Great job for a first attempt, just a minor thing. Add a sustain cost to the magoi/stamina counts. (So for D-tier abilites, it would be 10|5, for C-tier, it would be 20|10)

Crouching Tiger: This should list the speed he moves his arms at, as well as the amount of damage that can be defended against (up to C-tier)
