Due to Leviathan's transformation into a Dungeon Beast her starter abilities needed to be reworked to account for her new physiology.


Kraken's Arm
Tier: D-Tier
Class: Body Manipulator
Type: Offensive
Range: Medium to Long
Requirements/Drawbacks: Full mobility of Morgan's right wing/arm.
Scaling: Range
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 stamina + 5 to sustain
Description:
    Morgan manipulates her entire right arm, now her right wing, from the shoulder to the tips of her feather, softening her now hollow bones until they revert to cartilage, for maximum flexibility. This allows her to use her arm like a squid's tentacle for the duration of the manipulation, while using the excess material from her bones to lengthen her muscles and entire arm to about 5m. When in this state her arm acts more like a prehensile whip, allowing her to strike or even manipulate simple objects from a distance. Does D-tier damage.

Class: Body Manipulator
Type: Offensive
Range: Close to short
Requirements/Drawbacks: Free use of Morgan's right wing/arm. Cannot be used while under the effects of Kraken's Arm.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Stamina + 5 to sustain
Description:
    Thanks to her phoenix physiology Moran has had to adapt this ability. Using her manipulation abilities of her body she solidifies the feathers of her right wing while also realigning them to point forward rather than down. The feathers are then pulled together at the tip, further hardened until the end of her wing becomes one single piercing point to stab her target with. This ability deals D-Tier damage and is designed to be able to break through objects as strong as solid stone or weaker.

Tier: C-Tier
Class: Body Manipulator
Type: Defensive
Range: Self
Requirements/Drawbacks: Morgan's right wing/arm must be movable and usable. Damage higher than C-Tier results in 1 additional cooldown post per tier above C.
Scaling: Damage Reduction (To a max of A-tier)
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2 posts
Cost: 20 Stamina + 10 to sustain
Description:
    Manipulating the iron and calcium in her body and blood Morgan hardens the feathers on her right wing, or the skin of her right arm if she chooses to reshape her wing back into her former arm, into defensive scales able to defend against direct damage of C-tier or lower and reducing B-tier damage by 1 tier.

kraken's arm- make sure you put that it does d-tier ability damage in the text. for a D tier, we will keep the extension to 5 meters long. 5 meters is 16 feet, that's enough distance.

Leviathan's Talon- d tiers are limited to 1 function, either make it a sup or an offensive. You don't have the cap space to make it both rn unless its a c tier with 2 d tier effects.

Leviathan's Scales - make sure the fine print says that the reduction does not exceed a tier for scaling.

Leviathan's Talon- make it as simple as possible and choose a method of attack, sticking to wings or changing it to an arm. its a d tier

For all three abilities Requirements/Drawbacks you need to should remove the range of motion part and have something specific to the ability. In the case of Kraken's Arm, even if your arm was bound it shouldn't actually stop you from using it. In fact, that sort of ability is ideal for getting out of a situation where your arm is tied up or grasped by the enemy. A better requirement for something like that is you must first dislocate the bones in your arm. For Leviathan's Talon it should probably have less to do with whether your arm is free and more to do with the state of your feathers. If they were burned or missing it would make this ability impossible for example. For the scales its a similar case, free movement/use of the arm doesn't really work here. Something suited to this ability is not being able to move the hardened area as well as a darkening or some other visual cue that something is different about the affected area.

You don't need to use my examples, but you are welcome to if no other ideas come to mind. What is important is that the requirement be something specific to the ability itself that must be done or achieved in order for you to perform the ability.

Leviathan's Scales - I noticed in the description you mention turning your arm back into a human one. We limit human body manip users from growing wings or transforming into perfect copies of animal parts. The same goes for DBs trying to copy human bodies. The exception to this would be if you focused traits into facilitating a reason for the transformation being perfect. Without said traits, at best you can manipulate your wing and feathers into the general shape of a hand through an ability. But since this is just a C-tier ability, having both the shape change and the hardening is a bit too complex for the tier. I suggest making a separate ability for it and then using the two in tandem though as it would make for a great combo.
