Description:

    The user manipulates their Magoi to coat a bladed weapon, the weapon blade turns black in the process and gains the ability to cancel the flow of their opponent's magoi as long as they touch them. Acts as a layered buff that deals an additional B tier damage, with the user's next attack.

Description:

    Simple motion where the user uses their leg to kick the lower leg of their target, designed to cause them to fall to the ground.

For the magoi, put in the drawback "Must concentrate " Magoi manipulation takes concentration to use.

For the other one, I would say list it as a Supplementary ability, since the nature of the move is to ground them and not deal damage, if you add damage to this ability and put suggestive words like "may" cause the target to lose footing then it can stay offensive.
