With the user's hair on fire the user forms their hair into a flaming blade and sends it out in a chosen direction for 3 meters dealing c tier stabbing damage and burning the area it hits.

Flint Nails - Approved, but no need to limit this either to once per thread. Edit if you wish. Scaling is recommended.
