It was a good time for a job, and he couldn’t help himself. There was money involved, which made him not care about the text of the job. Well he needed to know what to do in that job of course to complete it. He had something else he was excited about, and it was the new addition to his new partner. It seemed like there was going to be another person in his travels, and he was okay with that. It was nice to see that more people would gather with him. It was enjoyable, but right now they were going to do a job right now.

He was shock to hear from one of the people in the village that there were a few sabertooths coming to the village. He wondered how he knew that was true, and how he had gotten back to the village without them running behind him. He shrugged his shoulders as those details were no longer important. Still he just stood outside of the village right now as he waited for the other two to arrive. They were supposed to go with him on this job, and he hoped that they would be able to do this without much a problem. He knew that one of his friends was strong enough, but the other one was yet to show him how strong he truly was.

He looked up at the sky as the snow was hitting him on his face that dropped from the sky. He could only sigh when he felt that. He didn’t really enjoy the snow, but what else was he going to do about it. He was in this cold place, and he could only suck it up till it was time for them to leave, and go visit another city. He brushed his hair back as he looked behind him. He wondered where those two were, but figured they would show up any time now. ”It seems like they forgot that today I wanted us to do something together,” he thought to himself as he wonder how strong these animals were.

Time couldn't be determined so easily, especially in a place where they stood. The clouds, whether thick or thin, covered the sun nearly all of the time. Gin couldn't remember what Yuurei had said to him the previous day concerning when they were going on a job, but he knew it might have been in the morning. Something had told him there was a possibility his new 'friend' might be waiting for him outside the village now.

The green magician dashed out of the hut he was staying in, with his brown attire on with his white fur cloak whipping behind him. The wind didn't appear this morning, it was only the snow that greeted him which was a wonderful change of weather. The cold was durable today, a perfect day go on a job.

Soon out of the village, by the main road, or pathway, Gin caught sight of Yuurei who waited for him, "Good morning, sir" He greeted as he tried catching his breath. Using his staff to support himself, Gin showed a promising smile, showing he was ready for the task ahead. Today was the perfect day to job hunt, even though he knew nothing of what was in store for him.

Wiping his eyes he yawned rather loudly as he was met with the normal cold chill that came with being in the North. Stretching out his arms he sighed as he knew he was late for the meeting Yuurei had mentioned. He remembered it had something to do with a mission. Getting up off the floor, he passed his hand through his long hair and stepped out of the hut. Looking down he noticed he had no clothing on. His eyes widened as a woman walked by and winked at him.

Without a second to delay he hopped back into his hut and put on his clothing and grabbed his newly gained weapon as he placed it on his side. Making his way out of the hut he felt pretty embarrassed for forgetting his clothing earlier. Walking through the village he sniffed around only to immediately catch the scent of his friend Yuurei. He chuckled and picked up his speed into a jogging pace as he caught sight of his new colleague and his friend. "Sorry for the delay, Had quite the morning." As he spoke another woman walked by from a few meters away and whistled in his direction as his face lit up in a bright red color. "Can we go.."

Yuurei waited for the two to arrive, and after a while they both did. The man with magic had called him sir, and it seemed like finalis had a good morning. He smiled at the two as it seemed like they were in the mood for this job. That was good because he wanted them to be well prepared on what was going on, and well they needed more money in their pockets. ”You don’t have to call me sir Gin, but we are off to find the villages attacker,” he smiled as he walked off.

He walked through the snow and moved quickly. He liked walking, but he knew that they would never really catch up to these sabertooths quickly if they kept walking like this. He just continued walking though as they had distanced themselves from the village. He just stopped walking there, and looked at the two of them as he figured he would tell them what they were going to be doing today. ”Well guys we are going to stop a few sabertooths from getting to the villages. They said these things are pretty strong, so I hope you guys are up for the task,” he smiled at the both of them.

The candidate took off the cape he had on his back, and allowed to fall on the ground. It didn’t do that however as it lifted itself from the floor, and floated waiting for them to get on. ”We will be using this to soar through the sky, and meet up with those creatures. It will also give us a better sight to see where they are, and not having to bump into them by chance,” he explained this as he got on the carpet as he was looking at the two of them, and waiting for them to do the same before they headed off.

