As Solomon continued along the small cliff path which was quite hard for his size he would eventually find himself seeing more wolves just like before,it seemed that Solomon, Val and the Wolves would have a great place to rest. However he was quite curious why wolves would have been up this high to begin with, or were they from where they came from? If so where do they plan on going? These kind of thoughts remained in his head as they would come up to the small landing where everyone would attempt to break there, "Hey Val, since we have enough and we know we do not have to fight these creatures why not give them some food maybe it will help with their strength and then we can all travel forward for all we know they might know where they are going." Even though Solomon was willing to be kind to these creatures he did still know that wolves were predators so he would still be cautious, just because the previous pack were willing to take their food did not mean that this one would. If they accepted to food, Solomon would wait for a little while taking the opportunity for himself and Val to take a breather, and when the wolves pushed forwards Solomon would follow being very cautious of his footing with the moisture in the air and the leaves on the ground it would be unwise to rush.

Val follows Solo down the path with great concern for the future. Then the duo finds themselves more wolves, the middle one looks like the alpha and a place to rest. However, in Val's eyes, it was amazing for wolves to be in such a condition. They are resting underneath a cloud with no worry. He watched Solo and listened to him with a concerning face. Call looked through has bag to find some treats for the wolf. He slowly places three pieces on the ground, one for each wolf. Val examines he wolf's expression realizing what he needs to do. "When you walk, remember to walk slowly to not disturb the beasts." When Val is walking, he will do the same.

The wolves perked up their ears at the food, carefully winding across the pathway to retrieve the nutrition before back up to the exit path, eyes remaining on the two men before them. The wolves were lean, shockingly so, ribs easily seen through their thick fur. As the two men would follow them, the wolves would back up a few more feet, seeming to lure the men closer to the exit of the resting spot. The scattered leaves and vines did an impeccable job of hiding the natural trap created by the environment and it would not be noticed until the men followed the wolves. Beneath the vines, there was no supporting ground and the pit under it was approximately one meter deep. The rocks and debris in the hole would cause damage to the two men, and the wolves would use the advantage. It would not be the first decent meal they had obtained in the same fashion, their own bodies agile enough to keep the vines from bowing, though they stayed just at the outer edge most of the time anyhow. Once the men had fallen, the wolves would move back towards them, growls echoing through their throats. The Alpha would raise its head, using Lunch Bell to send an echoing call across the small cliff before all three would lunge forward to bite at the men. The two smaller wolves went for the smaller man while the Alpha focused on Solomon.

Combat Details:
The hole is 1 meter deep and 3 meters across. The rocks and debris cause D-tier damage by bruising/straining ankles/feet
Wolf A: Using Lunch Bell and performing basic attack on Solomon.
Wolf B: Basic attack on Val
Wolf C: Basic attack on Val

Solomon was content that the wolves took their offering, he would easily be able to see that they needed it. Assuming they were content with that Solomon would then move forward to follow them, unable to see the trap before him, he would begin to fall he would attempt to reach out to grab something but fail the grip was not good enough or close enough even. Solomon at that point would be forced to use Onyx Wall and a wall would begin the form made of Onyx at the 20 m/s directly underneath himself and Val. This would stop them from falling too far and as well give them proper footing to deal with the wolves that quickly turned on them, Solomon understood that they had little choice due to lack of food however that did not stop him from becoming angry. "How dare you!?" He would say as he gripped his axe to clash as a Basic Attack against the oncoming alpha wolf. As they clashed he would then reach out with his open hand in a attempt to grab the wolfs neck using Wardens Grasp.

If he was able to connect with his attack he would then shout in the wolfs face as he squeezed down on it's neck, "If you needed food I could have supplied more! However no one shall harm my friends or I." He would then toss the wolf aside towards the other wolves so they would see their alpha fall prey to Solomon. He would protect himself and his friend however he did not wish to hurt those not needed especially if it is part of their nature, standing tall and proud Solomon would take a step up from his onyx wall the caught him and walk closer to the other wolves, and if Val was able to defend himself he would stand in front of Val so the wolves could only see him and his intent to fight if they wished to continue. He knew Val could easily protect himself, however ... "Val I shall give them one last chance to back down..." .. he still wished to preserve them if he could, they just needed to know there place.

