or the way he walks and talks. It is just pure ignorance written all over him. Even in a fight as long as he doesn't deem it challenging he will just stand there in a pose neither aggressive nor defensive. Just not really caring. Though only the quickest would be able to surprise him in the midst of the battle, so despite the ignorance he shouldn't be underestimated. Also you can really see that Darius is not really the sneakiest guy. I mean.. that shiny golden guy can be seen from meters away even if it was night. Even his earrings are golden. You would think he is greedy as hell but the only thing Darius greeds for is power and women. Also being able to walk around in a big shiny armor like his prooves that these muscles are not just for show. He really is a dangerous guy if you make him your enemy. Short description of Darius~

Gallery of the allmighty Darius:

History:

Growing up Darius has been through a lot. His parents were pretty poor and the little boy was born in the slums of the city called Reim. There his parents tried everything to ensure their own life, they didn't really care about their son so they actually went as far as to sell him to slave-trader. Starting at the age of 4 the boy was teached to be a slave. Children this young are specially popular as they are easy to manipulate. With the age of 6 he got sold to a rich man called Mohammed from a desert-city called Mersin. With no idea where he was and no purpose in life he was teached to serve and to work no matter how strong the pain or how inhuman it may seem. He was teached that it's normal. Carrying heavy stuff, cooking and the guards who were not allowed to have family (order by Mohammed) sometimes got pretty lonely and stopped really caring about the gender. All in all no beautiful way to start life. Even the other slaves were hating him because he was different. He had pale skin and golden blonde hair. At the age of 10 however, he was pretty lucky. It was on a travel where they were taking some slaves in order to help at a delivery. Mohammed generally hired dumb thieves to steal for him and executed them shortly after because he believed they would've stolen some of the bounty. His target was gold. He sold the stuff that has been stolen for a huge price and made profit. But one time he went over-the-top. One of the people he hired got caught by the people he was supposed to steal of and told them everything he knew. Unfortunately for Mohammed it was a pack of bandits ready to rob the biggest delivery that the man has ever made. And thus it happened on a extremely hot day in the desert. Sweat could be smelled from meters away and the carriage was so loud you couldn't even hear anything else the whole trip. The only thing you heard was the sudden scream of the man who was driving the carriage. Shortly after you saw man after man falling with an arrow shot right at their neck. The ones that survived were the children who were not targeted especially because they were small and the ones that blocked the arrows with their armor. However the guards were easily dominated by the surprise attack of a bandit group known as the "Dunewalkers" and the camels pulling the carriage were going berserk and thus instantly immobilized through the master archer of the bandits who at same time was the leader. Sand, however, is pretty fragile and thus the master archer fell right into the arms of the enemy. Able to defend himself for a small time yet after taking some hits a guard was about to give him a fatal attack if it had not been Darius who had jumped on the man to ram him away. Due to the terrain the guard fell on the floor and the blonde boy choked the hired guardian to his last breath and thus saved the leader of the guys hwo just saved him from eternal demise. The boy who yet didn't know his name had to commit murder at the age of 10 already. After the battle was over the slaves that survived were spared as they showed no resistance. Instead people beside our foreigner here helped against Mohammed's men. "Thank you for saving us.." the little boy said those words with a stuttering voice. Him and other younglings were teached how to speak by the other slaves due to communcation while working yet he was exceeding the voccabulary of the others because he stole picture books sometimes and learned how to talk and how to read. It took him years but he managed it. The men nearby laughed, not because of their successful raid but because of what the boy just said. "Listen boy, we came here for the money, not to save you. You would be just useless luggage. I will leave you the food that those guys had for the travel but that's it." that was the first tame the still nameless boy had met the meaning of "survival of the fittest". While others gave up he was still discussing, talking about the man being indebted because of getting his life saved but at the end it was helpless. "I want do join you. I am not like the others.. I don't need a master." he was one of the youngest to join the slaves but he still had not been manipulated so far to feel worthless without a master. The leader of the group just laughed even louder. "I don't need a kid joining us. Look, we are not the military. We do not train people. If you want to join us then you need to have skill already." as much of a vocublary that he had with only 10 years, the man was right. However he still did not give up and just followed and annoyed them until they decided to let him join the ranks.