Gin looked to the sky and observed the grey clouds that allowed the snow to fall upon them. It was beautiful and were the travel.

Yuurei explained there was no need for formalities. Gin nodded but didn't want to explain that he isn't entirely use to being considered equal to everyone. He has been a slave for all of his childhood, most of his life. But even though it is a bad habit, his mind didn't linger long on his past, his heart is always lifted at the thought of his freedom.

The red haired man that he had met along with Yuurei before had finally arrived, he seemed impatient, "Good morning" Gin said, this time biting down the 'sir'.

The blue haired man had brought out his magic carpet, which Gin had awed over. Such magic intertwined in the twine among the twine of the carpet. As the green magician boarded the carpet, he couldn't help of lightly run his hand over the magical thing. He brought his face close to it to inspect the twine that ran over itself. It was beautiful and whoever designed it, must have had a rough time enchanting it.

The day was moving at a rather good pace. Although the morning had been quite a bit shaky with the whole walking out nude thing. But it was finally time to begin the mission. Yuurei had mentioned the fact that they would be walking and searching for some sabertooths that were aiming to attack a village. He simply scratched the back of his neck seeing as how he wondered why the would do such a thing. It probably had to do with a lack of resources on their part due to such intense colds. He nodded at Gin as he greeted him with a normal "Good Morning"

As they walked Ren simply stared at the cape that Yuurei had on. It wasn't part of his normal attire which was pretty weird, did he get it due to the cold. Shrugging his shoulders he continued at his pace and simply took in the beautiful view around him. This place was phenomenal in his opinion. The land had such snowy texture that it simply intrigued him at times, he's been so busy that he never really had any time to really focus on the area. As they stopped, Yuurei removed the cape and revealed it to be a carpet, but not just any carpet, this one was different as Yuurei spoke about traveling aboard it.

Ren didn't question the man as he knew what he was doing. Taking a seat on the carpet he smiled and held his blade close to him. "Let's get this show on the road, the faster we find these animals, the quicker we can save these people and find a way to stop these animals. In all honesty I am actually hoping we can find a solution that doesnt involve completely killing them off." Ren was naturally sentimental with animals but if threatened he wouldn't bother holding back his abilities.

Yuurei was waiting for the two of them to get on the carpet. It didn’t take long for them to do so, but he just smiled as they were greeting each other. That was a good way for them to be friends, and he just noticed that Gin was the first to get on, and was being weird with the carpet. This guy was a magician, so he could understand his actions. His friend had gotten on soon after, and it seemed like he didn’t want anything bad to happen to the animals. He sighed as that was something he couldn’t guarantee that happening, but he could only hope they would be able to do that.

”I hope we can stop them without killing them. It would be for the best, but let’s how it goes when we bump into them. They are going to be vicious and show us no mercy,” he said and without a second to allow any of them to speak. The carpet had moved forward. It was soaring through the air with great speed as he knew that this would be the best way for them to get to them quickly. He just kept looking around as he was hoping they would find them soon enough.

Yuurei looked at the other two as he figured that they would be able to help him out on this. ”Hey you guys if you want, can you look out to see if you spot them? I need someone to look to the left side, and another on the right side. That way we can see them where they are at, and make sure that we don’t miss them,” he smiled, and he was glad that he was not alone on this. He just kept looking ahead of them wondering if he would see them as he knew that the three animals would be close together, so it wouldn’t be hard for any of them to see them.

[OOC: One of you guys can spot them in your next post. Who spots them is up to you]

As the red-haired man took a seat on the carpet, Yuurei allowed the magical item to take flight, soaring through the air at a descent speed, enough to allow Gin to take in the sights around him, "Magnificent" he awed. The snow was beautiful, he didn't know why it seemed he had missed such beauty even though he had been in the village for nearly a week now.

Then the thought sank in. They were going to fight wild cats of the biggest; well the biggest he has known of, "I've read something about them, they are larger than any common wild cat which is already big enough" Gin pointed out as he laid his belly on the carpet with his head slightly off of it, not entirely use to such a thing as flight even though the fall below wasn't much and the snow would cushion him.