If Val was able to do more then just defend himself however Solomon would just sigh, as he was happy his friend was unhurt however he did not wish to kill if not necessary and even if it was, he took know joy in. Or at least he believed he didn't....

Val smiled as he walked forward with Solo at his side. As he does, he cannot detect the trap at all. The human suddenly falls without a clue on what to do. He unsheathes his Sword of Sands, ready try to use the sword in order to break his fall. However, he did not need to worry as Solo used a spell helping them not fall. There is still a threat, the wolves. As the immuchak was fighting, Val knew what he had to do. He clashed the wolfs attacks with his sand slashes.

If it is succesful, he will then perform a Basic Slash for each wolf, meaning 2 slashes in total. He tries to only damage them, not kill them as they are just creatures.

While Solomon would easily be able to parry the bite of the wolf, given the height of the platform, the wolf would not be within reach of the man, leaving Warden’s Grasp to connect with nothing. Likewise, Val’s attempts to basic slash at the wolves would not be able to reach, his sword and arms simply too short as the wolves were left off the side of the Onyx Wall. The largest of the wolves would crouch down, using Echoing Howl at the pillar Solomon had created, trying to break down the column of onyx to bring the men down to the same level as the wolves, as they could not get close enough to try and attack as long as the men were so high up. The other two wolves backed up slightly, moving back 5 meters and tensed, waiting for the men to be in reach as they whimpered from the pain of Val's sand slashes.

Combat Details:
Due to the Onyx Wall putting Solomon and Val 4 meters above the wolves, the wolves would not be able to bite down and any melee range attacks would not go through.
Wolf A: Using Echoing Howl.
Wolf B: Tensed and prepared 5 meters from the edge of the Onyx Wall - C-tier damage from Val's tech
Wolf C: Tensed and prepared 5 meters from the edge of the Onyx Wall - C-tier damage from Val's tech

Solomon being too high for anything he planned on doing, he would change his tactic as he would not be able to reach them with his grasp there was no reason to even attempt wasting his strength. However the wolf helped him get back on track, destroying the pillar they stood on, Val and Solomon would have to react, Solomon would push himself off of it slightly so he could at least get away from the prior pit. Then falling back within range of the creatures he would attempt his same plan again, he knew he would be able to reach the wolf this time and he would only target the alpha using Wardens Grasp. He did not like the idea of having to kill the other wolves just for following their alpha however if they did come in at him to defend the alpha he would retaliate with a Basic Attack first using his axe then his fist on the other as another Basic Attack if he could he would prevent Val from having to fight at all. He trusted him, but he wished for him to save his energy if he could as Solomon worried about what may happen if the others caught up to them. If neither of the wolves got in his way he would attempt to toss the alpha at them if he skill connected in attempt to intimidate them away from the fight. He wished to give them one attempt at running, if they did not if knew he would go all out on leaving nothing left of them.

Val was able to attack the wolves doing the least damage as possible, but they are very high up. The hero followed Solo so they pushed themselves off the platform to face the wolves. He faces the two wolves and held his sword, trying to be fierce. Even though the wolves tried to attack them, he did not want to kill them. These creatures must be children to the mast of this dungeon. Val drew his Rising Sun, which he upgraded some time ago. He drew more power from his Sword of Sands to make sand slashes; one slash for Wolf B and one for Wolf C.

The Alpha would crumple under Solomon’s attack and the other two would find themselves victim of Val’s slashes. With the wolves dealt with, the path was clear, though narrow and slick. The clouds were rolling around, making it impossible to move very quickly, lest they lose their footing and slip off the side. The one side, a stone wall led up into the clouds, to the other, a steep cliff that fell over 30 meters to the rocky terrain below. They would be wise to keep an eye out for any more enemies seeking to ambush them as they traveled.

