Over 500 words of this is you haggling with a vendor about purchasing a sword and shield. Your specialization training is supposed to be focused strictly on your training. You did not mention learning about the different types of swords or how you determined a light sword would be best for you, or how you trained your body to become stronger, aside from a small paragraph about playing with dummies. The beginning and ending are acceptable for reasons you would look to changing your specialization, but you need to show more of you actually training to gain a stronger body.

Is that better or did the act of adding come explanation in the middle and towards the end not do enough for the training to be approved? It probably doesn't equate to 500+ words, but it might be close~

It was an interesting read, I enjoyed the crab a lot(He's now my 5th favorite comedian)  and the detail was great but there were two things wrong with it. One is that it was only around 1700 words and that it didn't span over a couple of days, the meditation is a great idea but like all training it should span over time since power can't be gained that easily.

However, this doesn't fix the second "problem". I can see how the passing of several days makes sense, but its not like I'm strengthening my body or exercising in order to get the final results. I feel as though the Int spec is a little quicker as long as you come to some sort of revelation about the world's workings seeing as magicians technically manipulate how the world works.

However, if that's still a problem, I'll see what I can do about meditating for a at least one more day (three days in the desert meditating is a bit of a killer~).

Yea, unfortunately it's a grading rule listed in the specialization section. Without removing that rule, we would be unable to fairly approve this when we've told so many others that they cannot train their spec in just 1 day.

Since it's for story purposes, I'd approve a 2-day training period.
