[ Note: Some of these abilities are all older ones so I had to additionally fix some of the sustains where I have numbers on them given they should be blank. These though are already trained this is just to update the ranges to the new standards they have bene scaled up though so they likely may need tweaked again still. ]

Buzz
Tier: D - Tier
Class: Magician
Type: Supplementary
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: The caster must remain focused on the spell while casting and performing the spell.
Scaling: The area of effect may increase by 5m for every 10 magoi/stamina that is invested
Sustain: --
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Magoi | 5 Magoi
Description:

    The caster creates a low tone buzzing sound from their staff. The immediate area around the caster (.5m radius) is silent, however those within the 20 m will suddenly become very dizzy for a short instant halting their movements for a single post. To take a step in this condition will cause the target to trip and fall making it ideal for use on charging opponents. D - Tier attacks and higher that are capable of producing sound or shockwaves can nullify this spell's effect. This spell uses sound magic.

Requirements/Drawbacks: The caster must chant before performing this spell.
The Chant:
Scaling: The distance the ability can travel may increase by 10 m for every 10 magoi/stamina that is invested.
Sustain: --
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Magoi | 5 Magoi
Description:

    The caster creates a low tone sound from from their staff that started to echo, if built up before casting the scaling will increase. The targeted opponent gets a subconscious suggestion that causes the enemy to see doubles of the caster. (.5m) D-tier attacks and higher that are capable of producing sound or shockwaves can nullify this spell's effect. This spell uses sound magic. This spell lasts for a single post. The target must be within 20 m of the caster.





Masking Mist
Tier: C
Class: Magician
Type: Supplementary
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires both Sound And Water Magic to cast, Alongside this the caster must sing the chant investing emotional drive into the occuring song/spell. Disclaimer, you don’t have to sing well but you have to be notably trying to sing.
”Chant”:

Scaling: For every additional 10 Magoi this scaled for an additional round.
Sustain: --
Cool Down: 2 Posts
Cost: 20 Magoi | 10 Magoi
Description:

    As she begins to chant music made by her sound based magic will begin to play using water magic to distort the sound into a haunting and chilling song as a mist flows out from her staff. The Sound magic plays as a separate effect from the one produced from the water magic. It primarily being used to distract and disorientate the mist. By the end of her chanting the mist will spread out to 30 m in a large circle, the center point starting at her while growing but will shift afterwards to hide her location or even going past her to where she is outside of the affected area. When it is fully grown the mist will be hard to see through but you can see others when they are roughly 2 meters away. Alongside this the affected area will still hear the music playing distortedly all over the area with nor clear source of origin sounding as though it is coming from multiple directions that change actively. Occasionally as the rift will replay her singing though this time in a more chilling and distorted manner. If she has scaled this it will last for 2 rounds if she does not it will only last for 1.

Class: Magician
Type: Offensive
Range:  Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires both Sound And Water Magic to cast, Alongside this the caster must sing the chant investing emotional drive into the occurring song/spell. Disclaimer, you don’t have to sing well but you have to be notably trying to sing.
”Chant”:

Scaling: For an additional 10 Magoi she can make and additional D - Tier shard.
Sustain: --
Cool Down: 2 Posts
Cost: 20 Magoi | 10 Magoi
Description:

    As she begins to cast this spell music will start to play with her Sound magic and till game a more bassy background to the music as the Water magic is added. The Sound magic plays as a separate effect from the one produced from the water magic and simply here exists to add a music effect to the main spell. Large sharp shards of ice will gather around her in the air roughly 1 Meter in size each and will form a set of 2, 1 more will be added if she scales the damage up. Each shard doing D Tier damage, 2 of them would add up to C Tier damage. It will then fire off at the given target of the spell. The sound hitting a climax as it fires off then fading away as the shards attack ends. This song being one more sad slower song until it hits its climax where it picks up a bit to sound like more of a racing heart before it ends with a fading away at the climax of the racing heart almost like a flat line. Shards can reach up to 30 m away in range.

Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires both Sound And Water Magic to cast, Alongside this the caster must sing the chant investing emotional drive into the occurring song/spell. Disclaimer, you don’t have to sing well but you have to be notably trying to sing.
”Chant”:

Scaling: For every additional 10 Magoi this scales to a higher tier protection.
Sustain: --
Cool Down: 2 Posts
Cost: 20 Magoi | 10 Magoi
Description:

    As she sings music will start to play with Sound magic as it is distorted by Water magic the pace of the song quickly picking up into a more racey song and a beat one could dance to. The Sound magic plays as a separate effect from the one produced from the water magic and is primarily there to just supply a musical effect. As it charges up water will flow out form her staff to form a 3 meter in diameter large bubble of water around her, if it is scaled up it will gain a thin wall of ice around it. She is able to move freely inside the bubble staring in a floating position in the center. As attacks will be halted and blocked. This will last for up to 2 posts. This can only stop C Tier abilities or lower. Once it passes the bubble will steam away into the air with an added ice shattering shimmer if it is scaled.

Masking Mist

This ability duration can be scaled indefinitely so long as you have the magoi. You can edit your limitation out or change the wording. No need to limit yourself.

The Deepest Cut

This ability can be scaled to A Tier damage. As that is the maximum limit to damage scaling. You might want to update the text on that.

For the way the ability scales, I'd consider doing projectile scaling instead. My suggestion would be to have the ability start at two D tier projectiles and then you'll be able to increase that number so long as you have magoi for it.

Since the way you have the ability set up is exactly how that type of scaling works. It's just another ability you have written to where it's limiting yourself.

Bubble The Pain

Since ability speed no longer exists, this ability doesn't really work as it used to.

I would suggest instead of slowing ability speed, it could just be a defense spell that defends against an instance of C Tier damage or lower. Then with the scaling, you can keep it as is or scale the amount of instances it'd block.