The question of how many would they have to take care of crept to his mind along with if they would ever return. But the thoughts were thrown out as Gin looked to his allies. He knew they were strong even though he hadn't known them long and he didn't need to consult with the rukhs to know that.

It didn't take long before the carpet started flying. This was incredible, Ren had no idea carpets could even do this, the man who enchanted this must have been quite the man. He wondered how much it would cost to get himself one, It most likely wasn't cheap at all especially with how pricey the market sold normal items. this would probably cost around 100 thousand huang which right about now he couldn't even afford. Now the only other question was where in the right mind could he even buy one of these, maybe the black market? Shrugging away the thought he turned his attention back to the mission at hand as Yuurei mentioned the fact that they might not be able to complete this mission without completely ridding themselves of the ferocious animals which was understandable even if Ren truly just wanted to try and stop them without violence.

Taking in the beautiful air he smiled and his mind sort of wandered as he simply watch the sights from such an amazing height. This was what flying was like, what a strange and beautiful thing. Looking around he peered over the left side of the carpet and tried to see if he could spot anything. All he could currently see was the beautiful white snow but that was when something caught his eyesight. Three rather big cat like animals could be seen about fifty meters away from a village. He had figured that those were the beasts they were after. Unsheathing his blade he grinned at Yuurei and stood up on both feet. "Looks like we've got em." Pointing NorthEast, he aimed his finger right at the three moving targets. "Get In close, I want to get this over with."

He knew what to expect and wasn't planning on hesitating at all.

Yuurei was soaring through the air right now as he was wondering how long it would take for the group to arrive at the destination where the sabertooths were. He just stood on the carpet as his friends were enjoying this as well. He could hear his friend as he spoke about the sabertooth and about their size being bigger than regular feline animals. That wasn’t something he wanted to hear, and it made him a bit nervous. Still he shook it off as he knew that he was strong enough to fight against those cats, and take them down. He just wondered if the other two would be able to take them out as well.

He continued on with his journey and that was when he heard his friend speak about the sight of the sabertooths. He just looked down in the direction where Ren was looking at, and saw them as well. This was perfect, and now they were going to take down these animals. His carpet changed its direction as it was now heading to the group of animal. ”Patience Ren. We will each take care of one. You don’t need to exhaust yourself,” he sighed as his friend needed to learn how to do these things right. When he got close enough he jumped down as he was landing on the ground in front of the animals.

His plan was to stop them, and put them down before they decided to run around them. He took his arrow out, and shot two of them towards a sabertooth. It made one of them go to their left, and the other one go to the right. The one in the middle stood its ground as it was looking at Yuurei. It had broken their formation, and the animal felt like it was going to make this young man pay for intervening with their hunt. ”Well I can’t let you go any further than this,” he spoke to the cat as it just roared at him. The animal started running towards Yuurei with such quick speed, and he just smiled as it was a fast beast indeed.

Gin was somewhat enjoying the ride. The breeze passing by along with the scenery, the thrill of flying on such a magical item, it was wonderful, however the idea of him falling off still lingered in his mind. Every now and then he would peek from the thread to view the scenery. At one point he looked up at Yuure, his blue hair and his laid back posture which seemed so powerful. He also looked over to Ren, the red hair and his fierce determination also seemed powerful.

It wasn't long before Ren jumped at the sight of the wild cats. Gin couldn't help but peek in that direction. They were large and fierce and dangerous. Another chill ran up the magician's spine. The carpet was lowered and Yuurei was quick to take the initiative by firing arrows to split the cats apart. The plan was for each to take one down.

At first Gin was afraid of the idea, but he steeled himself; he knew he would not need to near them, only attack from the distance. He stepped upon the snow and raised his staff at the wild cat on the left while taking distance from Yuurei himself. It would have been bad to gather yourself with your allies in one target for the enemy.

As they closed in on the sabertooths, Ren gripped the handle of his blade as Yuurei was the first to get off the carpet followed by Gin. Ren couldn't help but feel a bit anxious, He loved battling lately but what was it about him that had changed to make him love such stuff like this so much, was it just naturally in his genes? Focusing on the issue he jumped off the carpet at the same second that Yuurei shot out the two arrows. He was quick to go right in order to stay facing the Sabertooth that went Left. That would be his opponent for this battle. He simply grinned as he followed the animal while keeping a good 15 meters in depth from each other.