Solomon would sigh as he watched the other two wolves fall victim to Val’s attack but made nothing of it as this was the way nature and the food chain worked. He would not blame Val or the wolves as each of them did as they were bred to do and what was needed. There was now no reason to stay where they were, it would be safer to make their way down, “Let’s leave the bodies here, they can provide food for anyone that comes to this place from the same path we came.... however as we move forward be careful of the ground we do not wish to slip or to fall for another trap.” Solomon would begin to travel but would then hit the alpha with his foot, he knew he told Val to leave the wolves however he wished to check something before they left, and he would then push the alpha just over the edge with his foot. He would watch as it fell, if he noticed nothing but a tumbling body that now most likely would have almost nothing left of the bones inside it he would continue forward on their original path. He knew the risk of a lightning strike was great but he had no other option as the risk of danger would stay even if they went back the way they came.

If he continued he would grab the wall just like last time, allowing himself time to grip and slide his foot over as he went along the path made the chances of falling much less likely, “Do not rush and fall, make sure your steady before you make your next step.” He would watch forward as they went along to make sure there were not any more wolves along the path, if there was he would not have the opportunity to give them a chance as he did the others, he would not risk falling or to risk Val to falling. He would hold his charm tightly just in case as he moved forward, he considered it his good luck charm however he knew he would need more than just luck to get through this dungeon and he was very surprised that none of the other contenders had caught up to the two of them just yet.

Val looked at the dead bodies with just a straight face. People dying was not something new, but he wanted to save the wolfs. Val went close to the two wolves he has defeated and bowed down with great honor. He gets up and follows Solomon to the path, ignoring the immuchak kicking off the wolf.

Val went behind Solo, following him, trying to do the exact thing. He grabbed on to the side, sliding over the ledge. The hero grabbed on tightly, if the floor started to break again. At the same time, he stays vigilant looking around and focusing his ears. Funny thing to Val is that no one is behind them at all. This should be impossible to not see them this behind, but this is a dungeon after all. It must be working in very mysterious ways. Val looked back to double check to see if anyone is behind them.

Solomon would find that the wolf’s body would fall straight to the bottom, no signs of any magic or trap over the side of the cliff. If they continued to walk, they would find themselves being at a slight decline before coming to a washed out portion of path. Somehow, thick vines had been woven, unnaturally, to provide a slick but barely passable way to the other side. It was a dangerous option, but their only other option would be the water that was running under the vines. The river that had washed out the path was still actively rushing under the vines and descended to the path far below them. Neither path seemed particularly optimal, it would be up to the two men to decide.

Solomon would stop as he came too his choices as he was unsure of what to do next both of the choices were going to be difficult however one looked natural and the other did not. Solomon would first touch the side of his axe against the fine to see how sturdy it looked, and then looked to the water to check the pace of it to see if they would even be able to attempt to cross it without the bridge. He would then look to Val, "What do you think?... I'm quite use to water myself, why struggle with something that may drop us into it anyway?" However if you wish we can attempt the vines." He would leave this choice entirely up too his partner he did not wish to dictate every choice of this dungeon or he feared his companion may not enjoy it as much. He would then look back towards the vine made bridge and the running water, he would allow Val to go head with what ever choice he made and follow right behind him. He knew they had to be cautious however, there were still many wonders to this dungeon they did not know about and most of those wonders would probably be some form of danger they had yet come across as well. It was his position to protect Val as Vals job was to assist him, and then the both of them could come through this dungeon successful and hopefully more rich & powerful.

Val looked at the vines and water closely, deciding on the next course of action. The vines may be stable, however, they are unnatural so they can break anytime. The water could be a lot easier, however, this dungeon used element it is most likely lightning. If a beast or the sky struck the water of lightning, they would be fried and it would be there last chance. Val know need to know if it was safe or not.

