This move is capable to redirect up to C-tier attacks with sword.

Naheed rushes towards the target with his blade pointed at it. Once he arrives at close-range, he thrusts the blade into the ground and then swings his body around at 10m/s, using the hilt for leverage and hitting whatever is in the way with the sole of his boots, dealing D-tier damage if connected, before returning to the other side of the sword and plunging it out of the earth as quickly as possible.

First: The variables are unnecessary and you will simply be expected to rP out the logical execution of these moves. The other option is that you write SPECIFIC variables which MUST be met in the description, however, you would not be able to perform the ability unless those SPECIFIC variables are met. In general, we simply ask that you do not include them.

Overall, your skills are very well done and specific. The wording on this one can be simplified a bit, which may help to make it a bit more clear to anyone reading it:

You should also keep in mind that you may have 4 D-tier and 1 C-tier starters, you had them all as D-tier.
