Your socials still have to be related to your specialization, in this case Intelligence, meaning they have to be magic abilities.

Lightning can paralyze or deal damage, unless you are using electromagnetism. Any speed type buff is reserved for Strength Spec users as a part of magoi manipulation. You may, however, create a dash, which allows you to have an increased speed for a set distance based off of scale. Also, you would not be able to use this ability in combat.

So the description will be like:
"The user will be able to dash up to 10m/s."?