Looking directly at the beast he grinned as they both stopped. ”It’s a shame that I have to take you out, you look like you would have made the perfect pet.” The Sabertooth growled in response and Ren simply laughed. Swinging his sword around by the handle he kept his gaze on the Sabertooth waiting for it to make any type of movement so he can commence his attack. He knew that he would have to eliminate it but he wanted to have some fun with it. Ren had changed compared to his former self, question was, was it a good thing or a bad thing.

Yuurei watched as the sabertooth made its way towards him. He sighed because he didn’t like how crazy, and simple it was being. He had smiled as he jumped into the air, and he dodged the sabertooth’s attack. The cat turned to look at Yuurei as he was on his carpet right now. ”You have to do better than that. Thank you for the help, but make sure to stay around Gin. He might need you more than I do,” he smiled as he jumped off the carpet. He landed on the snow, and just cracked his neck as he was getting ready for the beast to attack again.

Yuurei smiled as his carpet had left him now, and was moving around Gin. It was just taking orders from its owner, and helping out the man’s friend. The feline was quick as it started running towards Yuurei again, and he just couldn’t believe the quickness on that animal. He had side step to his side, and his leg was swung as it tried to kick the sabertooth. He was able to nip the cat as it rolled on the snow, and got up on all four. He just sighed as he noticed that cat was not happy.

”I don’t want to harm you in any way, but if you keep on with this, then I will make sure you don’t get up after this,” he warned the feline. He wasn’t sure if the animal understood him, but he figured he would give it a try. He noticed that the sabetooth was moving around and not going straight to him. He just wondering what it was planning on doing and he just moved around as he was keeping his distance with the animal. He took one of his arrows out as he figured he would have to do something if this thing attacked him again.

The sabertooth slowly walked towards Gin, which caused his hand to shaken just a bit. With a low, deep growl, the wild cat's menacing look caused Gin to subconsciously sit right back on the levitating carpet. He began realizing that if he wasn't so entranced by the magic carpet, he probably wouldn't have taken up the offer of fighting wild cats once hearing about them, but in the end, the situation cannot be changed.

Swift movement from both the feline and the blue haired man. Yuurei landed on the carpet which gave Gin a start, but he managed to gain his composure once the guy spoke to him in a tone of more than just an ally, but as a friend. Of course, the other two were relaying on him and had some kind of faith in him. It is best to not let them down.

Gin stared ahead. His opponent was edging closer and somehow fear was quickly exchanged by excitement. Such danger, a taste of what's out there. He looked himself over and gained the confidence; how so? He is a magician; one that is powerful in the magical arts, facing a cat.

The sabertooth was about to pounce when Gin pointed his staff at it and called "Bell Blast". An invisible sound wave shot from the staff and hit the wild cat, the sound vibrations running throughout it's body in a loud ringing collision.

It shook it's head, licked it's lips and gained it's sight on Gin again as if the attack was just a mere shove. Gin gritted his teeth; he did not lose his moment of bravery, he just needed to recalculate.

He kept his gaze on the beast as it took one step forward. Still smiling he waved the blade around and gripped the handle as an lightning current ran right through it. He had no intent on actually fighting the beast hand to hand seeing as how he knew it would take advantage of his current situation. He would simply play with the beasts seeing as how he could already tell it had no intent on giving up. Looking straight into the beasts eyes he grinned and spoke rather loudly so it could hear every word coming out of his mouth even if it couldn’t understand him. ”You really have no intent of giving up. Guess it’s time to play pin the tail on the kitty. Bring it on kitten.”

With that taunt he held the handle of the katana on his side making sure that the blue lightning lit blade wouldn’t touch his thigh or any part of his body so he could make sure to avoid any possible miscalculations. The Sabertooth growled at the response of being called a Kitten and dashed at full speed right towards Ren. As soon as it reached five meters it jumped off the ground with claws aiming straight for Ren’s throat.