Darius de Valencia 7XlW0vb
Secretly they planned to use him to lure out people or steal money from people in the streets so he would die after getting the wrong people. But he didn't. Actually Darius, who got that name because an old member from Reim was called that way, did seem to be quite useful at times however they had no use for him anymore after travelling. Out of this reason they decided to use him as a decoy. He would die while they could rob a carriage. At that time Darius was 12 and had some practice with a dagger but not enough to put up a challenge to real fighters. However as he baited the people around the carriage to move away from it due to a cry for help he literally killed the man walking to him. He stabbed his throat. Shocked by that the bandits had a late reaction and got spotted. A fight broke out and the boy didn't die yet. No he was actually in a real raid which he barely survived. A raid where many of the Dunewalkers died and after this Darius was reckognized by the group and a real member now. In that time he was trained in usage of many weapons. It prooved he was more of a warrior instead of a thief or an assassin. The blonde boy prooved a lot of talent with a long sword. At the age of 15 our Darius had a some battles behind himself and was a bonafied badass (despite the fact he was not even fighting a lot for real). Leading a lot of raids to victory he was probably the youngest member with a high rank among those bandits and he even got the surname of the deceased member whom he was called after, de Valencia. Though all of it was not due to strength or battle-skill.. he was simply a kind of symbol of morale. Hussayn, the leader of the Dunewalkers, said that the blonde reminded him a lot of that deceased member. They were like a family to him. The next raid would be the biggest one they'd ever make. After years they planned to attack Mohammed, the man who used to be the master of de Valencia, who had claimed freedom. A perfect time to take revenge and end what bonded him to hatred. They were plotting a riot in the city to distract the military there so they could attack Mohammed without anyone stopping them. Still it would cost the lives of many. But in the group there was one moral: "A lot may die, indeed. And you do risk your life, indeed. But the ones who manage to live, will do so as rich men!". And that's the morale that drove the members and what has given them many successful raids. Skipping the details, Mohammed's defenses were defeated by the Dunewalkers and lastly he, Mohammed himself, was fighting Hussayn, the leader of the Dunewalkers. A fight that the master archer Hussayn clearly would have won even if it is a swordfight. However in the midst of the fight, when Darius wanted to join in, Hussayn got ambushed and died by the hands of a masked man. The man that once looked down on him but then reckognized Darius as a friend. As his best friend. For Darius, Hussayn was the first and best friend he ever had. A mix of sadness and rage was mixing with the hate against Mohammed. Ever since the first raid he had together with Dunewalkers he has sworn to never cry again. But now tears were flowing down his cheek and his eyes were facing the floor. His inner got insane by the sadistic laughs of the Mohammed. "ONLY THE STRONGEST SURVIVE, DID NO ONE TEACH YOU THAT, HUSSAYN? HAHAHAHAHAHA.. You, kill that boy too." were the words of Mohammed. The masked man was supposed to kill the blonde boy too. But the rage that could be sensed just by standing near the currently 15 year old. He was definitely inferior in battle skill but his emotions have led him to aggression that even the adult could not counter. Immense strength and almost as if his lungs died and he just stopped the need to breathe he was striking and striking, giving some hits but yet not dominating the clash of swords. However Hussayn, with his last breath restrained the killer's movement and allowed Darius to deal the killing blow. Shortly after, both of them dropped and have lost their life in a pointless fight. It was long ago since he killed out of hatred. The blood of the guilty on the blade of his golden sword that was reflecting the moonlight shining through the giant windows. Mohammed was shivering in fear before the beast that Darius just had become. He dropped his sword and dropped on the floor, crawling away from the blonde boy who just took off the scarf and turban, hiding his face with his eyes opened wide. He slowly walked toward the bearded rich man unsteady. His eyes were still wide open and he stared at him. "Do you remember my face?" at first extremely calm, almost psychopathic, he asked him a simple question. Though Mohammed couldn't get himself to open his mouth and just looked away. Darius grabbed the man by his hair and made him face the boy. "DO YOU REMEMBER ME?! I ASKED YOU! DO YOU REMEMBER ME?! DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO ME?!" a loud voice was hurting the ears of the man who barely was able to stutter out a no. "I WAS A SLAVE OF YOURS FOR YEARS. YOU MADE ME AND OTHERS SUFFER AND FOR THAT I WILL KILL YOU NOW!" the man was begging Darius for mercy. After a kick to his face the man started to kiss the feet of the boy just to hear a sadistic laugh. "Darius de Valencia, remember this name, because you should run from it, once I join you in hell." were the last words that Mohammed heard before he got beheaded.

