Mordecaiah The Farm Boy. ISAaYnA

Name: Mordecaiah [Drake]?

Country Affiliation: Magnostadt

Race: Magician

Tier: D-Tier [Water] |

Class:  Magician | [Water]

Age + Birthdate:  16 | Unknown

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Hetrosexual

Personality:
Introverted: New people occasionally scare the poor boy, and he rather shy away from them. Even when they dart eyes at him during his usual staring he’d always avert his glance back to them if they show signs of trust or worth. Truly cares more about his own thoughts, but has different courses of action dependent on things foreseen.

Courteous: He isn’t one to be undermined now in chivalrous nature. Not taking the women in his life for granted and treating them with the uttermost respect he could effortlessly give to them, whether they be annoying or pest. Even though at times he calm and obligating, or upset and rash, Mordecaiah, upholds his honor and will fight against to his best ability even if his ability is undermined and pitiful.

Decisive: He doesn’t stray far into it by making rash decisions that could cost him. Studying from a young age to make quick decisions with proficiency and effectiveness without having flexible or second-thoughts after. Mordecaiah felt the need to have such type of strategical thinking, so he would not end up in such conditions if he ever faced hard calls on the farm.

Likes:
Farming:  Living on the farm is an all time peaceful work with his family. Nothing rarely bothers them at their farm, so he has taken quite the liking to the peaceful sounds of nature.

Cooking: He has a passion for making stews with the vegetables gather from harvest season.

History: Since its usually peaceful and time consuming on the farm. Mordecaiah passes the time reading books about the history of countries. This perking his imagination more and more each book he obtains.

Dislikes:
Storms: During his childhood, large scale storms hasn’t been his go to things for comfort or excitement.

Hurricanes: One of the many things that Farmers tend to dislike are hurricanes destroying the crop.

Cows: He doesn’t enjoy having to clean up after the cows. Not saying he doesn’t enjoy feeding them and etc like the other animals. He has a lot of discomfort when having to slaughter them for meat as well.

Aspirations:
Mordecaiah is always daydreaming about being an archaeologist and historian like his adoptive father, Montague Drake. The books he reads throughout the day on the farm when works slow leaves him thinking of going to unknown places, and ruins that were lost around the world. Even hearing the short stories of his father mysterious stories and some goosebumps still harbour his linger to finding them like Montague did. Being able to understand the history of the people, nation, and culture than able to find artifacts left behind by the people of the nation just brings him great joy.

Phobias/fears:
- Astraphobia: The fear developed of thunder and lightning. Not saying death isn't worst than being striked by lightning it's just it's able to ruin crop, fields, and traumatize animals. It seems like a very painful experience to have to go through even getting jolted with different assortments of volts. There's always the chance that his parents could be striked when their working the fields as it's common for lightning to touch down there first on farms.

Special Features:
Central Heterochromia

History:
- Mordecaiah, was bounded to his fruitful career and path as a farm hand. Keeping his task classy with all expectations made, hopefully he thought. Raised by his adopted father Montague Drake  and unnamed adoptive mother. Montague was a historian of different culture, currently retired with his research on the farm. Haven't settled down with his lovely unnamed wife, and adopted son, Mordecaiah.

Montague Drake:

Montague Drake wasn't always robust and sharp at his tongue as he is currently. His younger days were spent in the Tropics, Jade Dragon Mountains, and finally the Plains. Obtaining different customs, research, artifacts/souvenirs with each of the small to large adventures one could possibly tale. He did always told have a cane along with him, and his pocket watch. They called old Montague, the 'Ticking Drake', with the meaning of him appearing in certain locations exactly on time and at possible unknown locations.

This ol Drake is originally from The Yambala Forest of Balbadd. Not a lot know of this part of his life keeping it in disclosed to himself, but later known to his family. He also surpisely a magician none has seen or thought of him being one with no clear signs of it. Anyways upon going through his research, he thought of settling down with unnamed women. He'd move his research and other collections of sorts to a land in Magnostadt Plains to run a farm. This doesn't mean he stopped his work more of a break to gather the farm and get to know his small family.

Enough of Montague, let's go over to the star at hand Mordecaiah and his short but mysterious appearance. It's always the general appearance of the doorstep of one day.A baby is inside the bubble that certainly was made from magic . Him and his unnamed wife brought the bubble baby inside and complicated the situation when doing different approaches in popping it. The wife poked it with a needle, frying pan, and roaster from the coup. All her efforts were put down as those normal methods didn't pop the strong magic at hand. Montague rubbed his chin and walked out the room leaving a now crying baby and confused unnamed wife.

