Fight Rewards

Fight rewards are simple, keeping in style with the coliseum rules users are required to write at least 800 words for their fight.   Once the winner has risen in victory they may claim the Job Tier equivalent of the person they defeated. IE: B-Tier vs C-Tier, If C-Tier wins they Claim B-Tier Job rewards. If B-Tier wins they Claim C-Tier Job Rewards.  This prevents the strong from bullying the weak but allows those who wish to prove their strength to do so and also get a hefty Reward. Keep in mind, that this can be done anywhere IC and does not have to be a DE(Death Enabled) thread. This cannot be used during EVENT threads.