Darius de Valencia Yh7wjFN

After wearing the head of Mohammed on a pole as a symbol of victory they robbed everything they found on the place. After someone was asking where Hussayn, people started wondering. The broken face of Darius however said more than 1000 words. The members all held him very dear but they had a job to do and they had to run quickly now before the military would come. On their way out of the place there was a green-haired girl, seemingly human, about the age of Darius. She was begging for help and could barely even talk. Underfed and no energy. She seemed to have a lot of wounds from restisting. Back then Darius was too kind and noble to decline such things, even in the state of pure despreation. With a monotone voice he only said "Take her with us." and went off with the others. At the camp they were sitting around a fire and mourning for Hussayn and at same time did the ritual of choosing a new leader. It was a tradition. Certain people that were high ranks were chosen and the task was to choose people and lead them through a major raid on a big fish. The one who would be successful first or return as only one would be the new leader and the ones that followed him would be known as honor-members. Darius, despite being only 16 the time the ritual would start, was chosen as one of the leaders as he had claimed that he had finished Mohammed and the killer alone which was leading others to think he is actually skilled enough, which he really was not. Meanwhile he got pretty close to the green-haired girl called Rena. Despite not showing a lot of it in public, as seen private by Darius her fighting-skill was overwhelming. The only reason they were able to capture her as a slave was due to mass. Numbers can also win a fight. Darius even chose her in his squad for the raid as he was probably the only one that knew her true strength and that she could carry him to great glory. It was about a man with a lot of money traveling through the desert. Probably a bait by the military and thus worthy of the ritual. It was a raid that almost every group was participating at and it seemed that Darius was the only one not fighting others of his group. He refused to and tried to stop any conflict. At the end he even had people join him instead. After 1 week Darius returned and returned as the only leader. He may not have captured the bounty (which really prooved to be a bait) but he has ended conflicts between groups (at least a few) and lastly has lead them back home safely though most of it was with the help of . The youngest leader the Dunewalkers ever had was now Darius. Even if it was lies and secrets that got him up so high. The fact that all of it is because he met that girl.. he ignored it because of his ignorance. Also he was the first foreigner to lead them. At the time he and Rena had fallen in love with eachother. After 2 years of a very successful era of the Dunewalkers they captured the city of Mersin, which after the death of Mohammed was doomed anyways. However with the Dunewalkers taking over the city has restored it's shine again. It even got better as Darius was much less of a Tyrant than the former puppet of Mohammed. At the time both Darius and Rena were 18 and despite this young age they decided to marry eachother once they are 19. A happy life with money and love. It is the dream of every man.

