Reim was such a large city, or Empire as many people called. This was the first time that Myra actually visited Reim and she had to admit that she was rather impressed by all the buildings and people that were walking around so freely without worrying about being seen. The Zou Empire was so different from this, but it wasn’t a surprise, after all there was a whole ocean between the two nations. Myra had served as a Fanalis Slave for the Zou Empire all her life, but now that she was growing up, it was finally time to see a little bit more of this world they lived in. And it was also time to earn some money. After all she needed to pay for a place to sleep and something to et. But Myra was bored anyways so doing some work sure wouldn’t hurt her. While she walked to the city, looking out for something to do, Myra saw an old Lady that looked as if she was looking for someone. Myra shrugged and walked over to her, asking couldn’t hurt. “Greetings, young Miss. You seem to be troubled by something. Is there any way I can assist you?” She asked calmly and looked down at the Granny who looked back up to her and smiled. “You seem like a friendly young lassy. Follow me.” She walked forward and Myra shrugged and followed her. The old Lady would bring her to a place that was a Childrens Orphanage. A small house with a bunch of poor creatures that had lost their families during war or whatever. “These Kids don’t see many people during their days. Just me and themselves. You seem different. Why don’t you cheer them up a little bit and I will pay you? Just for a few hours?” Myra sighed and nodded before she walked over to a Caravan where she bought a bunch of watermelons. She went inside the room and cut the watermelons for them, offering them something to eat before she started to do something with the kids, mainly telling them the stories she had heard herself about the Dark Continent and the Zou Empire. After a while they went over to drawing all kind of pictures, and while this seemed so easy and careless it seemed as this children were very happy to have someone to do something with them all together. Myra was sure that if she had someone like that to brighten up her days in her past she sure would have appreciated it. She also knew that historys and legends were often an important thing to know so she figured telling them stories, also scary stories, would be a lot fund. Myra decided to stay with the children until it was dark outside so they could actually go over to the scarier stories. However, at some point, the old Lady, which Myra had already forgotten about, would show up. “Maybe it’s time for you to go home, lassy. Here is your money. Buy yourself something nice on the way home and beware, okay?” Myra smiled and took the money. “See you another time, kids!” She said and waved at them before she rushed back home.
