Zone Defense: While this is really cool you can't do that, but you can block or parry with the spinning motion alone, but the vacuum is a no go.

Touched up the abilities a bit. For outflank, you didn't have to nerf the speed, just the damage and supplementary effect. I removed the limit on your spin for Zone Defense, if that was something you wanted, let me know.
