Raizel's Specialization

You can't gain a secondary spec with your primary spec still at D-tier. Secondary specs must be at least one tier lower than your primary.

After reading the training there are a couple issues I've noticed.

-You can't sense rukh the way you were trying to do so. Nor can you sense the individual rukh of people out of a crowd.
-Only Primary spec magician's can see the rukh. Secondary spec Int users can't and can only give it commands through their magoi.
-It didn't seem like you really had to learn how to speak to the rukh and hear it's voice. You just skipped that step and suddenly knew how to manipulate rukh which is incorrect. You should learn how to communicate with rukh first and THEN you learn to manipulate your magoi to give commands to the rukh.
-Your character seemed to learn all this stuff pretty fast. It seems like only 2 days passed although I might have missed more time jumps.
