For this ability... all you need to add is a duration for that paralysis and I believe it's fine.

This lighting would also climb up anything that was conductive. On contact this would cause C-Tier lightning damage and cause paralysis to 2 limbs unless scaled for more and would last for 2 posts.[/list]