Ren was as calm as ever as he grinned and sidestepped the attack as he brought up the blade in unison and passed it right underneath the body of the sabertooth making sure to tap one leg softly. The large kitten crashed right into the ground two meters past Ren. Stabbing his blade into the ground he sighed and took a knee in front of the beast as it struggled and tried to move its legs. It growled loudly as it moved its head and tail in anger along with the other three move able limbs. With the right front limb unmovable it struggled to get up but failed every time. Taking a knee in front of the beast he sighed and petted the beasts head making sure not to get bit. He spoke softly as he gazed into the beasts eyes. It was scared knowing now that it was vulnerable.”I’m sorry things had to end this way, I would let you go as soon as your legs healed but I can already tell that your mind can’t be swayed. ”

The beast continued to growl loudly as Ren grabbed a hold of his blade and stood up as he thought of any possible solution besides death for the beast.

Yuurei was waiting for the sabertooth to move, and it did. That was what he was waiting for, and he just smiled when he saw it running towards him. He was going to make sure that it was going to be able to move for a while. He just took his arrow out quickly, and looked at the sabertooth as it was moving quickly. He had run through the opposite way of the animal, and he was just getting into his position. That was when he saw it running with him. It seemed like the feline had gotten into his game, which was good because now it was going to be over.

He stopped, and the sabertooth did as well as it rushed towards Yuurei. He timed it as he jumped into the air as the sabertooth lunged to him. He had avoided the attack, and he had read his arrow as he let go of his arrow. It had gone to the cat and quickly hit the sabertooth as it rolled on the floor, and stood there lying on the ground. He landed on the ground as he sighed because he had taken the animal out. That was good, and he just cracked his neck as he had nothing to worry about. He placed his bow on his back, and moved towards his friends who were still fighting against the sabertooth.

”Well you guys don’t have to kill them. I know what to do with them after you guys take them out. It’s the best thing I can do without killing them, but hopefully it works,” he told them. He was trying to think of the best possible solution, and he didn’t want to have his friend kill an animal, if that was something he didn’t want to do. His carpet was with Gin, so he couldn’t get on it. He moved towards the sabertooth he had fought, and took the arrow out of the cat’s wound. He made sure that it would live through this, but it would go through a lot of pain.

Yuurei smiled as he could see that the sabertooth was still alive, but it was paralyzed and it was unconscious from the attack. He just stood tall waiting for everything to be done with, so they could get rid of the cats, and go back to Imuchakk to get their reward of the day.

Gin stood before the sabertooth. The wild cat slowly moved towards him, licking it's lips. The green magician was worried. Such a foe to be against, it was surprising it was this durable. Normal land animals such as tigers and lions would fall victim to such a spell, or even stagger and have difficulty standing, but this beast, this feline that seemed so massive compared to others in it's family just had more to itself.

It growled, Gin readied himself, he knew the lung was coming. He knew Yuurei and Ren must have used their athletic and agile abilities to evade the pounces and lunges of the felines, but for a magician, that is no mere feet, especially against a sabertooth. They eyed one another and it wasn't long before the wild cat lunged at him. Gin reacted and tried ducking and rolling out of the way, but midway, the sabertooth's paw swept and went for Gin; however it instead hit the invisible barrier that surrounded the magician, protecting him, but shattering no sooner than it had made contact.

Gin managed to rolled to a safe distance, but the sabertooth was already facing him again. Gin cursed; the borg was already destroyed, he needed to defeat it here and now before another attack like that lands; if so, he would most likely die instantly, or die right after. Their eyes met again before the cat lunged again. "Bell Toll!" Gin gripped his staff with both hands as a large amount of sound burst out out from around him, deflecting the cat in mid-air and sending it flying back a few meters, but it landed on it's feet.

"Damn" He cursed, it was still standing. Gin then noticed the wild cat's reaction: it was shaking it's head, and had flicked it's ears a few times with it's paws. The sound was bothering it. No matter how large and strong the animal was, it was still a cat in the in the end, an animal with sensitive hearing. Gin calculated a plan, a combo that would most likely finish the cat in an instant, he would need to attack the beast's hearing again.

