Altair Loros

A-Tier
Altair had heard rumors of slaver ships hiding in the icy waters near Imuchakk, but the villagers assured him that many didn't make it through the treacherous waters, and as many others were attacked by the Imuchakk themselves.  But one had eluded them so far.  A ship called Horn of the North came through very rarely, but when it did, even the Imuchakk didn't mess with it.  In fact, there have been reported cases of Imuchakk children being stolen away by this ship, never to be seen again.  The crew was ruthless.  They would hunt down and kill anyone who saw the perfectly white ship, even if it meant their own death in the process.  As for the Captain, no one had even seen him and lived to tell the tale.  The cargo of the ship is known to be very expensive slaves, women of unearthly beauty, and men, who despite their physique and skill, have been captured and mentally broken.

While out walking the snowy beaches of the Imuchakk land, Altair spotted something on the horizon that didn't make any sense.  A small shape, moving very quickly through the ice pack.  At first he thought it was ice, or even a Rampaging Unicorn.  But this was stark white, and moving too uniformally to be anything like those...  Altair froze.  "Shit."  It was the Horn of the North.  It was too late to run now.  They had undoubtedly spotted him.  And that meant there would be men coming after him shortly.  If he maybe made it back to the village before the men caught up...  No, they'd raid the entire village just to find him.  What was he going to do?

"Wait.  Why am i thinking like this?  I hunt these kinds of people for a living.  I have nothing to be afraid of.  Fireball."  Altair dodged to the left, just as a large orb of fire struck the snow next to him.  Yep.  They saw him.  He'd have to lead the ship away from the village.  Altair whipped out his staff, and using a rather useful spell he picked up in Reim, Gravity Lift 1, he flew east, with the ship trailing behind him.  Every so often another fireball, or bolt of lightning would streak towards him, but they were easy to avoid given how much warning he had when they were coming.  He kept an eye out for more as he continued flying.

Once he was a considerable distance away from the village he turned around, and started flying back towards the ship, putting his mask on as he did.  There were five men on the ship's deck.  One pilot, and two mages, and two swordsmen.  "Easy pickings." Altair thought.  The mages would be trouble.  he'd have to take at least one of them out before he landed.  Twirling his staff he called out, "Caesin."  The great green serpent formed in front of him, already traveling towards its target.  The man screamed, before being ripped from the deck and thrown into the icy water by the dragon.  Altair thought to himself, "You know, this would be a good time to test out those new Mind spells.  And look, i have willing test subjects right here."  Altair hit the deck with a thud, landing on top of the other mage, knocking him senseless.  He moved his staff in front of him, "Tag!"  He shouted, as bright purple lines of light streaked towards the other men on deck.  There were five of them now.  They probably came up to check out the commotion.  One drew a bowstring, but Altair was quicker on the draw.  "Alice!"  An image of a small girl with no face formed in front of the men, stopping them in their curiosity.  Suddenly, a slit on her face formed, and opened, revealing row upon row of terrible sharp teeth.  The girl let out a hideous scream, dropping all the men on deck to their knees, clutching their ears and looking on in horror.  Even Altair, who created the spell, was almost floored by the sheer horribleness of what he had conjured.  And the spell wasn't even over.  The girl slowly began to melt, caving in from top to bottom until all that remained was a puddle of oil.  Even that after a moment began to evaporate until nothing was left.

Altair had to hold the side of the ship to steady himself.  "What the fuck was that?!" he thought, almost out loud.  All he meant to do was produce the scream!  The spell had taken on an image all on it's own.  One man on the ship forcibly threw himself over the side of the ship to escape, dooming him to an icy grave.  Altair drew his sword then, a grim look on his face.  The men had recovered by then, but still looked visibly shaken.  Altair brought his sword across the neck of one as he was charged.  Using his First Wasp's Dance he parried the arrow fired by another man and, crossing the deck in a moment thanks to Gale Stepping, cut him down as well.  He switched his grasp on his sword to a reverse grip, and struck down a third man, using Blade Lariat, who was standing behind him with sword held high.  The fourth and fifth men tried to attack him at once, but were stopped by Altair's Second Wasp's Dance.  A long horizontal slash took down both of these men.

Breathing heavily, Altair wiped his brow.  "Seven men in under a minute.  That's got to be a record or something."  He said.  Altair was about to open the door to head down into the boat, when it opened on its own.  ten more men rushed forwards, threatening Altair with swords.  Altair sighed.  "I don't have time for this.  Reave, Caim!"  Caim flashed, reshaping itself into a Katana.  The black ribbon wrapped around Altair's arm, as he brought the sword back to touch the deck.  "Caimian Selura!" Altair shouted, sweeping the blade forwards through the deck, sending splinters flying out in a cone.  all the men were struck, falling to the ground, clutching their wounds.  Altair let Caim revert then, stepping over the fallen to get to the door.  "Ok.  Ten in under a second.  That's the record."

