Looks good. And yea, you don't need to put the 'can't be used in battle' thing.

Question:
How does your arrow tickle somebody for the duration of an entire post? It doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. If you wanted a tickle social ability, you are free to do so with your hands.

Another question:
Candle Arrow is a strange ability as well. Are you trying to just use a candle? If so, it's fine for you to just have a candle.

Yeh lol, i was just trying work out a way to do it using a bow and arrow.

Alright, I made some changes. Make sure to read and approve if you're fine with them ^_^.

Changed the candlelight because 20 meters is far too far for candles to produce light. Normally, I would say less than 1 meter for a normal candle is kind of stretching it, but since you've got an ability dedicated to it 1-3 meters is acceptable.
