Klara clenched her fist, ready to punch the earth and force her way to the lower floor. She was quickly stopped by the brother. His voice was calm though one could see the feeling of fright for whatever horror Klara was going to unleash before them. There was another, better, way to get to the lower floor that did not involve starting another cave in. Klara lowered her fist as if she was a highly armed criminal being deescalated by the police. The older teen stood up and pointed to the dead end behind them. Maybe there was a secret passage.

Following the brother's guidance the two moved through the unbroken halls until the uncovered a hidden door. Klara's strength made short work of the entrance and allowed them both to descend. It was here that they uncovered a secret room. Though in truth, it was a treasure room where the owner of the pyramid kept all his belongings. The room was cleaned out though except for a box and a woman cradling it. The brother shouted out to the girl. It was his sister. She was battered and bruised but she was alive and she even discover some treasure. It was left over after the place was looted and contain a stone beetle. However, if you played with the mechanism it would open to reveal of gem. Not only that though, there was a tome inside of the box. The brother said he could probably translate some of it but they would have to return. So the three made their way out and returned to the historical society.