He looked around the environment and found two pieces of rock. He threw one on the vines and the other one on the river.

If anyone or anything will strike out, they would know instantly.

Solomon's Proxy

Val’s attempt at throwing rocks into the water and on the vines would show no stunning results, the rock bouncing off the vines harmlessly and the one tossed into the water doing nothing more than plopping into the flowing water. There would be no enemies that seemed to lash out or any signs of a trap. It would be solely in the hands of the pair to decide if they wanted to risk the make-shift bridge or if they wished to risk a rough tumble in the waterfall.

Solomon watched Val as he was making his decision, he seemed as if he was unsure however Solomon would be patient he believed there to be no reason in rushing him and it would be good to see what choice he made and why. He knew as he built a country he would have to rely on people to help him grow it and sustain it whether that be political or behind the scenes. And these were the types of moments he used to judge those around himself, he already had someone that would work behind the scenes but so far yet to find someone who can be a face in the light for his growing country other then his own. If Val seemed better fit to work in the background however he would not force a position but find yet another companion to assist the three of them.

He still knew they were in a dungeon and would watch for possible dangers as he waited for Val's decision, however he would just watch and say nothing.

Jason Achilles

Val then sighed as he looked at his two options. He tried testing it but did not work so he decided on the vines. They were unnatural, however, getting struck my lightening is the worst option at the moment. It was a tough decision, but it is a dungeon after all.

He jumped on the vines with his sword ready beside him. He brought his blade low if he needed to break the vine or hold onto to it. Val walks slowly across it, with focus all around him.

He was a little worried for Solo, especially that he gave Val the lead. Sweat poured down Val's face like rain in Dubai, pouring down the streets. If they die here, it's Val's fault. He wanted to accomplish Solo's plan for this dungeon, its the least he can do.

Val made his way across the vines, the thick, strong plants holding his weight, but creaking slightly. If Solomon were to attempt to cross while Val was still on the vines, it could spell disaster. However, if he waited until Val had cleared the passage, he would find the vines supported him with no problem as well. It seemed Val had chosen a far less uncertain path. Once the pair crossed, the path would take a sharp dip to another landing below, this one free of any creatures, but presenting them with a new challenge.

A set of three hovering stones presented themselves, one with light blue lightning bolts, one with purple, and one with yellow. It would be up to them to decide where to go.

Solomon was surprised with Val's decision but would not hesitate to follow, first he would stand at the start of the vines and await for Val to cross preparing himself to grab the vines if he must. The when Val was fully across he would ask him to do the same for him, as Solomon knew he was quite a bit larger than Val. Once Val had a hold of the vines Solomon would struggle his way across as he found it hard to keep his balance, however he would successfully make it to the other side. Finding themselves at a dip then another landing they continued, "I'm surprised we have not seen any other creatures other then the starving wolves from earlier." he would say just before he stopped in his tracks as something odd came to sight. It looked very similar to what he had found earlier in the mill, taking it out of his pouch he would compare it to the others and find that his bolt of lightning was also blue, he was unsure of why these stones were hovering here, however he would attempted to reach out for the one that matched the one in his possession now. If nothing happened he would attempt to touch the stone it's self to the matching stone, "What do you think these stones are for?" he would ask Val.

Val walks slowly across the vines, watching every step of the way. He hopes that Solo did not stand on the vine, especially that it was wobbling back and forth. He then gets off the vine, to see the path, a new path with no animals in sight.

He looks to see 3 runes, one with blue, another with purple, and the last rune with yellow. Val looked at Solo touching the blue rune, trying to see if it will react with the blue rune we hold.

If Solo asked the question, Val will then look at the runes, examining it closely.

When Solomon touched his stone to the matching floating platform, nothing would happen. The small stone he had obtained in the previous room had no magic in it. Each of the three floating platforms would lead to other matching stones, also hovering, each color leading in a different direction. The purple path led to the left, the blue path led somewhat to the right and the yellow path seemed to give a dip. However, the other end of the paths could not be discerned due to the clouds boiling around, making it impossible to see which was the correct path to take them where they were wanting to go.

