Instead of just putting up a thread like this, you might have more luck if you go and speak to members directly and ask them what kind of plot they have in mind for their characters. Then tailor an offer for them to join you based around the plot they already have in mind.

Heyo Sloth! I'd like to take part of this~ Being new and all is kinda scareh, so having a buddeh to RP with and grow our characters will makes things go more smoothly.

As for the moment, I'm thinking we should start out as Dungeon Crawlers (Dungeon Partners). From there you can have your character confront mine with the ideas of having a island, need help, blah blah. But that's up to both of our characters as well. You might not like my character or the other way around, in the end we might see things the same or different, such and such. (Just rambling)

Um maybe going on a job before hand so I can get stronger would help. But ya, let me know if you want to or not through PM. Hopeully I'll have my character finished by then!~
