The Dark Agenda - Bianca

Part 1

The Screening process of candidates for the seats of the Reim council has begun and Bianca has been tasked with going through the paper work of the applicants along with double checking information directly with her own two eyes. This sort of work Bianca found quite boring and uneventful and was  hoping someone else would take over the job but she figured trust was most important here not enjoyment. Wearing her armour underneath a white silk. uniform like dress not extending past her elbows, or knees along with, her armour this was so she wasn't threating and kept a strong sense of being approachable by the public always keeping a strong smile as if she was enjoying what she was doing.  She would read applicant after applicant consisting of people from all over the city, richest the poorest and fighters making sure she gave everyone a fair shake and everyone would come across fine at first when suddenly she was checking the paperwork relating to withdrawn applications of a Mr Bob Marley who apparently was a poor merchant loving in the slums of the city and reading his original application would of been an ideal candidate when she suddenly remembered he had a second application about how he recently came into a large amount of income and that being seated in the council would give him ways to use his new found money extremely effectively about how he would make chances that would shake the foundation bringing in the next golden age of the country.  

Bianca instincts figured this was extremely suspicious and decided to investigate simply because someone who suddenly find themselves with a large amount of money normally doesn't know every little detail of what they would do with it. She had questions that needed answers !. how did he get this money, is this person really who he says he is, why would he leave such important information of his first application and second if he knew how to change the city in such a way, and where he got his money. Bianca would have her companion continue to read through applications not realising he couldn't read a single word as she headed off to investigate this individual within the capital city of Reim. First of she wanted to locate him to give him a chance to supply the answers himself but his location would be unknown even to his mother still living in the slums which just added to the suspicious details of his two applications. with his mother being very important to his life why wouldn't he help her right of the bat.  Bianca would be given a very detailed image of Bob marley face and general looksas she took to the roofs to scout for him in order to move her investigation along hitting it directly through the bluntness of the situation. It would take her several hours to finally locate the individual but instead of approaching the person she would hold back, keeping her presents hidden since he would not be alone but with three figured in dark robes note to one following them in similar gear.

Bianca currently trailing the group of four fully prepared to engage them in needed though she would keep her distance using her keen eye sight from being a master of the bow to follow them though it would seem the first three were like thugs dragging an asset to a specific location even covering Bob Marlies head with a black sheet preventing him from working out where they were going at all, while the follow up seemed to be a defender or stalker it was far to early to tell for Bianca. The group would move from three different warehouse collecting 3 small items from each as the night settled in forcing Bianca to somewhat close the distance between herself and the group, using the torchers of nearby outlets to maximise her range while maintaining security.

The group finally arrive into a secluded dark ally where another person is waiting wearing the same clothes as the rest but things quickly move from peaceful to Violent when the following hooder quickly attacks and kills with flying blades into the back of the escorting party of Bob Marly and continues to remove the hood covering his head. The leading man lowers his hood and a, powerful man presents himself with a scar going down his entire left side piecing through his eyelid.  The moment the three hooded men were killed Bianca fires an arrow backwards aiming at the palace in order to contact her companion summer 5 meter tall humanoid monster whose body is composed of black bone, aside from the skull of white bone. This signal instantly gets summer attention who takes flight and starts rushing towards Bianca position but this would also cause her to be spotted.

Bob Marly is knocked out with a karate chop to his back while the other two present individual decide to engage Bianca with the first charging directly for her making a silly mistake as Bianca quickly launches two arrows into his chest killing him instantly though the stronger individual obviously the leader of the group had completely diapered as far as Bianca was concerned though he actually used his clock as a means to catapult himself undetected across the battlefield and would be directly behind Bianca Vanishing trick. He would use his cape and feet to launch a surprise attack into the back of Bianca inflicting 4 attacks before sending her of the rooftop heading strait into the ground combat mixture. Though being a fanalis this simply aided her as she waited for him preparing a strong offensive decoy. The cape user forms a drill with his cape jumping of the building charging downwards rapidly as he spins with the intention of causing major damage to Bianca who simply fires an explosive arrow into the ground and jumps out of the way quite quickly [Focus Dig, Jump it]. The attacked ends up in the small hole made by Bianca explosive arrow putting them in a moment of weakness with Bianca in the perfect position to take him out laughing a devastating arrow into his skull Tr..Vain Line along with five more shots for good measure. killing him.

Summer arrives at the scene just in time to be too late for the battle, but bob marley still had to be secured but when Bianca and Summer head to the original location that he was knocked out in, only to find a blood trail that leads no where at all he had been snatched up during the battle by two other members of this group that was still yet to be identified by Bianca. Bianca with the help of summer would carry the dead combatant back to the palace in order to search his corps for clues regarding the situation. The journey back would be a long one due to the time of day and how far the Palace actually was from their current situation not to mention they needed to be on red alert knowing they could be attacked at any point from here on out.

The Aftermath of the incident

The next day once dawn had settled in Bianca returns to the secured dead combatant from last night, who she literally carried all the way here after killing him with 6 arrows through his skull would begin her investigation starting with simply searching of his pockets finding a document scroll with the implications of a contract between unknown of the council and an organisation known as the Dark Hand which Bianca had only heard rumors about and apparently they were a lethal stealth guild of assassins. Bianca instantly would send a guard unit to secure Bob Marley's family not believing he was actually linked to this group at all and was simply a pawn to be captured by the enemy providing them protection within the capital city of Reim more specifically a location she could personally provide protection due to feeling guilty for failing Bob Marley himself during the conflict. Additionally she would have her trusted friend and ex boyfriend Knight Face Ryan to intercept all assists currently owned by Bob Marley taking an advantage over the guilds attempt at funding a blackmail target into the council.  The Dark hand had tried to bribe Bob Marley to support his end of the deal which he obviously didn't follow through with and is the reasoning to his recent capture.

I Write you this letter of great importance due to discovering evidence that supports that a stealth organisation of assassins are attempting to infiltrate the council, or at the very least working for someone currently in the council. They have kidnapped a candidate who they originally tried to bribe with a huge amount of funds which I have secured along with providing the family protection.
Note: Due to the amount of funds they have lost in this endeavour I can confirm this is only the begging of this groups plans.

Recommendation : Flush them out and wipe them out, though I would like to attempt to save bob marley. We might be able to secure this group as an ally but we need to deal with the game player.

Once Bianca wrote the letter to the King of Reim and her current leader of the Unity corps she would give the task of delivering the letter to her trusted companion summer and would continue to go through the information of every other candidate with a find tooth comb.