Gin raised his staff and faced it at the wild cat, "Bell Wave" A wave of sound vibrated through the air and engulfed the sabertooth within it. The feline roared in pain as the sound echoed in high decibels. Gin released the ability before he gripped the staff with both hands. The wild cat staggered and shook it's head. The magician raised his staff up before slamming it into the ground. A moment later, a pillar of sound erupted from below the cat.

Another roar emitted.

The pillar of sound stopped, the cat fell unconcious and Gin sat on the carpet again, catching his breath.

Seeing as how the creature was incapable of moving, Ren sheathed his blade and pulled off the robe on his back and moved towards the vulnerable sabertooth. Before it had a chance to even try to move with its stunned leg he was quick to grab hold of its torso. It growled and before it could make any sort of movement he picked it up and wrapped the robe around the two hind legs so it was incapable of even trying to stand up. Leaving only one front paw capable of moving. The Sabertooth extended its neck and tried to bite Ren but he was quick to drop it. It growled as it hit the ground. Removing one of his arm sleeves he grabbed the sabertooths necks and wrapped the arm bandages around the mouth of the beast.

He said no words as he lifted the wrapped beast onto his shoulders and made his way towards Yuurei without much of an issue. He made sure to add a bit of grip every time the beast would try to struggle so it could know who was currently in charge. The best ceased moving and simply moved its head every once in a while. Standing right next to yuurei he grinned and spoke in a rather proud tone. ”What’s the plan for these bad boys Yuurei ?”

Yuurei had watched as the both of them were able to take these guys out. That was good, and he was just happy that there wasn’t a problem with anybody. He watched as Gin was finished, and sitting down on the carpet. He made looked at the carpet as it made its way to Yuurei around the same time Ren had gotten there. He only saw his friend holding the cat over his shoulder, and wonder what he was planning on doing with the animal. Still he was going to suggest his plan right now, and get it in motion quickly so they could leave.

”Well these guys seem to have been running in a straight path. It seemed like they usually just bump heads with Imuchakk during their runs, but still I can just moved them to a different location, and if they choose to keep running they can, or go back home of course. I will use the carpet to take them to a different location. I doubt they will continue to move forward though as they have wounds to heal, and clean up,” he smiled at his friend. The carpet heard Yuurei’s plan, and it had went straight up, so Gin would be off him.

He gave the man time to break his own fall, but of course if he couldn’t then it was his own fault. The dungeon capturer just moved over to the sabertooth on Ren’s shoulder, and grabbed it from his friend’s position. He had the carpet slip under the other two as well, and then it returned to the three of them. ”Just take them faraway from here as possible please,” he said to the carpet as he did just that. It moved quickly without a second thought, and Yuurei just looked at his partners.

”Well we did good, and it seems like Gin has proven that he strong indeed. That is good, and I’m kind of glad you stood your own against the animal. Still I think one more outing would do us justice before we leave this place,” he said to the two. Yuurei looked up to the sky as the carpet had arrived from dropping off the animals they took down. He was quick to jump on it, and just waited for the two. ”We are going back to the village to get our reward,” he said to the two of them.

Gin fell onto the snow, breathing heavily. He looked up into the sky for a moment and watched the grey clouds produce the snow. He heard struggling, but soon the sound of the wild cats had stopped. The magician turned his head to the left, he watched as Ren lifted his opponent and placed it on the carpet. The strength of both these men were extraordinary.

He sighed with relief as Yuurei praised him, somewhat. Gin stood and as the carpet had taken the three sabertooths away. It warmed his heart knowing that Yuurei and Ren were kind hearted enough to spare the lives of creatures. They weren't evil, just following their instinct. This act gave Gin reason to trust them further.

What dropped Gin's smile was what Yuurei had stated concerning more work. He didn't bother hiding his face. Surely it is no true of these two became strong over night, they've fought and trained and worked hard. Thinking it over, Gin figured if he wanted to be just as strong, he would need to work just as hard. He sighed again before hopping on the carpet when it had returned.

Looking around he had noticed Gin seemed to be rather tired, it didn’t really shock him but he already knew that the man would grow exponentially within time. Everything takes time.
