Ravenous Manta Part 2 [Lagi/Solo]

Lagi finally arrived back at the village with a big smile on his face, he returned with two more of the mantra who were obedient. He had a lot in mind for the mantra, but he still had to find the nest. “Speaking of nests….” Lagi would say as he walked over to one of the El Nagi members that were in charge of setting up the nest for the mantra, along with the breeding success of the two creatures. “I have returned, I hope that you have good news for me.” The El nagi member made a small salute as he informed Lagi on the past events that occurred when you were gone. “We began immediately as soon as you left, exposing the mantra to breeding pheromones that encouraged the mating process. We have also set a big enough nest for the mantra to house themselves and their eggs. Everything should be fine. As a matter of fact, the female mantra that you left there has successful laid eggs.” There was a big smile on Lagis face, which was some good news. Lagi and the rest of the clan have been messing with a new scent that was supposed to increase the sexual vitality in the creatures so they would be encouraged to mate. Along with the mantra being house and trained under the el nagi. they would be governed by professional standards. “ this is good very good, see to it that you keep the female mantra well fed as she lays the eggs. You might have to force feed her, they don’t like leaving their eggs unprotected.”
After that, Lagi proceeded to resupply his gear and the rest of the capture group continued t do the same. Lagi finally fund out where the nest was for the Ravenous mantra by narrowing down the search area that they came across. “Now that we know for sure that they are in the western front, the only thing left to do is to head in the direction that the mantra were moving away from. After that, we should catch them with all with one fell swoop. “ Surprisingly, Lagi did have a plan in order to catch these creatures, subdue them, and instill his dominance on them all at once. It was pretty farfetched, but lagi had confidence in himself and his ruler gem for that matter. “ Ok!” Lagi would say as he walked over to the horses that Lagi and the rest of the capture group was mounted on before when they went to the western front the last time. This expedition was crucial, there were a lot of changes that Lagi wanted to get done in response to giving birth to a new Reim. A few steps had to be taken in order to achieve that. he needed the mantra to achieve a few of those steps. “Alright men! I hope you got your gear. We are going to infiltrate the nest of the Ravenous mantra and capture the whole lot of them, .

Lagi and his group were definitely closing in on the trail of the ravenous mantra. The galloping could be heard among the hard floor of the western front, the horses were tirelessly creating some distance. The hyena tracker was still there with them and kept up as well, Lagi was dependent on using that sense of smell that the hyena had to pinpoint the exact location of the western front nest.  “How far are we right now?” Lagi would say to the owner of the Hyena tracker, the beast was taking the front and didn’t make any kind of defining sound since they entered the western front even though  they have been circling the area  that lagi marked down in search of the Manta for a while now. “There couldn’t have been a miscalculation, is his nose stuffed up or something?” It seemed like a pretty senseless thing to ask, but maybe improper animal care was the reason why the animals were not performing up to par. That was one of the reoccurring problems with dominance beast masters, the fact that they could be a bit strict with their animals. However, the Hyena finally made a growling sound when  Lagi and the rest  saw a cave opening in an upper rock formation. “Jeez, just my  luck. Looks like we’re going to have to scale it or something.  “ They dismounted and started to set their gear, one of the nagi orai members had a giant falcon that surveyed the area for any sign of poachers  or natural predators. IT would be too much of a hassle if there was a scuffle.

After the gear was all set up, Lagi and the rest of the Nagi orai left their horses at camp as they gathered their gear and hopped upon the giant falcon. Dismounting from the entrance has alerted about three of the ravenous manta that started to attack immediately. However, they would be heading right towards Lagi’s trap.  Now!” Lagi and the rest of the Nagi orai closed their eyes briefly as Lagi used his angelic brace to emit a powerful holy light that moved at 20 m/s and covered a 7.5 meter radius. After that infliction of blindness, the Manta were bumping all over the place as the nagi orai started to used their loss of sight to their advantage and capture the creatures.  IT dint take long to round them up, due to the fact that the loss of sight  suddenly caused the mantra to  mess up their trajectory and they hurt themselves flying crazily in the process. As this was going on, Lagi  ordered tht they all be piled up together as he got his whip and activated his ruler gem. This sound wave causes those who hear it to develop Vertigo, which causes nausea and vomiting as well as a balance disorder, causing difficulties with standing or walking. The  Manta was exposed to this sound wave for about two hours, they constantly vomited and defecated as they whimpered. Lagi would then proceed to whip them for about 30 more minutes, way past their breaking point. After breaking these creatures, Lagi let out a small chuckle as he went over to the teenaged manta. “ Bag them,  they will follow their parents without question, and their parents belong to me. “ Lagi looked to the mantra and commanded them to follow, which they did without question and Lagi and the rest of the nagi orai  headed back to the village.
Three months later, Lagi realized that the eggs hatched, he was pretty happy at the result of it, but the creatures themselves needed time. “Everything is going according to plan, hahahha… soon now…  I can start to get things moving. "
