Requirements/Drawbacks: Initally has to come in contact with a surface to push himself off of.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 3 Posts
Cost: 15 Magoi/15 Stamina
Description:


    Solomon would have the lightning engulf his body, a blue light would shine around his body the lightning would be seen arcing off the body then back onto it. Then using the force of his legs and the fact he can fly he would then shoot himself at an incredible speed in any direction reaching up to 10 meters. On contact with his target that target would take C-Tier impact damage and C-Tier electric damage. Putting more Stamina into this ability would allow him to scale this damage.

Your sentence structure could use some reworking. But that isn't required.

For the damage, you mention doing B-tier impact and lightning damage. That implies doing A-tier damage total. Is it C-tier impact(blunt force) and C-tier lightning damage?