And he would have gotten to the door too, if it wasn't for that pesky giant of a man.  A huge fist came out of the darkness, and hit Altair square in the stomach, sending him flying across the deck.  He hit the other side of the deck, and slid down, gasping for air.  The bald giant stepped out of the darkness then.  He must have been as big as an Imuchakk.  He wore a mask across the lower half of his face, with a picture of a smile with razor sharp teeth.  Altair smiled.  "Cool mask.  We must be twins."  To his surprise, the man actually laughed at that.  "Funny man.  I'd hate to kill you."  Altair stood.  "You're a funny man.  I'd hate to die."  Grinning, both men took a stance, and then charged.  Altair infused his blade with magoi, and brought it down, using Slay the Dragon.  The other man brought his cleaver (Really?!  A cleaver?!) up, to clash with Altair's blade.  The blades struck, and Altair's blade cut right through that cleaver and into the chest of the man.  He staggered, fell to one knee, and then went down.  Altair was breathing very heavily now.  He was almost out of magoi.  He stayed above deck for a minute, just breathing, and then traversed the steps down.

Reaching the bottom of the stairs, Altair saw something horrible.  Men and women, all naked, bloody, and beaten, tied up on racks on the walls.  Altair walked down the row and looked at them.  Faces stared blankly back, not even recognizing that he was different from the rest.  "These people were tortured.  They don't know anything but pain anymore..."  Altair continued down the hall until he hit a rather lavish door on the end.  the Captain's Quarters.  From inside, he could hear grunting and screaming.  With a strong kick, Altair sent the door flying across the room.  He ran inside, to find a nightmare.

Censored:
Two women lay on the floor, their throats cut, but the blood had already stopped flowing.  A man, well dressed was raping a young girl in front of him.  He didn't stop even for a second when Altair entered the room.  With a final grunt, the man finished, and cut the girl's throat as he did.  She gurgled a scream, blood spraying across the wall, and then fell to the floor, squirming.  The man simply looked at Altair, even as Altair tried to calm the dying girl.  "Well, an uninvited guest."  The man noticed Altair trying to help the girl.  "Oh, her.  Pity really, she was so beautiful.  But then, i can't quite finish unless they die at the end.  It's really quite a feeling, knowing that your sexual performance killed someone."  He smiled wickedly.  He reached for his blade, but Altair was faster.  He threw Caim sidelong, striking the man in the hand, and pinning it to the wall by the wrist.  The man screamed, but it quickly turned to laughter.  "AAAAHHHH!   AAAhhh!  AahhhahahahahahaHAHA!  You really know how to start a party don't you!"  Altair was so disgusted by this man that he didn't care what came out of his next actions.  He pulled his staff off his back, and leveled it at the man, who was now struggling to pull Caim from the wall.  "Tag you sick fuck."  Again, the five beams of light were conjured, and all found their mark on the man.  He flinched, but noticed that he was not hurt.  "Wha- what was that suppo-"  Altair struck the ground with the butt of his staff.  "Meet the Tweedles."  He said.  Before him were conjured the images of two morbidly obese boys.  They smiled up at the man.  And then proceeded to eat him.  The man screamed, louder and louder as the boys devoured him.  In one eye, Altair could see what the man was experiencing.  His flesh was literally ripped from his bones, and put into the gullet of the boys who fought for every piece.  In his other eye, Altair saw the reality.  The man was simply screaming, clawing at the air.  He had started to bleed, his mind convinced that he was really being slashed apart.  But the psychic trauma wouldn't stop after just a moment.  No.  Altair let the boys continue their feast until they were almost finished, before ending the spell.  They disappeared, and the man was left, tears streaming down his face and babbling incoherently.  He wouldn't die.  Instead, he would forever live thinking he was being feasted on.

Altair left the room, and closed the door behind him.  He spent the next several minutes freeing the slaves from their bonds, and gathering them in the crew's quarters.  Altair threw the dead pirates overboard and left the ones still living on an iceberg moving south.  Altair tried his best to steer the ship back towards the village, and upon arrival, explained the entire situation to Asisiak.

Once he arrived back in his room, he stumbled to the bathroom, and began to vomit.  He was mentally and physically exhausted, but more than that, he had just subjected a man to something worse than death.  And it would change him forever.
