Job Overview: There has been a potential screening of future seated members of the new Reim council. You have been tasked by General Lagi to do a little background digging . Something doesn’t add up for one of these people, you are free to construct what the problem is and the reason for your investigation. You tail this individual through the night without being seen, you notices some kind of deal go on between them and another hooded figure. The hooded figure is quite skilled and notices you presence, willing to engage you. Combat this individual but they will be taken away by two others hooded figures with their defeat and escape, dropping a notice detailing a contract with the dark hand. One of the future council members have relations with the dark hand, but why?
The dark hand is a dark guild that will take almost any job as long as they are hired for it, skillful assassins that have their own agenda and practitioners of stealth that make it certain that the existence of their guild itself is hard to believe. The last time they surfaced was when one of them was hired to protect one of the main slave owners of reim around the time that King Lagi outlawed slavery. Defeating that man has only raised eyebrows and brought more attention to Reim. Because of the fact that it was a dominant stealth guild with the stealth specialization as a primary, they managed to avoid detection all this time with their skills. However the unity corps involvement with internal affairs is starting to allow them to run into each other.

Abilities:
Piercing Cape- The user swirls their cape into a drill at 30 m.s to deal a rank damage as far as 7 meters in front of them.
Vanishing trick-The user disappears into their cape and appears somewhere else, 15 meter from within the battlefield.
Combat mixture- A series of cape swings and kicks, each dealing D-Tier damage for each hit for four hits in total
force blast- The user creates a blast of strength magic that's 15 meters in size in the for of a cone and deals B-Tier damage.
Strength suppressing hand- the user creates a hand of strength magic that's 10 meters in length and width and pins you down with it a, immobilizing up to three limbs for three posts.