Solomon would look to Val and shrug, and after having him examine the stone he would then take it and put it back in his pouch. Looking back up to the stones he would say, "Well if we have to take a path we mise-well take the path of the colour that matches with our stone no?" So heading onwards Solomon would then continue to follow down the blue pathway, however he knew usually when there was a choice to be made if the wrong choice was made there would be some sort of consequence so he would travel with caution with his hand on his axe and keeping a close eye on Val as the clouds blurred their vision before he wished to make sure they could not be split too far apart from each other. "So Val, while we have a chance to talk ... what is it that made you wish to help me? ... and do you not have any plans of your own in the future to come that I may help with?"

He just happened to run into Val a couple times before this dungeon so he was slightly unsure why Val wished to go to this extent for him, as Solomon would most definitely not however if a favour was to be owed he will pay it back. At this time as they walked forward he thought to himself about how he would be able to get into contact with Hohotaro, as it seemed that the journal was not doing the trick and he wished for the person he was closest to be able to assist him in making this country. He just hoped that he was still alive somewhere, then he would be able to introduce him to Val and Noir and perhaps even get into a better standing with Lagi the current king of Reim.

Val looked at Solo and followed him. It only made sense to follow that path, but they still had to be careful. The hero grabbed his sword on his sheath so he can draw it out immediately. As they followed the path, Val heard Solo's question intently, ready to answer. However, he had to think what he should say.

To be honest, he does not have a specific reason for helping Solo. He just felt sad on how someone had to also go through losing someone so important to them. Solo lost his own child and fiancee and Val lost his father, mother, and his love. He needed a friend, someone to stick my him and Val should be perfect.

"I will tell you after the dungeon as we have to stay focused. However, I would like to maybe have some help. I am thinking of trying to conquer a dungeon as well after another problem I need to solve. If we survive this, will you help me?"

Val just wanted to have some talk with him. If Solo said no, he would not mind at all. He just wanted to help the poor guy.

The path along the massive floating stones was precarious but relatively stable, the stones taking their way with only the slightest dip as they traveled into the clouds. While the other end of the path would be obstructed from view, it was fairly clear in the immediate area, allowing them to travel without worry of an ambush. As they talked, they would make their way across the platforms until they came to the other side of the chasm, the platforms leading to a path which hugged the edge of the cliff, dipping down slightly until they could see the entrance to the cave. There was no path moving beyond the cave and the path did not extend the other direction at all, making it one of the most clear-cut paths the pair had come across. The entrance to the cave would be pitch black, warning of the dangers that might be hidden inside. It would be best to prepare now for the darkness.

As the two followed their path surprisingly nothing attacked them, "Hmm this portion of the dungeon seems to not have many creatures, which is understandable it doesn't seem as if there would be a way for them to survive in this area." He did not understand why there were so many clouds around them and these clouds made him feel somewhat insecure as they travelled forward, he did not like being able to see what may be around him or if he had any other path in case of need to escape. However reaching what seemed to be the end of the path as it was the only visible way they could take stood a cave in front of them, the darkness in the cave was somewhat apparent, "Hey Val you have anything that gives off any sort of light?" Solomon would turn looking to Val as he asked. If he did not have anything that could he would walk closer to the cave to see if he could see anything inside, if not he would then search the surrounding of the caves and just slightly off the path for a tree that he would then light as a torch if he did using any stones on the ground and grass or paper from his journal to begin the fire. With the fire he would then continue into the cave.

If there was nothing to be found to make a fire Solomon would then look to Val and shrug asking him to grab onto him as he would then walk into the cave, as long as he walked straight he figured he might be able to find his way back. He would slide his foot forwards as he went along going slowly as he did not wish to fall into any pit or cavern that could be in the cave.