Upon his return he had a long cane which he called his 'walking stick'. The cane had a knuckle guard reaching down to the bottom of the cane, and around the large area of white and gray were small golden colored gears. Not taking advantage of the enclosure of the bubble Montague, immediately begun tapping his cane along the ground without mumbling strong forces of invisible force broke the bubble and caught the baby. This was the first time the unnamed wife saw Montague use magic, but he used it carefree and proficiently for the situation.

Montague found it weird that the baby appeared in his undisclosed farm in Magnostadt, but seeing in how he broke the water barrier the thought of experiencing a full family would enter his thoughts. The one thing that hasn't been able to happen in his life, either due to age or other reasons didn't matter. Mordecaiah at that time only had one thing and it was a gear inside a crow eye symbol on his baby clothing. First thing first for Montague was preparing the room and researching the symbol to find the history of the baby.

Raising a baby was hard enough for the Drake's, but a child and farm were difficult, but they had the time and patience developed to help with both. Montague named, and taught the child of the responsibility of being a farm band, and home school. While unnamed wife, did all the normality of feed, bathroom, manners, and behavior issues. Growing up Mordecaiah, didn't like going by Drake whenever people came to collect the harvest not trying to claim the name as his own. Montague was a honest man, and didn't attempt to hide the truth from his adoptive son and told him stories of his adventures to help feel any sadness he had to being left. Those stories paid off in his love for history and becoming a historian like his adoptive father. The Drake's farm throughout his young life became to feel like home even when he didn't feel like it was.

Now Mordecaiah didn't know anything about magic, but the thought passed his mind before. He'd remember a time when Montague had rearranged a room using his cane and the supposed strength magic he possessed. This always made him wonder during the feeding of the pigs and cows, but he never thought of attempting. He was getting to the age in where his decisions could shape him into a man and bring forth his goals, but something was off. He could see birds almost but they were clear and blue as the sky.

These birds would swarm around him like a cylinder and then just fall into rain. He could never grasp what the birds were, to Mordecaiah they seemed almost like a daydream he explained a thousands times over. Those connections were there neither less, but nothing helping them receive the information the other had. Montague didn't want to explain to the boy he was a magician, and let him believe he was daydreaming them even though he could clearly see the birds 'rukh' the boy say.

For years incoming to his 16 birthday, Mordecaiah talked with Montague of traveling just as he did. They always shared laughs about that usually because of the good times it brought. Gradually the urge of rukh got stronger and the dreams came more and more. For Mordecaiah it felt as a calling and for Montague it felt like leaving his son off a path he didn't want him to proceed down upon. Not much of the farm life was talked about between them two, so Mordecaiah finally brought of the conversation. Montague was against him learning the magic types, so all he could do was respect his choice and left it untouched. This current of not knowing was going to change and he could feel it. Mordecaiah Birthday had arrived and Montague knew that a staff would be needed, but to cover that up he bought Mordecaiah a cane like his own. Mordecaiah would secretly use the cane as his staff to poke at the birds 'rukh' inside his dreams to see them burst into water.

Ending this shortly. This farm boy was ready for harvest and didn't know much of what the birds meant nor would his stubborn adoptive father Montague explain to him. His dreams were there and some small side goals were thought on, now is just the course of action of little ol Mordecaiah [Drake] ?

Role-Play Sample:
Mordecaiah woke up early to go feed the pigs. Nothing too uncommon to the loud noise of the waking roaster just letting loose. Bright early morning with the sun brimming across the horizon. Little skip to his step and dust off his shoes, Mordecaiah wasn't crackin’ nothin’ without some good ol juice to start him off right. A couple of large swings later and the words coming right from his mouth.
“ Ooooo Weeee, That's some tasty juice. Time ya’ feed them piglets “
Having a small accent nothing to serious. The Drake’s still sleeping, while he snuck off to gather up the junk and stuff for those piggies. Grabbing the large bag, and pulling it over his left shoulder bending crouching almost in his walk moving over to the little wooden contraption. Spreading out the food for the piggies, and letting the rest do its work as the wooden contraption held up their food. This was just the start of most of the farm life days.

- Your fears/phobias don't reach the minimum count. They are only 61 words.

- I'm going to assume the bubble was magic, but how was it created?

Okay all good but there's just one thing that needs be edited ^^
After discussing with another mods, we think that it is better for you to remove the explanation about the bubble was created. I believe Ariel meant for you to explain it here lol
Just remove the part when you said the bubble is made from Water and Sound, but you can just say like, "The baby is inside the bubble that certainly was made from magic".
That way it would make more sense ^^