Darius de Valencia LHRhKvM

Peaceful times, a lot of money has been earned and Darius was rich as hell. He was now 20 and married to Rena. With the time he changed a lot. From a carefree person the blonde-haired got a lot stricter than he used to be when the Dunewalkers were still nomads. I mean.... he was managing a town. Small but still a lot of stress. After all the years of seeing his comrades die raid after raid and killing the innocent he thought he had earned himself some peace. However the peace was short. After all the more power you have the more you are in danger. A surprise raid by unknown people was overwhelming most parts of the town. It was not just a small battle between bandit groups. It was a real siege going on there. The bloodshed was immense and the bodies just piled up. While Darius went off into the town to fight on the front with his allies Rena should watch the vault with the others. The attitude of the blonde man changed a lot. He cared a lot less about the deaths of others. Probably because it would just be too much stress and way too traumatic. After barely winning the battle for Mersin with the help of others suddenly Dunewalkers started to battle among others. Seemingly on the side of the invaders. This made Darius worry about Rena and he ran as quick as he could toward the vault only to find soldiers around and one of his most trusted members, Baran, holding a dagger against the throat of Rena, whose movement was blocked by spears of traitors. Shocked by the events the leader of the Dunewalkers was barely able to react in any way. He was standing there shivering. "It's either her or the Dunewalkers. You can decide! Did you really think a naiive little boy like you could lead such a big group? I am here longer than you are alive and I still haven't even gotten the chance to reach anything. You are weak. Everyone here knows that your success only started after you met this girl. BUT NOW IT'S OVER YOUNGLING. WE DON'T NEED LOVESTRUCK BIRDS HERE. AFTER ALL YOU ARE THE REASON HUSSAYN DIED AND YOU CAN'T DENY-" Baran started shouting out and getting fanatic but his talking was interrupted. "SHUT THE HELL UP!" the voice of Darius got extremely loud and it frightened the man who was holding Rena. "I-if you come near me I will kill her you hear!" but Darius did not stop walking toward him with a spear and a gaze that says ready to kill. He knew the traitors would succumb to fear if he killed the man but for that he would have to sacrifice his dearest. But if he succumbed now what would he be? What would happen? Would he be imprisoned? Would he be kicked out in the wild desert out to survive just like he was supposed to be as a child? Would he be killed anyways? What would happen if he saved her now? They would just be both killed by the mass of soldiers there. he had to show that he was not a man to leave things to luck or chance. He had to show he was a merciless leader, ready to sacrifice anyhting. Because that is what it means to be a leader. That is what it means to be a king. Being a king means to be lonely. To serve his people. And it seems that Darius changed too much since his marriage. He has forsaken the Dunewalkers too much and dedicated too much time to Rena. Thus people reckognized that even without Darius they did not lack much. It was simply a figure of morale that the group needed. Darius himself was not even as strong as he thought he was. He inflicted this upon himself. He has killed Rena. It was different from the time Hussayn died. Now guilt and self-hate grew a plant inside of him. Darius did not stop walking toward Baran. Instead he thrusted a spear through Rena and Baran, inflicting fatal wounds to both. He has changed in that very second. In this moment he fell on rock-bottom, realizing that all the glorious battles he won and all the praise he got was not deserved. It was either others or Rena carrying him to victory with him as the symbol of the leader. He was a false kign using lies and tricks to deceive others in him being allmighty and lastly the path of the false king has lead him to loose everything. Rena knew this and it is unsure if she wanted to teach him a lesson or hoped for himt o never realize. But now it was different. The man has evolved. He now prooved his own strength by sacrificing what was the most important for him. The soldiers that betrayed him dropped their weapons in front of the tremendous dominance in attitude. The aura of a king. It inflicted fear upon the surroundings. It is the same with Mohammed. The attitude of one can sometimes win against ten. A teaching by Hussayn that even the weak can use. He has saved his life with that move but for what price? He has lost his loved one. The Dunewalkers fell apart. At the end peace prooved to be just a lie. What Darius felt at that moment was not sadness. It was not anger. It was not guilt. It was emptiness. The feeling of throwing away his humanity to survive. Watching Rena fall with a smile, making here "As I expected of you"-face. As if she knew he was gonna do this. She actually did and hoped for it, which is why he couldn't feel guilty. There is something worse than feeling guilt of killing his loved one. It is not beign able to feel anything for it at all. He couldn't hate anyone around because he was the one who killed her. He couldn't feel guilty because she wanted him to do it and he saved his life that way. He couldn't feel sad because she died with a smile. She died happy. "Leave." he said with a tone that today is his every-day tone. The man spent hours staring at the liveless body of Rena. He wanted to cry. He wanted to be sad. He want to feel guilty. But he could do neither. He only stood there and stared. Feeling helpless. Without any purpose. Even the voices of the people he killed vanished from his head. He felt empty. As if everyhting inside of him had been eaten up. He lived in isolation until he was in the middle of his 21st year. He spent his time, hiding from the Dunewalkers which had broken apart in 2 fractions. He was alone for almost a whole year. Only getting out to get food and water, followed by the ones who were still on his side. He gave orders indirectly and spent his time thinking if he should continue to live. He tried to feel something.. he tried to feel self-hate and guilt so he could end himself but he couldn't even do that. At the age of 21 he decided to flee the village in order to return to Reim. He took enough money and left enough for the people to survive. He doesn't know anything about the town but once in Reim he joined the military. If he couldn't end his life then someone else should do it for him. But his instincts wouldn't let him die in battle. He was too much of a warrior for that. With time he was healing a bit. But that's probably as far as it gets. This is the story of Darius and why he is who he is. A man scarred from countless battles and loosing everything he ever held dear. Traumatized so much that he doesn't want anything dear to him anymore. But he has regained his will to life. Instead he again plans to take the path of a leader. This time the right way. As a true king with true strength and might. Not a false king full of lies only aiming for glory tha the didn't even deserve. In a state where he cannot loose anyhting but himself anymore. In a state where ego is dominant to anything else as trusting others leads to failure. This is Darius de Valencia.

