Intelligence does not allow Defensive abilities at all, so Wind Cloak would not be allowed.

For each ability, you need to list the Speed, Scale, Range, and Damage, along with Amount, if applicable. The charts break down specifically how each specialization reacts at each tier.

For example: Gust would only move at 10 m/s at D-tier, the Range would only be 10 m, you do not give the scale or shape of the gust (is it a cone, a sphere, how large is that cone or sphere, etc, etc)

Wind Cloak: Wasn’t sure if you wanted to have the circle of air stay solely around you, while protecting job from the effects or if you wanted it to orbit around job, while he is outside the spell. Either of the following are approved to add to your vault, if you accept the changes.
