Description: An aerial-attack which consists of a 15m/s leap, which covers 5 meters, followed by a downward strike with the sword, dealing D-Tier damage.

Lunge: This would be a supplementary effect, not offensive, as it deals no damage. In the description, you need to include how fast and far the dash can be. In this case, it would be 10m/s up to 5 meters away.

Deflect: Duration would be instant, cool-down would be two posts. Also, you may want to change the wording to say it can deflect UP TO C-tier damage, as with the currently wording, it would deflect only C-tier damage, not D-tier.

Quick Burst: Duration is instant or one post, cool-down would be 2 posts. You need to include the number of slashes, based off amount, amount of damage inflicted and the speed at which the slashes are being performed. In this case, it would be up to 5 slashes, moving at 10 m/s, to inflict up to D-tier damage. This is if you wished to make it offensive. At D-tier, you may not have a combination Offensive/Supplementary.

Parry: Need to include speed and tier it can parry. In this case, the sword would move at 10m/s to deflect up to C-tier damage.

Sonic Leap: This would be an offensive/supplementary, if you intend to apply speed to the jump as well. Regardless, you need to include speed and damage inflicted. If you are only making the leap at normal speed, it could be left as offensive.

I made a few edits to the below abilities:

Overall edits
-Range: For strength users, this is 'close' unless you are throwing your weapon (in which case you will have to retrieve it before you can use it again).
-Descriptions/flavor text: Generally we have the techniques themselves be very dry (pure stats, and how strikes are done), and when you RP you actually write out how you are using the techs. This allows you to have a bit of movement in versatility so it doesn't seem dry and boring every time you use a technique. For example; your dash. If you keep that 'hanging sword' in there, you will have to have your sword hanging out there every time you use it.


Lunge:
I reworded the description there to make it more versatile. You don't need a weapon to dash, so I changed the weapon type to 'body'. If you would like it changed back, say the word ^_^.


Parry:
Recoil is a supplementary effect. If you intend to intentionally recoil a person's ability with your own (instead of it being written flavor text), and you want it to be a parry as well, then you will have to split it to a Defensive/Supplementary effect. D-Tier cannot do this, so you must choose whether you want your technique to be a recoil one or a block.


Sonic Leap: With your last technique, I went ahead and I put in the damage and distances into it for you. For jumps/dashes, you use Scale, not Range, in order to determine distance traveled. Since it is a Offensive/Supplementary, it has a 1-tier debuff to each effect.


Feel free to use the below techniques, which are approvable as-is, but do not forget that I removed Parry from the group as I wasn't sure what you wanted to do with it.