Role-Play Sample:

"Today I will defeat you Master!" Darius ,still young and energetic, was having another training session with Hussayn, who has accepted to finally train someone into the business of bandits. And as much as it only sounds like robbing people and stuff it really is harsh business. Especially the fighting part. Darius, despite being a talent, still required a lot of training. He was holding hid wooden training sword with both hands in an aggressive stance. His knees were slightly bowed and the tip of his sword was pointing toward the face of his sparring-partner, Hussayn. "There is no need to call me Master, Darius. You are not slave anymore." was the answer of a man and while he was talking Darius used the chance of slight distraction and jumped toward the black haired and was about to smash him with the wooden sword. Though the man was no fool at sword-fighting and easily parried the strike but it did make him flinch though. "Attacking me while I was talking, good good. You take every advantage I give you." Despite that, the blonde haired boy did not stop. He continiously striked and gave the man no chance to counter-attack. Despite Darius being inferior his aggressive style sometimes gives him superiority. Who knows what would happen if he was really angry once. However there was a superior weakness to his fighting style. While technique wise it was flawed aswell, the biggest flaw was mental. At one time Hussayn stopped parrying his next strike and instead was letting himself get hit to make a normally fatal blow, if it wasn't just practice weapons. The shock made Darius flinch and hestitate so he got hit before even landing his own attack. A strong hit on the head has made him drop. The kid was defeated easily. "It is not always weapons and techniques that win battles. Sometimes it is just attitude, boy. One day you may understand it." he was speaking of what Darius today calls dominance. It is the fearless attitude that was ready to sacrifice everything in order to gain. It doesn't really have to be that way, it just has to be that kinda attitude. Inflicting fear into others. Weapons and techniques can win fair battles, but attitude can, in some situations, win even the most impossible battles. A lesson Darius learned today. It was one that may save his life in future. So he nodded to the lection and continued to work on his fighting style.

The only issues I see are in the history

-You mention leaving a palace at some point but never talk about actually entering a palace or where this palace is at.

-Fanalis have red hair so this green haired woman would need to be human.

-It's a bit hard to believe that a D-rank was able to take down the leader of a powerful bandit group and lead them for any period of time, even if only for a short while. Owning an entire city/town is simply too much success for a character of this "level" to have had so far. I understand the fall from glory, however any riches and such that you have should be the fruits of someone elses labors.

I think the best way to fix this without having to alter too much would be to add another named NPC who acted as Darius' mentor and guardian. This character could replace Darius' roles and allow the youth to see this "path to glory" as an observing participant riding on the fallout of this person's achievements.

This way when everything falls apart you can still have the same sort of reaction. Of course, you could always choose an entirely different way of fixing this. Just try not to overplay what your character has done and what he is capable of. All of your noteworthy conquests should be taking place IC.

Palace was kind of a funny typo.. I wanted to write place but I think I was too much into this arabic scenery. xD

Okay, Rena is now human.

I found an alternate way which also doesn't change too much content.. actually I made it that Darius used to be a liar and didn't even participate as much as he claimed to. And that he only was nominated for a leader because he claimed that he finished off Mohammed and the assassin guy alone. After that the girl he met prooved to be actually skilled in combat and carried him to the glory he had. As a false king that used lies to deceive others until the point where they were too blind to see his weakness. Manipulation in that way.. a lot of people did that in RL history. People want a symbol and if that symbol is something manifested it is hard to change. However after forsaking the group because he spent too much time with his girl people noticed that they didn't even need him and so this rebellion thing happened. Only a few stayed at his side.. either because Hussayn would've wanted to or because they still were in the illusion of Darius being some kind of leader.

Is that okay? (you can also check the story if you want.. kind of a back-up story if the original doesn't get approved)
