Festival Of The Broken Sun

Overview
It is the advent of the "Broken Sun" otherwise known as a solar eclipse and the people of Heliohapt are holding a festival in celebration. During this time the entire city is treated to a giant lavish feast on the Pharoah's expense and several events are held all over to let the citizen's enjoy themselves.


Plot Trees

• The Fate of Heliohapt
  The Contractor, a mysterious magician, has tricked a young boy into accepting great power. But at what cost?
  
• Contest of Hearts
  The assembly area usually reserved for the Pharaoh to address his subjects has been converted into a set of several large stages. There a Contest of Hearts will be held where the goal of the competition is to win the hearts of the audience and even the Pharaoh himself whom will be watching the event from the balcony of his Royal Palace. Anyone may enter and they may try any form of entertainment or display from singing to art and even display's of swordsmanship.
  
• The Great Slave Auction
  Massive numbers of slave traders have been gathering from around to world over the past few months in anticipation of this event. During the festival, Heliohapt sponsors the worlds largest slave auction and this year rumor has it that a particularly large number of Fanalis will be on display. The official running the event even boasts that any slave captured in the past year that was not already bought would likely be up for sale during the auction. There are more rumors going around that someone is planning on breaking a large number of slaves free.
  
• Strongest Under The Sun
  A huge tournament is taking place in the desert which challenges all who think themselves "strong" to come and prove it. Fighters from all over have gathered to prove themselves worthy of the title while some have come hearing that a Dungeon Ticket would be the prize for the victor.
