Overview: A great monster of the northern sea. It can grow above 30 meters from the tip of it's head to it's feeding tentacles. It have 8 smaller tentacles that if touched will send a small paralyzing jolt to it's victims. It also have 2 longer feeding tentacles with a club on it's end that produce electricity to paralyze it's prey. This sea monster have a tolerance for electric attacks. It can move at a speed of 10m/s under water and it can secrete thick ink to blind it's attacker. It have passive paralyze effects on its tentacle attacks.
Abilities:- Ink Spray The Rampaging Arrow Jellyfish excretes a thick ink at a scale of 5mx5mx5m-25mx25mx25m cone causing A-Tier disorientation to anyone inside the area.
- Tentacle Slam: The Rampaging Arrow Jellyfish uses it's long feeding tentacles to attack a prey causing A-Tier of damage and a passive D-Tier of paralyze effect.
