Description: Using the chain attached to his right wrist Endolf begins spinning it at a speed of 20m/s either in front of him or at his side, making a makeshift shield to block an attack of B tier or lower damage.

DODGE! - You should put how far you can dodge. It will use the scale guidelines

I've changed some wording on both skills. Removed the C-Tier or lower part of the Dodge because it can dodge even an Omega Tier ability depending on the situation.

And changed the wording of the block to say "block attacks up to B-Tier of damage." because it can block multiple attacks not just one as long as it's total is below B-Tier of damage.
